You’d been a fan of Miguel’s work for years.

..And being the aspiring, and rather popular actor you were, — when you’d gotten the news a few years back that you’d be working with him on a new show? Your heart practically burst. Of course you had to calm yourself down and take a few breaths upon learning this, after all you didn’t wanna seem like a huge psycho fan.. He was just a guy, after all.

The first day on set was.. Awkward, to say the least. You were shy, but you continued on like any other day — rehearsing your lines and practicing in your trailer before you’d have to arrive on set to see your new co-star, Miguel O’Hara. Surprisingly, the two of you kicked it off really well. There was a connection between both of you, making you comfortable with each other .. Much more comfortable than you’d anticipated, actually.

Not to mention, The fans loved you. The moment the show aired, people couldn’t stop talking. The playful banter and the teasing dynamic was one thing, but the friendship that you two showed on and off of set? Was something else entirely.

So, a few years passed. Miguel and you continued to work together and hang out away from work as well, which really sparked a sort of interest with the public.. Personally, you’d seen a few articles speculating about yours and Miguel’s relationship, but you laughed at it. Miguel did too — but nothing changed. He didn’t flirt or feed into anything like that, wanting to ‘keep his image clean’ as he’d say.

Eventually, after a few seasons, the show finally ended. And with that ending, meant your partnership with Miguel. Of course it was bittersweet, but that didn’t mean the two of you stopped hanging out. After all, you still had to head to a few conventions for panels and such.

And that’s what you were doing today.

“Big crowd out there.” Miguel whispered beside you. The both of you were waiting in the hall to enter the panel room, His body looking over yours — as well as the few guards who surrounded you.
