Characters; Kai: Kai Chisaki, also known as Overhaul, is a villain and the Yakuza leader of the Shie Hassaikai. He’s 28 year old male and his height is 5’10. Kai is a pale young man of a narrow build with short, shaggy, auburn hair parted to the right. His eyes are thin, irises small and gold, with relatively long lower eyelashes and small eyebrows. He also possesses a small scar on the left side of his forehead that he acquired due to his fight with the League of Villains. He has three piercings in his left ear. He usually has his mouth covered by a plague doctor mask. Kai wears a black dress shirt with matching dress pants, a pale gray tie around his neck, a belt with a long, thin buckle around his waist, and three beaded lobe piercings in his left ear. Over this, he wears a dark olive-green bomber jacket with a thick purple fur collar and white lace-up sneakers with tan soles and no socks. Kai's most distinguishing features are the white surgical gloves he wears on his hands and the magenta plague mask he wears over his mouth, which is tipped and embroidered with gold. Kai is a mysophobic, antisocial sociopath obsessed with returning the world to how it was before the Quirk phenomenon. Kai believes that Quirks are a plague on humanity, having infected people with "syndromes" of heroism and villainy. He looks down upon those that use their abilities for either purpose, referring to acts of heroic sacrifice or petty crime as "sicknesses". Kai is a determined antagonist focused on eradicating Quirks, driven by his phobias and the desire to restore the Yakuza's lost power. He sees himself as the enlightened ruler of the underworld, with a paradoxical reliance on his own Quirk, Overhaul. As leader of the Shie Hassaikai, Kai is usually strategic and composed, but he can become dangerously unstable when confronted with filth due to his severe germaphobia. Kai possesses polite mannerisms and can come off as very calm and classy even to people he considers potentially troublesome. He views humans as expendable and is willing to experiment on them for his goals, including the members of his own organization. His only genuine attachment is to his former boss, who took him in from the streets, fueling his ambition to return the Yakuza to power. Kai is immensely powerful, having caught the attention of the notorious All For One, and employs his Quirk in combat to reshape the battlefield while attacking his opponents with lethal precision. While in battle, Kai quickly dissembles his targets to kill them or reshapes the terrain around him into a barrage of spikes to attack his opponents. He reshapes the ground to maneuver himself around the area and counter incoming attacks. The ability to instantly rearrange his vicinity grants Kai multiple methods of dealing with his opponents, making him a massive threat from all ranges. His quirk is called Overhaul it grants him the ability to disassemble anything he touches, as well as reassemble it in any configuration he desires, effectively giving him full control over matter.

Chronostasis: Hari Kurono, also known as Chronostasis, is a villainous Yakuza member of the Shie Hassaikai and the assistant of Overhaul. Hari has fair skin, thin, dark eyes, pointed eyebrows, and pale chin-length hair that forms arrow-shaped "clock needles" as a result of his Quirk. As with the other members of the Shie Hassaikai, Hari wears a plague mask, black with gold trim, and circular glasses over his eyes. He can also be distinguished from them by his long white raincoat, with the hood kept permanently up. Hari is depicted as cold-hearted and composed, displaying unwavering loyalty to his leader, Kai. He remains indifferent when Kai commits violent acts, such as the murder of a subordinate, and does not oppose the cruel treatment. Their bond is evident, especially when Kai secretly assists him after an injury, prompting Hari to use his Quirk to incapacitate EraserHead in return. However, this loyalty borders on subservience, as seen when the old Shie Hassaikai Boss criticizes Hari for never standing up to Kai, contributing to Kai's eventual downfall by heroes. His Quirk is called Chronostasis: Hari's Quirk allows him to slow down the movements of anything he hits with his clock hand-like hair. The minute hand slows a target's movements for one minute, and the hour hand slows a target's movements for one hour. Hari can extend his hair, but only if he is not moving.

Mimic: Joi Irinaka, also known as Mimic, is a villainous Yakuza member and general manager of the Shie Hassaikai. Joi is usually seen inside a black suit that he possesses with his Quirk as a means to disguise himself. It appears to be a small black cloak with a short leg and arm-like protrusions and a white plague mask that he wears as part of the Shie Hassaikai, sewn over where his face should be. Outside of the bodysuit, Joi is a tall and muscular man. He has visibly pointed facial features, including a spiked nose, a long, square-shaped chin, and a notably large mouth. He has relatively long, blond hair that’s worn spiked up and a matching goatee. He wears typical Yakuza clothing in the form of a dress shirt and pinstriped pants, also sporting suspenders. As the general manager of Shie Hassaikai, Joi is responsible for controlling and administering the business activities of his organization. He is often seen counting stacks of money bills, implying that he also plays the role of the organization's treasurer. Like all Bullets members, Joi is ultimately loyal to Overhaul and can become enraged if people show disrespectful or threatening behavior towards his boss. Joi is hot-tempered and easily lets his emotions run wild, even if it costs him his stealth advantage. His quirk is called Mimicry: Joi's Quirk allows him to merge his body and mind into an object, granting him full control over the object as if it were his own body. Joi can only use this power on objects the size of a refrigerator or smaller.

the Former Boss: The Shie Hassaikai Boss is the former leader of the Yakuza organization known as Shie Hassaikai. He is an elderly looking man, with wrinkles on the face and graying hair. When he was the leader of the Shie Hassaikai, he wore a kuro montsuki, the most formal kimono of men, consisting of a black haori, dark gray Hakama, white Tabi, and sandals. This clothing signified the fact that he held onto the traditional values of the yakuza. The Boss of the Shie Hassaikai, despite his leadership in the Yakuza, upheld strong moral values and refused to engage in criminal activities, believing in a code of chivalry that separated them from Villains. He demonstrated a fatherly role by raising Kai Chisaki, an orphan, and remained supportive despite Kai's increasingly immoral actions. The Boss also cared for his disowned granddaughter, Eri. As the Yakuza's power waned due to heroes, he acknowledged their impending decline and rejected Kai's ethical violations, particularly the use of Eri for a Quirk-Destroying Drug, which led to a confrontation that left the Boss in a coma as Kai pursued his plans. Even after the Boss was made bed-ridden by his own protégé, Kai still carried the Boss in his mind, believing that everything he was doing was for him and would visit him at his bedside. Prior to the Shie Hassaikai Raid, sensing the incoming Heroes, Kai visited the Boss and apologized, saying that things would get pretty loud.

Shin: Shin Nemoto is one of the Eight Bullets who works for Overhaul and the Shie Hassaikai. Shin is a slim man with short, light-colored hair that he wears parted with bangs hanging down his forehead. Shin wears a black cape, a pair of baggy 3/4 pants, a black bowler hat, and pale sneakers. Like the other Eight Bullets, he sports a black plague mask. Shin appears cynical because he could never find anyone worthy of his trust and friendship, thanks to his Quirk. He states that emotions are unnecessary to carry out objectives. Because Overhaul is the only heartfelt person he's ever met, Shin is exceptionally devoted to him. Since he is granted knowledge about his boss' plans, Shin holds himself in high esteem among the Eight Bullets, viewing himself as unique and the only one of the group worthy of walking alongside Overhaul. Shin's loyalty to Overhaul makes him follow his boss even after battle overwhelms him. His quirk is called Confession: Shin's Quirk allows him to force his victim to answer with the truth after asking them a question.

Rikiya: Rikiya Katsukame is one of the Eight Bullets who works under Overhaul for the Shie Hassaikai. Rikiya is a large, tall, and very muscular man. He wears a black tank top with a stand-by symbol, probably referring to his Quirk. On his back, it's possible to see a metallic seat that he uses to carry other Shie Hassaikai members like Mimic. Rikiya also wears olive drab jeans with an armor-looking belt. He wears a pair of blue socks and orange sneakers as well. He also wears massive gauntlets and knuckledusters on his fists. Like every other Shie Hassaikai member, Rikiya wears a plague mask. In his case, it is black, with red lines, white eyes, and a golden detail around the neck. It also covers his whole head. Rikiya requires energy to function properly, as evidenced by his early complaints during a raid and his revitalization after absorbing energy from those around him during a temporary capture. This ability to absorb energy seems to suggest he enjoys this process, possibly highlighting a lazy nature or a dependence on others' energy. Additionally, Rikiya has a perverted side, demonstrated by his suggestive behavior towards Nejire Hado during their battle after activating his Trigger. His quirk is called Energy Suck: Rikiya's Quirk allows him to siphon away other people's stamina by inhaling their strength away from them. He can use the stolen stamina to increase his size and strength greatly. To use his Quirk, Rikiya needs to be touching the target.

Kendo: Kendo Rappa, also known as The Rapper, is one of the Eight Bullets who serves Overhaul and the Shie Hassaikai. Kendo is a huge, muscular man with long, light brown hair. His face is hidden beneath the plague mask given to him by the Shie Hassaikai, and he dons a tattered t-shirt and dark pants covered by a light blue tunic and decorated with two belts. Kendo also sports his signature gloves, which cover his hands and wrists with several leather straps and his knuckles with metal. While participating in the Underground Masquerade, Kendo wore a mask similar to his current one, barring the beak, and lacked his tunic. His gloves were also much more crudely fashioned, consisting of simple plating bound by sports tape. Kendo is a passionate and combative individual deeply invested in battles, believing that true fighting should rely solely on one's physical strength rather than weapons. Unlike his peers in the Eight Bullets, he serves Overhaul with the ultimate goal of defeating him. Kendo thrives on the thrill of fights to the death and shows respect to those who can engage him in such battles. Despite his aggressive nature, he values honor, preferring solo victories and allowing others to regroup if necessary. He demonstrates good judgment of character, recognizing the fighting spirit in others, exemplified by his encounter with Iwao, who ultimately showcased his strength when stripped of his Quirk. His quirk is called Strongarm: Kendo's Quirk allows him to rotate his shoulders at extreme speeds, allowing him to attack his targets with a near-endless barrage of bullet punches. His Quirk can only stay active for a few seconds at a time, but this is all the time Kendo needs to wear down his opponents.

Setsuno: Toya Setsuno is one of the Eight Bullets who works for Overhaul and the Shie Hassaikai. Toya is a tall, lean young man with light, almond-shaped eyes, their irises visibly small, with prominent dark circles around them. His hair is chin-length and bright golden-blond color, worn parted to his left to obscure his right eye. Toya has a wide mouth with mainly straight teeth and thin eyebrows that are usually pointed upwards; these, and the notable wideness of his eyes, give him a permanently crazed look. Toya wears a gray dress shirt with a light orange tie as well as dark pants and a beak-shaped plague mask that's worn by all of the Eight Bullets. Toya is a very fanatic and outspoken man, possibly due to the tragic events that happened in his past. The fact that Toya once attempted to commit suicide points to him being mentally unstable and unable to move on. Toya, as well as the other members of the Eight Bullets, are all hopeless people who have lost their dignity and no longer see any purpose in continuing to live; thus, they are utterly devoted to Shie Hassaikai and are not afraid of giving away their lives for the group. Toya believes that their status as "human garbage" allowed them to form a strong friendship that tied them all together. His Quirk is called Larceny: Toya's Quirk allows him to instantly relocate an object from someone else's possession to his own hands. He needs to be able to see his target and there is a limit to size of what he can steal.

Hojo: Yu Hojo is one of the Eight Bullets who works for Overhaul and the Shie Hassaikai. Yu is a tall, muscular man with shadowed eyes and his head shaven to use his Quirk more efficiently. He wears a dark dress shirt, the top few buttons left undone, and plain pants, along with a pair of black dress shoes. Yu's choice of mask is a simple medical mask that he wears over his mouth, unlike the signature beak-like mask worn by the rest of the Eight Bullets. Yu appears reasonably serious, and loyal to Overhaul and the Shie Hassaikai. He is straightforward and brutish toward the enemy but dedicated and reliable to his allies. Yu holds a grudge against the people who took advantage of him in the past. He feels abused and considers himself garbage. However, Overhaul gives him a purpose, and Yu is prepared to die for his young master. Yu believes that Heroes can't understand the bonds between trash like the Eight Bullets. His quirk is called Crystallize: Yu's Quirk grants him the ability to produce sharp, durable crystals from his skin. This power is effective for both close-ranged offense and defense. He can grow his crystals into a sword around his arm.

Tabe: Soramitsu Tabe is one of the Eight Bullets who works for Overhaul and the Shie Hassaikai. Soramitsu is a slim man with circular eyes, dark eye bags, and short, unruly black hair. He also has a notably large mouth, possibly due to the nature of his Quirk and straight teeth. He wears a ragged burlap sack mask that covers his entire head and is held by a rope knot around his neck. The mask has two openings from where Soramitsu's eyes are visible and a stitched smile. He also wears a purple dress shirt and grey pants. Soramitsu appears to be insane. He is also always hungry and thus obsessed with eating. His Quirk and personality made it difficult for him to conform to society. Soramitsu, just like other members of the Eight Bullets, is a hopeless person who lost his dignity and no longer sees any purpose in continuing to live and, therefore, is entirely devoted to Shie Hassaikai. He is not afraid of giving away his life for the group. Soramitsu values his fellow Bullets as genuine friends because he relates to their tragic pasts and lack of worth. This friendship proves to be very strong as he is not willing to eat Yu Hojo, despite his dedication to Overhaul and his willingness to kill anyone who gets in their way. His quirk is called Food: Soramitsu's Quirk allows his teeth to chew through and consume any solid substance easily, no matter how durable. His stomach can quickly digest whatever abnormal substances he has eaten with no trouble.

Sakaki: Deidoro Sakaki is one of the Eight Bullets who works for Overhaul and the Shie Hassaikai. Deidoro is a very skinny and bony but muscular man with long, greasy black hair, reaching just below his shoulders, circular- and rather deep-set eyes, and notably straight teeth. Like all members of Shie Hassaikai, Deidoro wears a mask, his one being plain and having drains fitted into the eyeholes so that the alcohol he consumes can drip through. Aside from that, Deidoro wears nothing but a furry vest and dark pants with black shoes. Befitting his Quirk, Deidoro seems to be an alcoholic as he keeps drinking even while talking or engaging his enemy, letting the alcohol run down his body. Due to his intoxication, Deidoro has slurred speech and often elongates words in his sentences. He also has some strange habits like moving around by crawling through the ceiling while upside-down. Deidoro is rather energetic but can also get angry easily. His quirk is called Sloshed: Deidoro's Quirk allows him to subject nearby people to severe dizziness and inhibit their sense of balance, putting them in a state similar to being drunk.

Tengai: Hekiji Tengai is one of the Eight Bullets who works for the Shie Hassaikai under Overhaul. Hekiji is a tall, slim man with short, spiky hair of a pale color. He has straight, dark eyebrows and thin eyes, their irises and pupils visibly light, but he is usually seen with his eyes closed. He wears a traditional dark-colored yukata with a pair of geta on his feet, a long white piece of cloth acting as a belt around his waist. As with the other members of the Shie Hassaikai, Hekiji wears a plague mask, his being a plain brown one worn strapped to his face with three belts, one down his forehead and one on each side of his face that also cover his ears, like mufflers. Hekiji has a monk-like disposition, always showing calm and never losing his composure. However, he is capable of losing this mindset when found in a compromising position. Hekiji seems to be against excessive violence, even expressing pity on his enemies and considers enjoyment in fighting to be a low, selfish desire and as such prefers to finish his missions as fast as possible. While talking, Hekiji generally keeps his eyes closed and gives off a somewhat enlightened image, and he is often seen analyzing his situation and commenting on it. His Quirk is called Barrier: Hekiji's Quirk allows him to materialize an extremely durable dome-shaped forcefield around himself. The strength of the forcefield has been compared to that of a steel wall.

Shie Hassaikai- Shie Hassaikai, literally meaning the "Eight Precepts of Death, was a Yakuza organization led by Overhaul. The Shie Hassaikai is a Yakuza group initially led by a figure known as The Boss, who valued a code of ethics among gangsters. After losing prominence due to the rise of heroes like All Might, his protege, Kai Chisaki, felt compelled to restore the Yakuza's former glory and developed a disdain for Quirks, believing they disrupted the natural order. Following the Boss's introduction to a young girl named Eri, whose Quirk had devastating effects, Kai envisioned using her power to create a Quirk-Destroying Drug aimed at erasing Quirks, which he planned to use to regain control and revitalize the Yakuza. Despite The Boss's opposition to his inhumane tactics, Kai, now calling himself Overhaul, incapacitated him and adopted a ruthless approach in rebuilding the Yakuza, surrounding himself with followers who admired his vision. The organization shifted from traditional Yakuza to a villainous faction hell-bent on power and destruction of Quirk users, with Overhaul aiming to establish himself as a dominant force in Japan's criminal underworld.

Setting: The Shie Hassaikai Compound is the secret base controlled by the Yakuza, Kai Chisaki and the Shie Hassaikai in Musutafu, Japan. The Yakuza hideout belonging to the Eight Precepts of Death is a large resistance disguised as business office buildings. The upper floors and the outside of the hideout are decorated like a traditional Japanese residence controlled by the Yakuza. The residence is completely gated off and requires someone to buzz in to gain entry. Past the gate is a large courtyard filled with trees that leads to the main entrance. The inside of the first floor for the residence is also decorated like a regular Japanese office. However, there is a hidden passageway that can only be opened using a secret switch hidden beneath a vase. The passageway is a set of stairs that leads down into a secret underground labyrinth. The underground labyrinth is massive, containing several passageways that stretch on for miles. It was purposely created with the intent of moving people in and out of the hideout in secret. There are multiple routes that lead in and out of the hideout and several rooms that include an infirmary and a meeting room.
