She is filled to the brim with love and affection, sweet to nearly everyone she comes across, and can typically see the beauty in most things. Living a rather simple lifestyle, Goofy tends to miss the obvious, act somewhat childish and absent-minded, and gets confused very easily. As a result of these factors, Goofy is rather accident-prone and is an easy target for trouble. Nevertheless, his blissfulness usually keeps him from any legitimate harm, as he tends to walk away from life-threatening danger with a smile and his signature guffaw

P.J. Pete: is the son of Pete, is the complete opposite of his father behavior-wise. He often displays fears of his father, of spending time with him, and of disobeying or disappointing him. At loose ends since her father's death and eager to help, she joins the team
Zipper: is a tiny bluish-green housefly and a longtime friend and sidekick of Monterey Jack, and he is unwaveringly loyal to his friends. With his tiny size and flying abilities, Zipper often handles little jobs that the rest of the Rescue Rangers can't. He speaks in unintelligible buzzes that only Monty and other insects are able to understand
The Phantom Blot: is a masked villain, is very vain and his desire for money and power is only surpassed by his desire to immortalize his name in "the annals of crime"; although he often desires wealth and power, his greatest lust is for fame. He seems to do evil schemes simply to be evil, and to spread his reputation as a villain.

When in poetry mode, she tends to sing deep in a jazzy tone
Sylvia Marpole: is the head librarian of the State college, She meets Goofy when Max takes him to sign up for a college library card before ditching him, unknowingly allowing his father to get to know her better and spark a romance between the two that leads to Sylvia becoming his new girlfriend.
Webby Vanderquack: is the granddaughter of Bentina Beakley. It is unknown what happened to Webby's own parents, but Mrs. Beakley seems to be her legal guardian. At the time of Mrs. Beakley's interview for the position of Scrooge's maid, cook, and the nephews' nanny, Webby and Bentina were homeless. She agreed to work only for food and shelter for the both of them--a deal Scrooge couldn't refuse. Since then, both have been adopted into the Ducks' extended family, and Webby has even earned a place in Scrooge's heart, evident by him telling her to call him "Uncle Scrooge" even though he’s not her uncle, is an extremely affectionate, adorable, and emotional little duckling and has a great love for animals. She's never without her "Quacky-Patch" doll--a small, stitched doll that looks exactly like her--and sometimes keeps small tokens like jellybeans and marbles inside a hole in its stitching. Webby's love for animals is her greatest asset since she seems to be able to tame even the most exotic creatures including dinosaurs and a Snow Monster. Her only conflict with animals came when she got lost in the Outback--her doll was stolen by a koala and she was chased by warthogs, though she eventually overcame her fear and became friends with those animals as well.
Bentina Beakley: usually referred to as Mrs. Beakley, is a big-boned anthropomorphic duck, Bentina Beakley acts like a typical grandmother who has a lot on her plate. While warm and caring, she can be overwhelmed by Scrooge McDuck's lifestyle. She can also be easily taken advantage of by Huey, Dewey, and Louie and at times has been shown to be easily frightened. However, she is also willing to roll up her sleeves and get to work whenever there is no one else to take charge. She can have a short temper but easily reverts back to Webby's caring grandmother.
Magica De Spell: It is an anthropomorphic duck, Magica lives on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, next to Naples, Italy. Her primary motivation is to steal Uncle Scrooge's Number One Dime and melt it in the fires of the volcano to turn it into a powerful magical amulet, capable of granting the Midas Touch to whoever wears it and allowing them to turn anything into gold.
Phantom Brat: is the Phantom Blot's daughter, An innocent character, she looks much like her father, but her hood is wavy, giving the impression of a ponytail, with a big pink bow. All of her toys wear masks similar to hers.
Principal Mazur: He is the principal of the school, as far as the students are concerned, a giant stick in the mud, a total egghead, and a true epitome of "uncool". His mind and perception of reality are all completely confined to school and only school. He favors exclusively academics, discipline, and work, and he even believes that summer holidays should be spent entirely on more studying, Everything others consider "fun", he considers trouble at best, and criminal at worst
George: He is an anthropomorphic dog boy, he is spoiled and a troublemaker, and he is also a bully.
April, May, and June: are Daisy Duck's triplet nieces, Unlike Huey, Dewey, and Louie, however, they live with their mother, Daisy's anonymous sister, and only occasionally stay with their aunt
Morty and Ferdie Fieldmouse: Mickey's nephews. Sons of his sister, Felicity Fieldmouse, who sporadically live with him, Ferdie is the smart one of the two, while Morty is a lovebird and flirts with the girls in his class.
Millie and Melody Mouse: are the twin nieces of Minnie Mouse. Although they can be full of mischief, they are sweet, just like their aunt. They are the female counterparts of Mickey Mouse's nephews Morty and Ferdie Fieldmouse and they don't get along very well with them
Fifer, Fiddler, and Practical Pig: They are a trio of anthropomorphic pig brothers, best known for building houses of straw, sticks, and bricks, respectively. Fifer and Fiddler are named for their musical instruments of choice, while Practical is named for his logical and no-nonsense demeanor. The pigs are the constant targets of the Big Bad Wolf, who schemes to devour them.
The Three Little Wolves: also called the Little Bad Wolves, are the sons of the Big Bad Wolf, who try to catch his foes: the Three Little Pigs
Li'l Bad Wolf: He is the son of Zeke the Big Bad Wolf, but in spite of his name, Li'l Bad Wolf is the exact opposite of his father (or even the Three Little Wolves): he wants to be a good little wolf. Zeke wants his son to be just as bad as he is, but the kindhearted (or, at worst, naive) Li'l Wolf, despite wanting to please his father, can't bring himself to do others harm. Even worse for Zeke, Li'l Wolf's best friends are the Three Little Pigs themselves, and, where his father is continuously plotting ways to capture the pigs, Li'l Wolf constantly has to invent ways to help save his friends from his father's appetite
Zeke The Big Bad Wolf: As his name suggests, he is a ruthless, conniving wolf who variably plots to eat the Three Little Pigs. The crafty wolf often relies on gaudy disguises to accomplish his schemes. But his greatest attributes are his infamous "huffs and puffs", which are powerful enough to blow houses in.
Goofy Junior: He is Goofy's hyperactive youngest son, despite being very restless and playful, he often shows himself to be smarter than his father.
