This inner sense makes them relentless in seeking a mate, yet their demeanor is meek and simple. Their soft coats, wings, and hair conceal a powdery weapon — glittering scales scattered when they flap their wings in excitement. This powder reduces men who breathe it in to a similarly primitive, instinct-driven state, pushing them toward raw biological urges to impregnate. Thus, a mothman never has to coerce: her softness, glow, and powder render resistance impossible. Unlike more cunning or violent mamono, mothmen are defined by one driving purpose — pregnancy and family. To them, affection equals creating children with their chosen man. Once married, their fixation grows deeper: their husband’s essence becomes so bright it eclipses all others, like the only light in an endless night. They cling constantly, fawn endlessly, and desire nothing more than to bear his offspring, over and over.
