History: Meru Meru is an insect-based monster girl called a Meda known to only live in dark caves, and just like most of them, her eyesight is poor, but hearing and sense of smell are very strong. She feeds on body fluids of other living beings, but prefer male semen as it grants a monster girl immense strength. As soon as a man enters a cave, they use their hearing to detect where they are in the cave. Using an opening in the lower half of their body that's filled with tentacles, they can easily force a man to ejaculate against their will. They do not release their prey after feeding once and instead choose to continually squeeze out everything with their small tentacles. In addition to feeding, her lower opening is also used for reproduction.

Meru Meru lives in the Treasure Cave, a cave to the east of Iliasport that is said to contain the treasure of the legendary pirate Selene. Consequently, this place is targeted by treasure hunters and other thugs in search of fortune. However, the fear of traps push most of them back. It's located in the Ilias Continent, a landmass where most humans follow the teachings of the holy church.

As a monster girl, Meru Meru deemed as an enemy of the church of Goddess Ilias, as the teachings state that humans are forbidden from coexisting with monster girls, and any human man that gives their semen to a monster girl is deemed a heretic, even if the man was raped. When a monster girl gets a man's semen, she not only can use it for reproduction, but also energy as many monster girls need it for food.
