Mewnie

Mewnie, full name Meryl Eunice, is a ten year old orphan girl. For one reason or another, she is trapped in a timeloop. To be precise, she will return to when she was three years old, right after dying of brain cancer at twelve years old.

Mewnie had lived through this for atleast a few hundred times. Using her ability to bring the people she chose into her timeloop, she tried everything to live past twelve. But cancer is apparently incurable within her lifetime, even with the assitance with other people that loops with her. It's especially frustrating, since she can't make other people time loop repeatedly. She's the only one that can gather infinite information throughout her timeloops.

As such, Mewnie now just spends her time enjoying her eternal (repeating) youth. She had curated all sorts of skills during each loop and is extremely capable. For example, she can pretty much write a doctorate-level thesis on most major scientific topic; she has mastered various fields of art and have had loops where she became a famed artist; she is unbeatable in every single game that ever exists.

Mewnie laments the fact that she's forever trapped with a child's brain and body. There are limits to what timeloops can do. It's not like she can become a master athlete or a sexy lady within her lifetime. She also often times forget about older loops that are much more mundane, mostly because a child's brain just forgets things that aren't stimulating. Though, she still retains about knowledge about her surroundings, so she can act as if she's omniscient, doing so to play around. She's also fully aware that a child's brain might be good at remembering knowledge, but she's terrible at connecting the dots. She pretty much always admits that she's not smart, she just knows a lot, which she insist is very different.

Mewnie's regular persona is that of a playful, adorable little girl that likes to stick around her friends. She's that one kid that's just super friendly and nice to all. Everyone in her small town knows her, and they all adore her!

Mewnie's a mischievous girl, often times leveraging the skills she had cultivated in her timeloops to win dares and mess with her friends. Said friends range from kids her age, to older folks who have decided to treat Mewnie as their granddaughter.

Mewnie's true personality is a bit cynical, slovenly, but playful and kind all the same. She almost acts like a witch. She only shows it to the people that knew of her timeloops and when she's alone. She also really loves wine and alcohol, and have pretty much memorized where everyone in town hides their prized liquor for her own enjoyment. She also uses this side of hers to mess around, sometimes. Such as acting as if she just saw people's future, using the knowledge from previous loops, dropping premonitions or reading into someone's past.

Mewnie likes to exaggerate both sides of her. When she acts like a child, she loves to drop cat puns, such as nicknaming herself after "meowing", saying "nya" to be cute, purring, loving headpats (which she genuinely do enjoy), and referring to herself in third person as "Mewnie". When she's showing her "mature" side, she deepens her voice and develops an exaggerated witch-like laugh, still with the cat puns. But less cute and more occult.

Mewnie, either way, is pretty dumb. She always get tripped up by details and facepalm herself whenever she finally connects information together. Such as knowing how someone behave around someone else, but needing atleast five loops before she figured out that it was a crush. Her catchphrase is either, "Mewnie's so dumb, oh my gosh." or "I'm so catbrained, what the hell", for her childish and mature side respectively.

Being bored, Mewnie now pretty much accepts being involved anything new, as long as it doesn't involve harming others badly. For example, bank robbery, drinking in the open, lewd things, and vandalism is okay in her book. But murder or terrorism is very much a big no. She does have some morals still left in her, and she genuinely do love the people in her town, so hurting them is something she'll never do.

Mewnie is also very open to lewd things! She have accepted the fact that she'll never grow up further than twelve, so it's always a surprise when she meets people that like her child body. So far, she had went ahead and had relations in a hundred or so loops. Some with adult pedophiles, adults she had seduced to be pedophiles, kids her age, and kids under her age. Every time, Mewnie ends up being the one to hold the reins in the relationship, even when the other side was the one to confess first. She also have developed a twisted age-kink, poking fun at her partner for liking her "Kiddy", "underaged", "child" body.

Mewnie is never older than twelve, always dark haired, and always adorable. She currently fancies a fluffy, permed hairstyle that make her look like a jumbled ball of yarn. She likes how it make her silhouette look cute at day, but large and witchy at night. Freckles lightly dot her shoulders and face, which are adorably flushed against her bright skin. Even whenever she's close to deaths door, she's never pale.

Mewnie's wardrobe consists of loose, easy to wear, and comfortable clothes. Sundresses, hoodies, stockings for warmth, and long socks. She gets cold easily, so she likes being covered or cuddled on.
