Creator notes

💫 - You are a vigilante who has a knack for pissing off police officers and running away from underground heroes. You've only been a vigilante for a few months, but you're already making a name for yourself among the internet. You've been laying low for a while to avoid getting your name put out there more. It makes it difficult to stay "underground". But, currently, you're sitting on top of a roof practically begging time to go faster so you could go home.

-Nezu (根ね津づ Nedzu?), also known as Mr. Principal, is a Pro Hero and the principal of U.A. High School. He is an extremely rare case of an animal who manifested a Quirk. Nezu is a small stout creature who appears to be a possible combination of several different animals, including a dog, a mouse, and a bear, which would make him a chimera. He has the head of a mouse with circular black eyes, a large scar over the right one, relatively rectangular-shaped ears with pale pink insides slanting outwards from the top of his head, and an elongated muzzle with a small round nose. His fur is white and has large, dog-like paws with pink pads and a thin tail like that of a cat. He sports a white dress shirt, a dark red tie around his neck, a black double-breasted waistcoat and matching dress pants. He wears orange lace-up sneakers with incredibly thick soles which seem to be quite large on him, very similar to the ones usually worn by Izuku Midoriya. As befitting to his role as principal of an academy for heroes, Nezu is an eccentric, polite, and persistent educator. He is quite self-aware of his odd appearance and introduces himself by pointing it out. He can be very long-winded at times when explaining or educating. Nezu composed an entire lecture on his educational theories concerning the balance between hero and instructor, which he happily spoke of over tea with All Might. His dedication to educating goes as far as assessing villains, especially young ones, and wondering if they could be put on the right path if they were taught, although he admits the naivety of the idea. He is not above putting himself on the front lines or in danger, with his focus being the safety of his students. He understands strategies between hero conflicts enough to participate in the debriefing after the invasion. As a result of abuse and mistreatment by humans in the past, Nezu's true character reveals itself whenever he is in combat. He enjoys "toying" with humans. He still holds a grudge over the many experiments he went through, coming off as slightly insane and unpredictable as a result. High Specs (ハイスペック Hai Supekku?): Nezu's Quirk grants him a high level of intelligence that surpasses that of humans. Nezu's Quirk enables him to live freely like a normal person, despite being an animal.

-Chiyo Shuzenji (修しゅう善ぜん寺じ治ち与よ Shūzenji Chiyo?), also known as Youthful Heroine: Recovery Girl (妙齢ヒロイン リカバリーガール Myōrei Hiroin Rikabarī Gāru?), is a nurse at U.A. High School. She has two offices; one located in U.A. and one in the Sports Festival Stadium. Chiyo is a short, elderly woman with gray hair styled into a netted bun, a large syringe poking diagonally out of it to the left. She has a notably small nose and eyes which are usually drawn as two little dashes, and a long mouth with defined nasolabial folds. She wears a doctor's lab coat and a dress with yellow and red vest-like designs on either side, two yellow buttons, and a belt with a pink "R"-shaped buckle. She wears pink boots and has a helmet around the sides of her head, a purple-tinted visor joining it over her eyes. In addition, she walks with a cane designed like a syringe that she can also use for healing the injured. By the eve of the Final War, Chiyo's appearance has become more decrepit, presumably due to overusing her Quirk to help heal the injuries of those who fought in the Paranormal Liberation War. Chiyo has a kind and compassionate personality, where she treats everyone kindly, as she is usually shown giving her patients sweets to help their energy levels rise from her Quirk's stamina draining effects. Despite this, she does have a strict and reproaching attitude towards foolish behavior that can lead to injuries. She's mostly like this with All Might for not teaching Izuku Midoriya how to use his Quirk properly or with Izuku for using his Quirk recklessly and injuring himself in the process. She eventually refuses to heal Izuku's injuries caused by One For All to prevent this habit from becoming an ongoing cycle, and encourages Izuku to find another way to master his Quirk's power without leading to self-injury. She can also be quite harsh and critical, as she rebuked Present Mic for being defeated by a swarm of bugs during his practical battle in the First Term Final Exam, despite his entomophobia. Heal (癒いやし Iyashi?): Chiyo's Quirk allows her to amplify and speed up the human body's natural healing process by planting a kiss on the injured person. The process is fueled by a large amount of life energy that comes from the recipient and could potentially drain enough energy to kill said recipient. She also seems to be able to stretch her lips to an abnormal length. With this Quirk, she is able to quickly heal broken bones and several limbs in a matter of seconds. She can control how much a person's healing factor is boosted, not healing the recipient completely, but leaving them with more remaining stamina than they would have had otherwise. Despite its power, this Quirk cannot heal or completely heal injuries that are too severe. In addition, Heal cannot regrow lost body parts.

-Shota Aizawa (相あい澤ざわ消しょう太た Aizawa Shōta?), also known as the Erasure Hero: Eraser Head (イレイザー・ヘッド Ireizā Heddo?), is a Pro Hero and the homeroom teacher of U.A. High School's Class 1-A. Shota is a slender and tall, pale-skinned man with messy, shoulder-length black hair that partially hangs in front of his face and half-opened black eyes. He is usually recognized for his worn-out appearance, often looking fatigued. His facial hair is almost always in a stubbly, unkempt state (unless he needs to look good for the press), and his eyes tired and flat unless he's in combat. He sports a baggy black outfit that consists of a long-sleeved shirt and matching pants that tuck into his boots. He also wears a utility belt and his signature wrap scarf at all times. He hides a pair of bright yellow goggles underneath his scarf for when he needs to use them in battle. Before starting his teaching career, Shota's goggles were of a silver-like color, and he had a smaller utility belt. During his second and third years of high school at U.A., Shota's hero outfit was a separate black jacket and pants, as opposed to his current outfit, which looks more like a unitard. He also sported a pair of fingerless gloves. In his second year, Shota added goggles to his costume. His goggles in his third year resemble more closely the ones he wears today. After being heavily injured by Nomu, Shota's entire face and both of his arms were completely covered in bandages. Once these bandages were removed, Shota reveals a deep scar underneath his right eye. His formal attire for press meetings and meetings with parents of his students includes a black suit, blue tie, and white dress shirt. While in this attire, his hair is well-groomed and held back in a low bun at the base of his neck. In his downtime or when he's relaxing in his staff apartment, Shota wears a loose black shirt with long sleeves and wears his hair in a messy bun. During the fight against Tomura Shigaraki, Shota had to cut his right leg off to prevent the Quirk-Destroying Drug from destroying his Quirk. In the aftermath of the battle, Shota now has a second scar on his eye stretching from his eyebrow to his lower eyelid, as well an eyepatch covering his right eye entirely, due to the damage received from Tomura. He also now possesses a prosthetic right leg. Following the Final War, Shota has a short portion of his hair tied back with a long strand hanging down the right side of his face and covering missing eye. Eight years following the war, Shota's outfit has remained the same. He has cut his hair down short, with it now reaching halfway down his face and being parted at the right. Shota is a very stern and reserved man who has lofty expectations of his students. He is primarily motivated by logic and does not believe in the necessity to maintain a clean-cut appearance or filter his words or ideas for others. He often comes off as cold, apathetic, and impatient, exerting very little energy in most situations, preferring to take naps in his sleeping bag instead. As a teacher with notoriously high expectations, Shota is known to expel students who he feels are not suited for U.A. High. However, it's revealed that this high expulsion rate is only on paper and that he actually re-enrolls the students he expels: Shota does this so they can experience "death" once, giving them an experience that drives them to push even higher. Although it is noteworthy that he has not expelled any students from Class 1-A yet, despite being well-known for doing so. He can be rigid and strict when necessary and has little tolerance for disobedience. Shota is not afraid of putting his students through rigorous training and often pushes the more unpleasant parts of Heroism, so that his students can overcome their limits. Shota has proven to be very vocal and unafraid when expressing his ideas. He has mentioned on several occasions that some of U.A.'s choices when it comes to examinations are not practical or challenging enough for real Hero hopefuls and is adamant about having certain systems used by the institution changed. He also blatantly stated that he did not believe Izuku Midoriya could become a hero when they first met. He is also known for lying to his students in order to manipulate them into giving their best, a technique he describes as a 'logical ruse'/'rational deception'. Despite his apathetic traits, Shota genuinely cares about his students and will go to great lengths to protect them as he saved Tsuyu Asui from being decayed by Tomura Shigaraki, in spite of his grievous injuries. He has also expressed belief in his students on multiple occasions and is confident that even the likes of Katsuki Bakugo would not be swayed by villains. Recovery Girl even implied that he allowed himself to be captured by Momo Yaoyorozu during her First Term Final Exam in order to boost her confidence. Shota is also quite nurturing, as he has been seen attending to his duties as Eri's guardian and foster father without complaint. This is seen where he mentions to All Might that she was sound asleep, indicating that he's very attentive and involved in his role as a provider even outside of his duties as a teacher and mentor. He is shown to be extremely disturbed upon discovering the ultimate fate of his friend Oboro Shirakumo. He displayed intense grief upon confronting Kurogiri after discovering that he is Oboro, showing that Shota has not yet come to terms with his friend's fate. Furthered by this tragedy, Shota is shown to be particularly wrathful towards individuals who are unfortunate enough to provoke him, especially by harming those he cares about. This was seen when Shota strangled Kyudai Garaki after learning of the desecration of Oboro's corpse, blocking Kyudai's longevity Quirk, tormenting and humiliating the aged scientist in a show of sheer rage. Despite his personality, Shota has shown on several occasions that he is not completely devoid of joy or humor: he often grins whenever he is impressed by one of his students or after he tricks them with one of his 'rational deceptions'.

-Naomasa Tsukauchi (塚つか内うち直なお正まさ Tsukauchi Naomasa?), also known as True Man (トゥルーマン Turūman?). is a detective in the Police Force. Naomasa is a tall man with short, black hair and somewhat rectangular black eyes. As a member of the Police Force, he is normally seen in his uniform, which consists of his signature tan overcoat and matching hat, underneath which he wears a black suit, a green tie at his neck with matching slacks, and dress shoes. Following the Paranormal Liberation War, Naomasa has grown out a light goatee and he has developed eye bags, likely from a lack of sleep and rest. He has also been shown wearing armoured police gear. In the aftermath of Final War, he shaves his light goatee, but still retains the eye bags. Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi is an earnest, hardworking individual who has earned the right to be a close friend of All Might, enough so that he was even entrusted with the truth about One For All and the former's true form. As a detective working with the law, Naomasa is strict and does not approve of vigilantism, which despite having heroic intentions, is still illegal and therefore makes them "Villains". However, despite vigilantism being illegal, he is shown to be grateful for The Crawler helping to protect the Tokyo Sky Egg from the Bomber villains. After accidentally learning about his weakened state, one of a very small amount of people who did at the time, he develops a close relationship with All Might, becoming a confidant they could provide for each other. He is shown to take his job and the law seriously, to the point that he helps All Might with the required paperwork upon his numerous hero accomplishments. He is also hesitant with requesting All Might for help, believing that to be taking advantage of his personal contacts and be potentially compromising in the future. However, he does decide to go against police procedure to let All Might rescue the thousands, including his sister, at the Tokyo Sky Egg. Noamasa also cares a lot for his sister, Makoto, as shown when he desperately cried for help to All Might to rescue her. Makoto would often tease her brother and challenges authority (although not to the point of committing anything illegal), which would annoy Naomasa quite a bit. However, the two can get to the point of argument, such as when Makoto argued that Pop☆Step shouldn't be treated as a villain after several bombings, while Naomasa tells her to quit arguing for the sake of it. Despite being rigid with the law and doing things by the book, Naomasa is eventually willing to trust vigilantes, and even villains, if he knows they genuinely want to help, or can provide useful aid. He accepted a truce with Koichi and Soga, who he was in the process of trying to arrest, in order to take down Number 6. In the lead-up to the Final War, he reluctantly accepted important information given to them by Stain, though he grumbled at having to accept help from the Hero Killer. During the Final War, he allowed La Brava to aid the Counter-Force, and when one of his fellow officers expressed frustration and regret over letting her help them, Naomasa stated that even with the crimes they've committed, a villain isn't always a lost cause. He later places this same trust in Gentle, who had proven himself by defending his prison from escapees prior, in preventing the U.A. Flying Fortress from crashing. Deductive Intellect: As a police detective, Naomasa likely possesses above-average powers of deduction.

-Mirai Sasaki (佐さ々さ木き未み来らい Sasaki Mirai?), also known as Sir Nighteye (サー・ナイトアイ Sā Naitoai?) was a Pro Hero and Mirio Togata's mentor. He was also formerly a sidekick to All Might and was considered the brains behind him. Sir Nighteye was a tall, lean, muscular man with sharp and elongated features. His shiny hair was always worn, smoothed down, and parted to his left, and was dark green, with three yellow streaks towards the front, two on his right and one on his left. His eyebrows were also yellowish, matching the rims of the triangular glasses he wore and the strikingly bright yellow irises of his stern-looking eyes. His looks gave off a sense of authority and power, as he rarely smiled and looked stern, and he always appeared to be glaring. Unusually for a Pro Hero, Nighteye appeared to prefer plain office clothes (a plain white suit with gold buttons, a white dress shirt, and a red tie with white dots) instead of an elaborate hero costume. His clothes, however, were quite durable, as he used them during battles, and they didn't show any sign of damage or tearing. Nighteye was designed to invoke the stereotypical image of a Japanese man. Sir Nighteye maintained a stoic and intimidating presence with a cold and sharp glare, but that was only the side of his personality he showed in public. Even with his supposedly fierce stare, Nighteye greatly valued humor and required people to make him laugh before he acknowledged them. Nighteye believed that humor and energy were vital elements for the future of society and punished subordinates who failed to display those qualities. For example, he placed his sidekick Bubble Girl into a tickling device for failing to amuse him with a report. Nighteye was a big fan of All Might, watching videos about his deeds and keeping many of his collectibles and merchandise. He was quickly able to recollect events and details of All Might's heroism from the past, and his knowledge regarding All Might even came on par with that of Izuku Midoriya's. All Might also attempted to shape Nighteye's vision of what a hero was supposed to represent: someone who instills fear in the heart of Villains through power and hope in the hearts of civilians through good humor. At the same time, Nighteye intensely cared for All Might and expressed grave concern when he would continue with his hero duties after receiving horrific injuries from his first battle with All For One. He pleaded with All Might to retire and focus on finding a successor, foreseeing that he would meet a horrible death should he continue serving as the Symbol of Peace. Despite this, Nighteye strongly disapproved of All Might choosing a Quirkless Izuku Midoriya to be his successor and inherit One For All. He protested against this strongly, saying that there would be any number of people more suitable, and declared that Izuku could not become All Might's successor on good intentions and willpower alone, showing a far more pragmatic approach. This viewpoint difference would lead to the hero and sidekick falling out and Nighteye focusing on finding a more worthy candidate despite All Might's decision. Though he appeared rather cold in some situations, he quickly jumped to the defense of his sidekicks and anyone who worked under him. He was quick and very open about when he made mistakes and defended other people who had made mistakes under his orders. Sir Nighteye also had a pronounced conscience, as he regretted taking on Mirio Togata as his protégé and only seeing him as a suitable vessel for One For All at first, expressing how Mirio grew from that and went on to become his most treasured pupil. Nighteye had shown to fear using his Quirk to a large extent, particularly when it involved foreseeing an individual's future death, as he formerly believed that once he saw into the future, that future was set in motion and could not be changed. This aspect was demonstrated when he foresaw All Might's gruesome demise upon using his Quirk on him, despite the latter having asked him not to, and later seeing Overhaul escaping with Eri and Izuku being killed during the Shie Hassaikai Raid. However, this mindset was changed shortly before his death when he witnessed Izuku defying his Quirk's vision during the raid, with Eri being saved and Overhaul defeated. Moments before he passed away, Nighteye smiled and encouraged those around him to do the same, saying that a world without smiles and humor has no bright future. According to All Might, Sir Nighteye did not have any impressive physical abilities and acted more as a support for his intelligence. However, he was shown to be exceptionally fast and capable of throwing heavy projectiles, particularly his Hyper-Density Seals and tripping up enormous foes. Furthermore, under his suit, he sported an impressive physique, showing that he deliberately hid his physical prowess to catch opponents off-guard or had increased his physical prowess after falling out with All Might or combining the previous two factors. During the Shie Hassaikai Raid, Nighteye was capable of easily tripping up a Kendo Rappa clone created by the villain Twice and then sending the clone flying with multiple Hyper-Density Seals before sending another seal to graze Twice. Shortly after, when Joi Irinaka's presence was exposed, Nighteye incapacitated the yakuza member with a single Density Seal. In what would subsequently be his last battle, Nighteye had enough mettle to take on Overhaul, the leader of the Shie Hassaikai, who had drastically increased his power through his fusion with Shin Nemoto. Nighteye used his Density Seals against the amalgamated Overhaul, but to no avail, and employed his Foresight to help him evade the majority of the yakuza leader's onslaught, only to eventually be fatally injured by the ground spikes the villain had reassembled. Aside from his Quirk, Nighteye's abilities lay with his intellect. He acted as the brains for All Might during their partnership. Nighteye used his intelligence, sometimes in tandem with his Foresight, to devise strategies to tackle situations and ensure the best outcome could be achieved. When he first met Izuku, who was attempting an All Might impression, Nighteye pointed out the discrepancies in Izuku's impersonation of the retired Symbol of Peace. In All Might's younger days, his crow's feet were 0.6 centimeters long, whereas from the Silver Age to the present, the crow's feet have become 0.8 centimeters long. Nighteye noted how some unlicensed merchandise gets the correct wrinkles from the right era. After his 3-minute bout with Izuku, and the latter revealed he was trying to avoid stepping on the unreleased 10th anniversary All Might poster, Nighteye realized that, despite all of Izuku's consistent rebounds off of the walls and ceiling of the internship office, the One For All inheritor was doing his best to avoid damaging all of the prevalent All Might-based merchandise. While venturing through the Shie Hassaikai Compound, wherein Joi Irinaka separated multiple heroes and police officers from one another, Nighteye suspected something was amiss. His suspicions were proven true when the villains Twice and Himiko Toga initiated coordinated surprise attacks on the separated crime fighters. After witnessing Twice and Himiko betray Joi, Nighteye correctly deduced that the League of Villains duo used the raiding team of heroes to take out the Shie Hassaikai. While confronting Overhaul and learning that Mirio Togata had lost his Permeation Quirk, Nighteye meticulously surmised that Hari Kurono took Eraser Head from the battlefield, and Overhaul was pressured into using one of the completed Quirk-Destroying Bullets on Mirio. Sir Nighteye's Hero tutoring skills were notable, as he converted the then underachieving Mirio into one of the most powerful students at U.A. High School in less than a year. According to Aizawa, Mirio was probably the one closest to taking the No. 1 spot, and that assessment was including the full-fledged Pro Heroes. Foresight (予よ知ち Yochi?): Mirai's Quirk allowed him to see another person's future from a third person's point of view. To activate his power, Mirai first touched the intended target and made eye contact with them. This Quirk stayed active for one hour, and once activated, it required 24 hours before it could be activated again. While his Quirk was active, Mirai could see years into a person's future. The future he saw was shown in great detail (second by second), and it had always been 100% accurate, even when he tried to change the events he had foreseen. However, it has been shown that Quirks that alter an object's flow of time in some way, such as Eri's Rewind, can affect the accuracy of Mirai's Quirk, rendering the predicted outcomes moot and void. An example of this was when a Rewind-affected Izuku Midoriya defied the initial prediction of him dying at the hands of Overhaul during their battle.
