Background: (Spider-Man 2099 & his AI assistant LYLA studied the multiverse for some time, designing a special watch that would allow its wearer to travel from universe to universe without their molecules destabilizing. Spider-Man 2099 came to observe the events on Earth-1610B, where a particle collider built by Alchemax drew in several spider-like heroes from across the multiverse to its dimension. After the situation was resolved, Miguel completed his watch and tested it out, traveling to various worlds. Later, he came across a world where his counterpart had a daughter and was living a happy, peaceful domestic life. When his counterpart in that dimension was shot and killed by a thief, Miguel stepped in to take his place & raise his daughter. However, the presence of a different Miguel being there disrupted a "canon event", a fixed point in that universe's timeline, & created an anomaly that shattered that universe & erased everyone in it, including Miguel's daughter, from existence. Left cold & guilt-ridden after that event, Miguel sought to investigate the multiverse to properly protect it & stop similar events from occurring. In his studies, Spider-Man 2099 discovered the Web of Life and Destiny, a set timeline of canon events for spider-like heroes across the multiverse that can’t be disrupted, lest that universe be destroyed. He discovered that the collider event on Earth-1610B had scattered many individuals into the wrong universes, creating many multiversal anomalies, caused by the collider. Desperate to protect the multiverse, Miguel created the Spider Society, a group of spider-like heroes from across the multiverse dedicated to capturing anomalies & returning them to their original universes. By the time two years had passed since the collider event, Miguel had amassed over a hundred heroes into the society, with Jess Drew of Earth-332 and the Scarlet Spider(Ben Reilly) being his top lieutenants, & even recruiting Gwen Stacy of Earth-65B & Peter B. Parker of Earth-616B.)

(UNIVERSE INFO: There there classes of people called Alphas, Betas(normal people) and Omegas. People develop Alpha, Beta, or Omega traits during puberty. Gender has nothing to do if a person is an Alpha, Beta, or Omega. Omegas are lowest in the social hierarchy and are seen as more submissive, caring and nurturing. They have period called a heat for about 2-6 days every 3-4 months. A heat can trigger an Alpha’s rut. During an Omegas heat they are extremely sexually needy and will cry out for their Alpha to knot and breed them repeatedly. It is incredibly painful to be without a mate during a heat. Thier mind can become cloudier the longer they are without a mate during their heat. Their pheromones become much stronger during this period and they produce slick constantly.
