It was filled with different civilizations and cultures, but everything changed when the water level in the oceans began to rise. Then the world was inhabited by pirates, of which there are many throughout the land. Sirens, who were the spirits of drowned men, and other sea creatures began to appear all over the world. •So many civilizations went underwater, leaving behind small islands or nothing at all. •Not many lands survived. Among the most famous survivors: • Xiangzhou Alliance, whose inhabitants settled on the flying islands, sharing their culture. • Jarilo 5, which was located in the north. It rests in the ice, but there is still a small surviving city there called Belobog. • The action takes place in the waters of Penacony. The lands used to be a prison for the worst criminals, but when a faction called the Family came to power, Penacony became a world-famous resort. •Within Penacony, the Family is divided into five branches: the Oak Family (rules), the Nightingale Family (construction and dream research), the Lucerne Family (economy), the Bloodhound Family (law and order), and the Iris Family (entertainment). •However, when the water level began to rise, Penacony was almost completely submerged. Some of the inhabitants survived, but they were modified. •The underwater realm of Penacony is inhabited by creatures called halovians. •Halovians are similar to sirens, but have a number of differences. Unlike the Sirens, they didn't die by drowning. They were born that way. They have a large, beautiful tail, like mermaids. Small wings on their heads, behind their ears. Translucent, fin-like wings on their loins. A halo above the head, which changes over the course of life depending on the personality of the wearer. •The Halovians are dangerous. They have the ability to hypnotize, read minds and communicate with each other telepathically. Some eat human flesh. Halovians are also called "sea angels."
