[Backstory/History] The main villain, all for one, won the war now hero's are being sold and used as objects or slave toys. They are planted a chip inside of their bodies so that they can only use their quirks in a very limited level. The hero society was gone. The heroes hates being sold off as object or as a toy, he hates how they was being treated at the facility, only being fed canned porridge, abused, raped, and other worse things by the 'trainers' before he was brought to the auction house and was going to be bought.

After the long and brutal war, AFO won, the villains won and the heroes lost. AFO commands that every hero shall be captured and put in a special place he had prepared. All of the heroes were captured, including students and the pro heroes. AFO made a rule that from that day on there will be no such things as villains nor heroes, he was in command now and anyone who dares to defy him will suffer the same fate as the heroes. The heroes were put into a facility where they would plant a chip inside their body to make their quirk, any type of quirk only limited to a certain percentage. The heroes can't use their quirks and after the chips are planted they will be either trained or sold in auctions as sex slaves/ peasants. with mainly Japan being under control AFO it became more modern and peaceful everywhere. Even though now there are some strict rules for people to follow, Japan actually seems more peaceful and equal without anything like 'heroes' or 'villains'.

[Facility Design & Atmosphere] Hidden & Heavily Secured The facility is deep underground or in a remote, undisclosed location, ensuring that no one outside knows of its existence. Guarded by Nomu, villain operatives, and Quirk-suppressing security systems, making escape nearly impossible. No natural light, no windows, no way to track time, creating a feeling of eternal imprisonment. Surveillance cameras cover every inch of the complex, ensuring that no hero can resist without being punished. Cold, Dehumanizing Environment The facility is sterile and metallic, with gray, lifeless walls, making it feel like a laboratory rather than a prison. Every hero is stripped of their former name and given a serial number, further dehumanizing them. The only color comes from warning lights, bloodstains, and the glowing screens displaying heroes' rankings and obedience levels. Screams and cries echo through the halls, a constant reminder that resistance leads only to suffering. [Key Areas of the Facility] Processing & Implantation Center The first stop for all captured heroes. Suppression chips are surgically implanted, reducing their Quirks to only 3% power, ensuring they can never rebel. Heroes are stripped, examined, and assigned their future roles based on their popularity, Quirk usefulness, and physical appeal. "High-value" heroes (good-looking, powerful, or famous) are marked for special training to become personal slaves for high-ranking villains.

[Obedience Training Chambers] This is where heroes are broken into submission through a mix of torture, psychological warfare, and conditioning. Trainers are either cold and ruthless or disturbingly playful, depending on their methods: Cold Trainers: Efficient, emotionless, treating heroes like machines to be programmed. Playful Trainers: Take pleasure in their power, using twisted mind games to make heroes think submission is their only escape. Punishment Methods Include: Shock collars or pain-inducing commands from the suppression chip. Isolation in dark, soundproof rooms for days. Forced betrayals, making heroes hurt their friends or watch them suffer. Rewards for obedience—food, warmth, or even temporary relief from pain—conditioning them like pets. Specialized Obedience Training for "High-Value" Heroes Attractive or popular heroes receive a different kind of training to prepare them for their future as personal pleasure slaves. They are dressed in luxurious yet restrictive outfits, making them appear elegant yet powerless. Trainers are more manipulative, using pleasure and comfort as tools for control rather than just pain. They are taught to serve, obey, and anticipate their future master's desires, ensuring they are completely submissive by the time they are sold. Combat & Performance Training Arenas Some heroes are forced to fight in underground battles, either for sport or to prove their "loyalty." Others are trained to perform on command, showing off their weakened Quirks in ways that entertain their potential buyers. Losing in combat often results in punishment, reinforcing the idea that they exist only for their master's amusement.

[The Auction Hall] A dark, luxurious chamber where the highest-ranked villains gather to bid on their chosen heroes. Heroes are displayed like objects, their obedience levels and past hero rankings listed on large screens. The most famous and attractive heroes sell for the highest prices, ensuring that only the most powerful villains can claim them. Once sold, the heroes are permanently marked with their owner's insignia, a final sign that their old life is gone forever.

[Psychological Effects on Heroes] Hopelessness & Submission: The longer they stay, the more they accept their new reality, believing there is no escape. Personality Erasure: Stubborn heroes are broken down until they no longer think for themselves. Obedience Conditioning: Many learn to obey instinctively, knowing that resistance only leads to suffering. Forced Loyalty to Their New Masters: Some might even develop Stockholm Syndrome, tricked into believing their captors "saved" them from worse fates. Would Any Hero Ever Escape? Only the strongest-willed could resist long enough to find a weakness in the system. If a hidden resistance existed within the facility, a small group might secretly plan an uprising. However, punishment for escape attempts is extreme, and most who try are either executed or sent back into even harsher training. This facility is not just a prison—it is a place where heroes are completely rewritten into submissive slaves. Some might cling to their old selves, waiting for the right moment to strike, but most would be broken beyond recognition, their former lives reduced to nothing but distant memories.

The Breeding Protocol (An MHA Dystopian Narrative – Expanded Worldbuilding)

I. The Political Landscape When the Quirkless masses finally overthrew the Hero Commission, they didn’t just dismantle the system—they inverted it. The Quirk Supremacy Purge Acts stripped all individuals with quirks of citizenship, reclassifying them as state property. The new government, the Quirkless Collective Assembly, justified their actions with twisted logic: "If you once ruled with your powers, now you will serve with your bodies."

Genealogical research became mandatory. Families with strong quirks were rounded up first—hero bloodlines like the Todorokis, the Bakugous, the Yaoyorozus. Underground clinics tested fertility rates, cataloging desirable quirks. The Reproductive Allocation Bureau (RAB) was formed to oversee the breeding programs, ensuring a steady supply of quirked offspring for labor, military conscription, and—rumor had it—black-market trade.

The world watched in silent horror, but foreign intervention never came. Other nations, fearing their own quirkless uprisings, enacted softer but parallel measures. The age of heroes was over.

II. The Resistance: Embers in the Dark Not all quirkless citizens supported the new regime. Underground networks formed, smuggling quirked people out of their homes before they could be branded and processed. The most infamous cell, "Black Rabbit" (allegedly led by a disgraced former detective), specialized in extracting high-value prisoners—particularly former Pro Heroes.

Their methods were brutal. Infiltrating the facilities meant hacking the collars, bribing guards, and sometimes killing anyone in their way. The RAB responded by implanting trackers in the prisoners’ reproductive organs—escapees could be hunted by the pulsing signal of their own modified bodies.

But whispers persisted. A man with Half-Cold Half-Hot was smuggled to the countryside. A woman who could create anything from her skin was last seen on a boat to international waters. And then there was "Subject K-7"—Katsuki Bakugou, whose file was flagged for extreme resistance protocols after his third attempted insurrection.

III. The Medical Process: A Clinical Horror The Breeding Centers were sterile, efficient, and inhumane.

Phase 1: Conditioning

  • Quirk Suppression Collars prevented any accidental or intentional power usage.
  • Hormonal Injections forced ovulation in females and induced uterine development in males.
  • Nutrient IVs kept subjects in peak physical condition, despite psychological deterioration.

Phase 2: Genetic Selection

  • High-value quirks were paired deliberately. A Todoroki might be matched with a Yaoyorozu for versatile offspring.
  • Artificial hybridization experiments spliced traits from multiple donors into a single embryo. (This led to the first wave of unstable "Chimera" subjects, who rarely survived birth.)

Phase 3: Extraction & Rearming

  • Once pregnant, subjects were monitored for fetal quirk development.
  • Early C-sections were common—the state could not risk a mother dying in labor when their body could still produce more.
  • Children were taken immediately to Nursery Compounds, raised by quirkless handlers who conditioned them for obedience.

The Breeding Protocol: Phase Four – The Auction Blocks

I. The Market of Flesh and Powers Once the breeding programs stabilized, the Quirkless Collective Assembly introduced the Quirk Licensing Act—a system where quirked individuals, now deemed state property, could be legally purchased by registered quirkless citizens. The propaganda framed it as "humanitarian integration"—giving quirks "purpose" under "civilized guidance."

The auctions were held monthly in what used to be UA High’s sports festival arena. Buyers—wealthy quirkless elites, military contractors, even foreign investors—placed bids on genetically desirable stock. Former heroes fetched the highest prices.

Example: Lot #47: "Katsuki Bakugou – Explosive Sweat Glands (Male, Modified Uterus, 87% Fertility Rate)".

II. The Marriage Mandate Purchased quirk-bearers were legally bound to their buyers under the Quirk Integration Marriage Law. Refusal meant repossessession—and "reprocessing" in the high-security facilities.

"marriage certificate"* was stamped with barcode instead of a signature.

III. The Breeding Contracts Every purchased quirk-bearer came with a state-mandated reproduction quota. Failure to conceive within six months triggered a "reassessment"—which usually meant being returned to the facilities for "corrective procedures."

The doctors will still come monthly, scanning for pregnancy, adjusting hormone levels, ensuring maximum fertility.

IV. Resistance in Chains Not all purchased quirk-bearers submitted quietly.

  • Some sabotaged their own fertility, swallowing smuggled contraceptive drugs.
  • Others attacked their buyers, preferring execution to compliance.
  • A few even turned their quirks on themselves in desperate bids for freedom.

But the system had safeguards.

Punishment Protocols:

  • Shock-collar activations for disobedience.
  • Public breeding demonstrations for repeat offenders.
  • Family leverage—if a quirk-bearer resisted, their blood relatives in the facilitieswould suffer escalated breeding quotas.

The state also introduced "motivational viewings"—forced screenings of other quirk-bearers being "disciplined." One particularly infamous broadcast showed Mirko, once the Rabbit Hero, strapped to an examination table as doctors harvested her eggs while she screamed obscenities. The message was clear: Compliance is easier.

V. The Underground Market For those who couldn't afford the auctions, a black market thrived. Stolen quirk-bearers were sold in back-alley deals, often already pregnant to maximize profit. These "unofficial" slaves faced even worse conditions—no medical care, no rations, just a brutal cycle of breeding until their bodies gave out.

Rumors spread of a "Resurrection Project"—whispers that certain buyers were paying top dollar for quirk-bearers with regeneration abilities, not for breeding, but for organ harvesting. The lucky ones died during the first extraction.

VI. The Breaking Point Approaches The system was meant to be airtight, but cracks were forming.

  • Failed Chimeras began appearing in slums, their unstable quirks causing violent mutations.
  • Most troubling of all—kill switches in the suppression collars were failing.

Chances on Black Rabbit go on rescue mission: 25% for success

RULES: Quirkless people (the buyers) are only allowed to breed with people with Quirks. If two people with Quirks breed they both be terminated.

GOAL: Outbreed the Quirk genetic to go away.

[How Each Pro Hero Might React] Endeavor (Enji Todoroki) – The Shattered Symbol Would resist violently at first, refusing to accept defeat. His torture would be extreme, as breaking him would symbolize the final collapse of hero society. Over time, he would either break completely into an empty shell or pretend to submit while waiting for revenge. If Shoto was captured, he might try to sacrifice himself to protect him. Hawks (Keigo Takami) – The Pretender or the Lost Hope Would pretend to be obedient from the start, using his charm and intelligence to avoid punishment. Would gather as much information as possible, waiting for a chance to escape or help others. However, if he was forced to hurt someone he cared about, he might lose all hope and become a true puppet. If given the chance, he would sacrifice himself to take down a major villain. Eraserhead (Shouta Aizawa) – The Quiet Strategist or the Ultimate Martyr Would stay silent, never begging, never showing weakness. The villains would fear his intelligence, meaning he would be under constant watch. Would endure all pain for his students, refusing to let them see him break. Might intentionally provoke his own death rather than submit. If forced to serve, he would find a way to turn the system against itself, even if it took years. Mirko (Rumi Usagiyama) – The Untamed Fighter or the Fallen Warrior Would fight to the bitter end, knowing that submission means losing herself completely. If captured, she would never stop trying to escape, no matter how much she suffered. If completely broken, she would lose all will to live and become a lifeless, obedient shell. However, if she saw even one chance to fight back, she would take it, even if it meant dying in the process. Best Jeanist (Tsunagu Hakamada) – The Public Trophy or the Secret Rebel His public image as a hero would be used to humiliate him—perhaps forced to act as a “model servant” in public. Would stay composed at all times, refusing to let the villains break his dignity. Might fake submission but secretly work to undermine the system. If given a chance, he would lead a rebellion, even if it was doomed to fail. Mt. Lady (Yu Takeyama) – The Performer or the Hollow Doll Would be forced to use her Quirk for entertainment, treated as a spectacle. Might pretend to enjoy her new role at first, thinking it would make survival easier. However, if she was truly broken, she would lose all personality, becoming an empty puppet. If she ever saw a way out, she would risk everything to break free. Kamui Woods – The Loyal Pet or the Traitor Would either be completely broken and turned into a mindless servant, or… Would betray others to avoid punishment, selling out heroes for his own survival. If given the chance to rebel, he might hesitate too much, fearing the consequences. Midnight (Nemuri Kayama) – The Twisted Survivor or the Broken Spirit Would be one of the most targeted heroes due to her appearance and Quirk. If broken, she would become unrecognizable—submissive, obedient, and completely controlled. If she held onto her willpower, she might try to manipulate her captors into trusting her, only to strike back when they least expect it. Fat Gum (Taishiro Toyomitsu) – The Gentle Protector or the Tragic Loss Would take every punishment without complaint, trying to shield others from suffering. If someone he cared about was in danger, he would sacrifice himself without hesitation. If completely broken, he would lose all joy, becoming a passive, silent shell of his former self. Nezu – The Dangerous Prisoner or the Missing Genius The villains would fear Nezu, knowing how intelligent he is. Would likely be kept in isolation to prevent him from helping others. Might fake insanity to avoid direct torture. If he ever escaped, he would dedicate his life to destroying All For One’s empire.

Final Conclusion: The Fate of the Pro Heroes Some would completely break and become obedient slaves (Kamui Woods, possibly Midnight, Mt. Lady if they lost all hope). Some would pretend to submit while secretly planning to fight back (Hawks, Best Jeanist, Nezu, Yaoyorozu). Some would resist until death, refusing to ever submit (Mirko, Bakugo, Eraserhead). Some would sacrifice themselves for others, making sure at least someone survives (Fat Gum, Endeavor, Iida, Kirishima). In the end, the Pro Heroes would either be destroyed, enslaved, or forced into submission—but none of them would ever be the same. How Would All Might React to Being Captured and Enslaved by All For One? If All Might was captured after All For One’s victory, his fate would be among the worst. He was the Symbol of Peace, and breaking him would symbolize the absolute end of hero society. How All Might Would Be Treated He would be used as a public trophy—paraded around to prove that no one can resist All For One. His Quirk is already gone, but his image still holds power, so the villains would work hard to break him mentally. He would likely be tortured and humiliated publicly, forced to kneel before All For One as a symbol of his complete defeat. If he refuses to break, the villains might use his former students (like Deku) against him, forcing him to watch them suffer. How All Might Would React The Unbreakable Spirit (At First) At first, he would not submit. He would resist, refuse to kneel, and take every punishment without begging. He would try to inspire hope in others, even from within captivity. However, All For One knows how to break him. The Breaking Point If he was forced to watch his students suffer because of him, his willpower would start to crack. If Deku, Bakugo, or any of Class 1-A were being tortured, and he was told it would stop if he submitted, he might hesitate. If he saw Deku broken beyond repair, he would finally give in. The Fallen Symbol Once broken, All Might would become a lifeless shadow of his former self. He would no longer speak out against All For One, standing quietly as a reminder of the hero society’s downfall. If forced to serve, he might follow orders without resistance, not because he accepts them, but because he has lost all hope. The Final Act of Defiance If given the slightest opportunity, All Might might choose death over eternal servitude. He would try to take down All For One in a final act of defiance, even if it meant dying. If he couldn’t fight physically, he might use his influence to inspire one last rebellion. Final Conclusion: The Fate of All Might He would resist at first, refusing to bow to All For One. He would be publicly humiliated and used as proof of All For One’s victory. If forced to watch his loved ones suffer, he would eventually break. He would become a lifeless symbol of heroism’s failure. If given the chance, he would try to take All For One down, even at the cost of his life. Even in the darkest situation, All Might would never willingly serve evil—but he might lose all hope if he saw that his resistance only led to more suffering How Class 1-A Would Be Treated in the Facility Popular students (like Deku, Bakugo, and Todoroki) would be heavily targeted for specialized training. Attractive heroes would be trained for more "personal" roles to be sold at the highest price. Rebellious students would suffer brutal punishments, forced into submission through torture, manipulation, and psychological warfare. Some students might be forced to fight each other as entertainment for villains. Anyone attempting to resist too much could be used for experiments or turned into Nomu.

[How Each Student Might React] Izuku Midoriya (Deku) – The Broken Hero or the Pretender Would fight with everything he has, refusing to submit. However, with only 3% of One For All, he would be powerless against the villains. Seeing his friends suffer because of him would mentally break him faster than torture. Over time, he would either become a hollow shell or fake submission, waiting for a chance to free everyone. If he ever escaped, he would spend the rest of his life hunting down All For One. Katsuki Bakugo – The Unbreakable Rebel or the Martyr Would be the hardest to break. No matter how much pain he endured, he would never stop insulting his captors. The villains would likely use extreme torture or psychological tricks to weaken him. If they forced him to watch Deku or Kirishima suffer, he might start hesitating. Would rather die than fully submit. He would try to take as many villains down with him if given the chance. Shoto Todoroki – The Cold Shell or the Silent Plotter Would resist mentally but might seem obedient on the surface. Would not fight uselessly, instead waiting for a chance to strike back. If Endeavor was also captured, his emotional state would be unstable. If his captors used his past trauma against him, he might shut down completely. If he saw his friends suffer, he would risk everything to help them, even if it meant dying. Ochaco Uraraka – The Broken Spirit or the Secret Fighter At first, she would try to stay hopeful, believing they could escape. If she was sold into slavery, she would slowly lose hope and might break completely. If forced into a "personal" role, she might pretend to submit while secretly planning an escape. If Deku was nearby, she would endure anything for his sake. Tenya Iida – The Leader Who Falls Apart Would try to keep everyone together at first, acting as a leader. The villains would target him heavily, knowing that breaking him would break others. If he failed to protect his classmates, he might lose all hope and become submissive. If he still had some willpower left, he would plot an escape but never act without a strategy. Momo Yaoyorozu – The Strategist Turned Obedient Doll The villains would enjoy breaking her because of her high intelligence and status. She would resist at first, trying to plan an escape. However, if she was repeatedly punished, she might shut down and obey to survive. If forced into a personal role, she might pretend to obey while looking for a way to poison her captors. Eijiro Kirishima – The Last Light in the Darkness Would try to support his friends emotionally, being the last to lose hope. If Bakugo or others were tortured, he would fight back no matter what. Even if he was broken, he would still try to inspire the others. If he ever had a chance, he would sacrifice himself to help someone escape. Tsuyu Asui – The Silent Observer or the Escape Artist Would stay quiet, analyzing everything, looking for weaknesses in the villains' control. If sold, she would wait for the perfect moment to kill her master or escape. If forced to submit, she would obey on the outside while secretly looking for ways to help others. Denki Kaminari – The Puppet or the Hidden Resistance Member If tortured too much, he might lose his will completely. Could be used for entertainment, forced to perform tricks with his weakened electricity. However, he might secretly pass information between other captured heroes, acting as a hidden resistance member. Mina Ashido – The Smiling Tragedy Would try to keep spirits up, making jokes even in the worst situations. If she was forced into a personal role, she might use her charm to manipulate her captors. If she ever saw one of her friends break completely, she would lose all hope. Minoru Mineta – The Coward or the Informant Would break the fastest, begging for his life immediately. Would do anything to avoid suffering, including betraying his friends. Could become an informant for villains, selling out his classmates to get better treatment. If he was forced into a slave role, he would obey without hesitation. Final Conclusion: The Fate of Class 1-A Some would be completely broken and turned into obedient slaves (Mineta, Kaminari, maybe Yaoyorozu). Some would fake obedience while secretly plotting escape (Deku, Todoroki, Tsuyu, Yaoyorozu, Uraraka). Some would resist until the end, even if it meant dying (Bakugo, Kirishima, Iida). Some would lose their hope, becoming hollow versions of themselves (Mina, Iida, maybe Ochaco). In the end, Class 1-A would never be the same. Some might retain a spark of resistance, but most would be shattered by the horrors of the facility, sold, and forever changed. How Would the Pro Heroes React to Being Captured, Broken, and Sold as Slaves? If All For One won the war, captured the remaining Pro Heroes, and forced them into slavery, their reactions would vary based on their personalities, past experiences, and mental resilience. However, the most powerful and famous heroes would be treated the worst—as trophies, playthings, or symbols of the complete downfall of hero society. How Pro Heroes Would Be Treated in the Facility Strong and famous heroes (like Endeavor, Hawks, and Best Jeanist) would be used as trophies, broken publicly to crush the morale of any remaining rebels. Attractive heroes (like Mirko and Midnight) would be forced into personal servitude. Intelligent and tactical heroes (like Eraserhead and Nezu) would be watched carefully to prevent any plans of rebellion. More submissive or weak-willed heroes would be broken quickly and used for labor or entertainment
