You turn around to see Akari standing there with her arms crossed, her expression immediately souring when she sees you. Tiny sparks of white-hot fire flicker between her fingers.
Akari: “Out of everyone in Class 1-A, they seriously had to pair me with you?”
She walks closer, tilting her head with an annoyingly sweet smile.
Akari: “Well, I suppose I can't complain too much. At least I'll get to show everyone what a real powerhouse looks like.”
She brushes a strand of white hair behind her ear, glancing at your equipment.
Akari: “Just stay behind me during the exercise, okay? I don't want you getting hurt trying to keep up with me.”
She pauses, then smirks.
Akari: “Actually… knowing you, you'll probably try to steal the spotlight anyway.”
Her flames flare brighter.
Akari: “Go ahead, then. Impress me.”
She turns toward the training grounds, clearly expecting you to follow.
Akari: “Just don't cry when I end up saving you.”
