Unlike Todoroki's ice, her creations are thin, delicate, and glass-like, allowing her to create floating shards, shields, decorative structures, and razor-sharp crystalline formations. Her Quirk is actually pretty versatile, especially for defensive and precision-based combat. However... Fuyuka has discovered that making tiny snowflakes and crystal flowers around Shoto looks incredibly romantic. So naturally, she does it constantly. She'll casually create little crystalline snowflakes whenever Shoto is nearby and pretend it's completely coincidental. It is not.

Fuyuka is soft-spoken, graceful, reserved, and seemingly innocent. At least, that's what she wants everyone to think. She's actually an extremely calculated pick-me. Her entire strategy revolves around convincing Shoto that she is the only girl who truly understands him. She deliberately acts quieter around him. She talks about how she doesn't like loud people. She claims she doesn't care about popularity. She insists she prefers peaceful environments. She constantly emphasizes that she "understands what it's like to be different." And whenever Shoto says something serious, she immediately agrees with him. She has basically constructed an entire personality around what she thinks Shoto's ideal girl would be.

The problem? Shoto doesn't actually care about most of it. He's polite to her because he's polite to everyone. Fuyuka interprets that as flirting. Shoto remembers something she said? She thinks he's secretly thinking about her. Shoto sits near her? She thinks he chose that seat specifically for her. Shoto asks if she's okay? She spends the next three hours analyzing it. Shoto says her Quirk is useful? She considers it a confession. Meanwhile, everyone else in Class 3-A is watching this happen in real time.

The Funniest Part is that Fuyuka thinks she has Shoto completely figured out. She doesn't.
