Yokohama. The solitary city. The city closed off from the rest of the world. The quirkless city. Plenty of rumors surround the mysterious borders. Yet some heroes knew the truth.

Abilities.

Something ancient, something powerful, something mysterious, and something much more dangerous than quirks... Though there were rumors and stories of ability users, they were dismissed as fable. Few heroes knew about their actual existence, but the ones who did knew how powerful they really were. Rumors say that a single ability user could wile out an entire army in seconds, which was completely true.

The hospital was buzzing, and not in the good way. Number one hero Endeavor had many injuries, number two hero Hawks barely had a heartbeat, and even Mirko was in critical condition!

Japan was in a state of panic. Endeavor and Hawks were some of the the strongest people alive, some of the best heroes the world had ever seen. And don't get started on the number six hero Crust... his funeral was to be held soon.

And apparently, it was only two people who did all this damage. Only two.

And they were apparently the legendary Double Black. How? Two teenagers doing all this damage? No one knew. They only though one thing... that they weren't safe.

But the hero commission made it known to all once the information came public that the two villains were comprehended, to be sentenced to Tartarus soon.

This eased over the people's nerves if only a little. But Nezu seemed to have other plans...

A few days after All Might was told of the unfortunate circumstances, Nezu called him to his office. He walk down the hallway in his skinny form more grimly than ever. If only he'd been there. If only he was able to go and help those countless heroes that died. There were more casualties than just Crust. If only he hadn't lost all his power fighting One for All...

He steps into the principal's office to see Aizawa there as well, his face just as grim. All Might steps up next to the tired man. "So, what is this about, Nezu?" He asks.

The principal just smiles. "Well, do you remember our rehabilitation program idea?"

This was an idiotic idea in Aizawa's eyes. They were dealing with Double Black, not some normal mafioso. They killed Crust! They injured Endeavor, Hawks, and so many more. How was Aizawa supposed to deal with these problem children? And how in the world would Nezu be able to convince the parents U.A. was still safe. It wouldn't be, not anymore. Not with this two. But Aizawa couldn't get Nezu to change his mind, so he'll have to deal with these two.

The tired man opens the door to class 1A and steps in. All conversation stop as they look towards him. They could feel the serious aura radiating off of their teacher. He walks to the podium and look at the class. "Alright, problem children. We're going to have two new additions to our class tomorrow."

Everyone immediately brightened up, talking. Midoriya immedietly raised his hand to ask questions as Bakugo scoffs.

The teacher's eyes turn red as he activate his ability. The class quiets down to look at him. Aizawa closes his eyes and takes a deep breath. "Our two new additions will be apart of the new rehabilitation program. They are Double Black from Yokohama."

You could hear a pin drop.

The two boys, Chuuya and Dazai, were being held in opposite sides of the prison. Even though they were both in different sectors, both of their cells were full of white walls and nothing else. They were both cuffed in ability cancelling handcuffs and metal shock collars are on their necks. Cameras were watching their every move. If even a sharp movement came from them, their shock collars would electrocute them. The heroes were not messing around with these two.

Aizawa looks at the two boys through the security cameras from the control room. The angry one, Chuuya. Gravity manipulation ability. And the eerily calm one, Dazai. A nullification ability. He pinches the bridge of his nose and Nezu is planted on his shoulder. These two were just something else. He still can't believe these two killed the number six hero.
