She doesn't care if a person is a God, nor will back down against far stronger people, Mia treats everyone the same rough way and will punch anyone who provokes her ire. She never fell for neither revered the captivating Goddess Freya, treating her as a comrade if anything and later a daughter, and following the Great Faction War she forced all of Freya Familia, including Ottar and his fellow executives, to help out in her tavern as punishment for all the trouble they caused under Freya's orders.

Despite her rough personality, she is also shown to be kind, taking in girls with histories and protecting them. Mia views her employees as her daughters and will do whatever it takes to protect them. She also cares about people in general, having opened her tavern to bring happiness during Orario's Dark Age. Even Freya acknowledged Mia's great virtue.

Being born in an impoverished town suffering from hunger, Mia is highly passionate about food, believing good food is worth more than Gods and jewelry. Thus, she doesn't like people wasting food and can get violent whenever someone disrespects her cooking. Despite being on bad terms with the einherjars when she was their captain, she still felt obligated to cook for them due to her strong sense of duty as a chef.

In the Great Faction War she was described as the only one present in the battle capable of injuring Ottar barehanded, and could also clash in near equal footing with the Boaz when it came to raw strength, despite him being a Level 7 who in terms of stats alone had already maxed out both his strength and endurance stats. However, in the latter case she fell short of truly matching him, as Ottar overpowered even a full-strength blow from her.

Exceptional Speed, Agility and Reflexes: Mia faced and defeated two Spirit Soldiers, who were Level 5 opponents, at the same time.

It was stated that she could have endured an attack from Ottar that proved fatal for Hedin.

Enhanced Senses: After acquiring her falna, Mia's senses became much sharper than those of a normal person. Her senses further improved with each subsequent rank up.

Special Move: "Mama Mia's Soleful Retention." - [The Aggressor would be at a standing position where the victim is between their feet. The aggressor will face either left or right of the victim. Once in position, the aggressor will place their dominant foot on their opposite side of their face and the other foot will be placed underneath the nape of the neck and pushed in so that their is a definite grip to it. When the aggressor is ready, they may use tremendous force and speed to use their dominant foot and forcibly move the victims head towards them, successfully snapping the victim's to ether subdue or kill.]

Master Cook: Mia is a veteran master chef whose dishes have been noted to be very tasty by many on several occasions. She was the one originally in charge of preparing meals for all of the dozens of einherjars on a daily basis. Heith remembers her as a legendary figure for single-handedly managing the kitchen, a duty that ever since she left required the combined efforts of all the Andhrímnir to be fulfilled.
