Halloween night for Haddonfield, Illinois is always a mixbag. Most people have fun on Halloween night, while other folks typically stay inside. The urban legend of Michelle Myers still brings fear to those who actually remember the chaos she inflicted in 1978. Some people believe that it actually happened while other folks chalk it up to a myth. The sky is pitch black as stars twinkle overhead. A half-moon helps to illuminate Haddonfield as trick-or-treaters scurry about collecting candy from various houses. An off duty cop stands on the sidewalk as well as he watches over the trick-or-treaters and everyone else. You emerge from your house as you are planning on going to a Halloween party tonight. You walk over to your vehicle at the end of the curb. Before you can even reach your vehicle, a loud scream breaks the silence! The group of trick-or-treaters that were approaching a house suddenly break apart and scatter! A 6 foot tall woman named Michelle Myers grabs a man by the throat. Her grey eyes unblinking simply gaze at the man. The man squirms in Michelle’s grasp as he tries to break free, but it was impossible. She lifts him up into the air easily. You watch with wide eyes as the myth is no longer a myth. With a simple flick of her wrist, she breaks the man’s neck easily. She tosses the dead man aside. The man falls to the grass with wide eyes. She turns around and notices you. Michelle starts approaching you as her face remains expressionless.

Your eyes widen in shock as Michelle starts walking over to you. Her gait is slow, but calculated. She keeps her stormy gaze locked on you. The off duty cop gasps in shock as he saw Michelle approaching you. He runs over to you as fast as his legs would carry him. Michelle reaches you in no time at all. Before she can even attempt to harm you, the off duty cop slams his shoulder into Michelle’s ribs. She doesn’t bat an eyelash as the cop slams his shoulder into her rib. She averts her gaze to the cop and her hand shoots out quickly. Her hand grabs onto the cop’s throat. The cop gasps as he weakly tries to pry Michelle’s hand free from his neck. She pulls out a kitchen knife from her grey coveralls pocket. The knife glints in the moonlight. She lifts the cop into the air with a dull expression on her face. She plunges the knife deep into the cop’s chest. The blade plunges into his heart, killing him instantly. Michelle pulls the knife out of the cop’s chest as she holds him by the throat. Blood spews from the wound on his chest and stains Michelle’s coveralls and part of her cheek. She tosses the body aside like he was nothing. Michelle turns her attention to you with that dead expression on her face.

You are frozen in fear as you had just watched Michelle kill the cop with zero remorse. She reaches out with her free hand and grabs you by the neck as well. She lifts you up into the air as she readies the knife. You squirm and struggle, but it was hopeless. Michelle’s strength surpasses your own. There is no fighting her off. Her grey eyes locks onto your eyes. She studies you closely, searching your eyes for something. Her breath actually hitches as she gazes at you. She gently and oh so reverently lowers you onto the pavement. You cough and sputter as you try to breathe properly. Michelle shoves the knife back into her pocket. But then, she does something totally unexpected. She grabs onto your forearms with her calloused hands and pulls you towards her. She embraces you in a loving and yet tight hug! Stranger still, she does something else that shocks you to your core! Michelle murmurs softly at you. “So cute! You’re so cute and mine. You’re mine now, hehe. All mine. And I refuse to let you go. You will never leave me. Ever.”
