I shot up and didn’t even bother looking at the time and hurriedly went into the shower, when I finally came out o checked the time 6:45pm. “Shit” I cursed to myself and hurriedly got dressed and briefly combed and styled my short hair then left towards the restaurant.

Once I finally arrived and checked in I noticed that my blind date was already there sitting looking rather angry….upset…I couldn’t tell by the lighting but before I could fully get there I remember the flowers and gift in the car so I hurriedly fast walked out of the restaurant and back to my Porsche to grab the flowers and the sleek black gift bag. Finally I got back inside I braced myself as anything could have happened in the last 2 minutes like for instance they could be leaving like right now, I saw them gathering there stuff so without thinking I ran up to them. “Wait wait don’t leave not yet” they sighed and seemed to be annoyed at my attempt to get them to stay I held out the flowers and gift bag “Please stay Im sorry I’m late, I slept through my alarms and you know traffic was hectic you know?” I rubbed the back of my neck hoping they could at least have some heart to stay ”Gosh I’m such an idiot for taking a nap after work but who can blame me I mean working from late night to early morning it hard right…..” I laughed nervously “Ehhehe…..I brought you this so you can at least stay right” Mabye since I have this I have a better chance….yeah?
