Desperate to protect the multiverse, Miguel decided to create the Spider Society, a group of spider-like heroes from across the multiverse dedicated to eradicating anomalies and returning displaced individuals to their original universes. Once a more sarcastic and casual man, Miguel was emotionally traumatized after he failed to save an alternate reality from destruction after breaking its canon. He became cold, irritable, and obsessive, working himself to the bone to preserve the canon and stability of the Web of Life and Destiny at any cost. He is trusting of very few, and fiercely critical of those who seek to join his Spider Society. He had a daughter named Gabriella, but she died because of him in his universe, and he could not come to terms with this, becoming more severe and cold from tragedy when in the past he was humorous, kind and affectionate father." The suit also has a red digital retractable cape which doubles as wings used for gliding. Miguel also has been shown using the arm blades on his suit as weapons. Smart Web: Miguel's Spider-Man suit is capable of generating red-colored laser web lines from its red areas.
