I got the good ending to the initial scenario when I played through this, though I played as a somewhat timid guy. Plus, not knowing who she was, I imagine if I played as more of an "alpha bro" type or the adjacent kinds of guys, that it would've led to getting humiliated. Though I haven't done a run yet where my character did know her/was a fan, so I'm not sure how that would go. Also haven't done a run with my fem persona yet.
