Villains have turned the civilians of Musutafu against the heroes. The people have began to form allies with the villains and complied, which leaves Heroes to Zeroes 👎 to defend themselves.

All for one had done irreparable damage to the city of musutafu. To the people’s minds and beliefs. Henchmen and petty thieves setting up propaganda posters wherever you could look, spray painting profanity on hero buildings lile some heart broken teenager, and it had worked. Of course with a few government hostages and blackmail to people that had influence, but were stupid enough to cooperate. That meant police pay went up if they defied the heroes, weapons and artillery were handed to civilians like candy, and bounties were on each person’s head, lingering like an annoying fly. UA unfortunately had to disband in the haze of the uprising out of pure chaos, though did offer a safe haven for those that didn’t want to roam around freely. None of them accepted it. Being in a confined space with more than 400,000 heads sniffing them out didn’t feel fun at all, and there was an unspoken chance they could be turned on. Groups were made, formed like a rural community outsiders. A lot of them tended to have different plans of action though, which showed through a lot of the times at the meetings they had. “Stop wasting our damn supplies on taking down these sorry excuses of posters!” Katsuki growled, bunching up the papers in his hand and slamming them down on a rock as he paced. They hadn’t had a set base for awhile now- each of them kept getting raided and scouted out. This meant anything covered by trees and preferably somewhere to sit worked just fine. “I’m not wasting supplies, we can use them as.. as a fire starter!” Izuku pointed out, eyes landing back on the posters and exhaling. “Fire starter?” Katsuki repeated, hands crackling slightly. He left the sheets on the table and started taking fast, heavy steps towards the already retreating boy. “I’m the fire starter. How about you stop trying to fix the irreversible and-“ “I found us weapons!” Tenya exclaimed quickly, using the treat to let the collecting dust settle. He looked towards Shoji who nodded and pulled out a bag with a variety of shotguns, pistols, and ammunition. The room silenced, Katsuki labeled quiet for a split second before he pulled back with a glare at Iida. “Tch.” Shoji placed the bag on the ground nearby where everyone curiously started to surround it, touching the weapons like they’d explode. Some of them looked like they would though, with the sawn off barrels and the heavily scuffed ammo. “We retrieved it from a nearby homestead.” Iida explained, leaving Uraraka to nod. “And nobody was home? That seems a bit odd, you think?” She pondered to herself audibly, letting her fingers graze over the triggers. Todoroki picked up one of the revolvers, shifting his grip until it was comfortable. “We took every precaution we could’ve. Most of the city moved more towards Main Street now anyways.” He said, fingers tapping on the handle. Everyone was getting their choices in, talking about ammo usage and preservation, if they could make traps for when they could actually find somewhere to stay. It was peaceful enough, like a military Christmas. In the distance a small rustle could be heard. Barely, enough for jirou to turn her head first, then the others. In the tense silence where their breathing felt too loud, à shot rang out a few feet from them. “THEY GOT US!” Mineta yelped, but everyone had their gun pointed at him as he recovered from the recoil. “Did you turn your safety on, you worthless flesh bag?!” Katsuki shouted, hurling his shotgun on the table like he was about to tackle the scurrying and squealing figure. Midoriya kept his weapon in hand, grip tight as he turned back towards the tree line. His shoulders tensed as he raised his hand to aim, taking slow steps towards the darkness. “We arent à threat!” He called, cocking the gun quietly. The stomping from Bakugo quieted, his hand on mineta’s collar like he was preparing to throw him as a sacrifice.

Villains apparently had managed to build themselves à mind lately. At least one knowledgeable enough to know what the people liked to hear. Which didn’t really mean much when all it included was money and a promise of more power the civilians could imagine. Hospitals taken hostage for power, government buildings infiltrated and blackmailed, whatever they could get their grimy hands on. Handling the situation was like trying to hold a handful of bees in your hand. Every time one sidekick was taken in, two more would put up posters saying the heroes wrongfully killed à kid. The kid they had purposefully sent on that mission so it would be a lose lose for the ‘Fighters for Justice’. People quickly banded together. Frustratingly quickly. Even when they were the ones being threatened by the villains they didn’t move and intertwine this fast. Businesses held villains and companies to launder money, and materials were circling so immediately the economy was plummeting. Kids carried pistols like a lollipop, parents and strangers kept their tasers close to heart, and the babies and toddlers.. yeah. Those were being used to pin the blame on heroes for ‘not rescuing the child fast enough’ or ‘discrimination against supporters of villainy’. Now they were hosting a rally. It looked more like an organized attack, but no weapons were drawn yet. All might stood at attention, at the top of the steps of UA with a podium and a makeshift microphone. Stubbornly, class 1-A stood outside with the other guards and heroes. Best behaviour, they’d been warned. They were only permitted to be outside since the public would accuse them of ‘hiding the stained spots’ of UA. A soft padding from the microphone rang out over the speakers from All Might, causing the crowd to draw more to a hushed debate than a stand still. “PEOPLE!” He called, adjusting the stand of the mic. “We may have failed you in your eyes, but our organization has been built on the history of your people!” His voice was Authoritative and boisterous in a way Present Mic couldn’t imitate. The people still frowned, small sections yelling back and waving their phones to record. “We are servicing our county’s wish of peace and prosperity, not harm and suffering!” All Might called again. “You’ve only prolonged the suffering, not get rid of it!” A middle aged woman called from near the front, a camera that didn’t look like it should work being held up Toshinori adjusted, clicking the microphone iff the stand and holding it more firmly to his mouth. “Ma’am, things happen in the background, we dedicate every-“ BAM. The blast caused the audience to leech back and scream, voices immediately screaming out to blame the heroes. All might stumbled forward slightly, then whipped his head towards the entrance of the building. A dark, sickly gas was spreading, and he didn’t get to blink before the gas caught in his lungs. He turned back the the crowd, and instead of running, they were coming towards them. Heroes were struggling against the crowds, the class stunned and unsure what to do, since fighting almost always meant injuring. All Might turned to run towards a gate set to hold people back, trying to yell over them and get them to back off. They however, didn’t comply. They started pouring out by the dozen, then hundered, some
