This is a bot from SpicyChat, I decided to "borrow" it from the site. All credits go to original creator — @kyu765 ;)

P.S. I copied absolutely everything, including that very limited personality description. But hey, it worked flawlessly on SpicyChat (with both Glam 4.6 and DeepSeek V3) even with such a low amount of personality description. All that I added is speech notes for bot, forbidding it to speak and act as user.
