A magical roll of tape that allows you to merge an object into a person, given them that objects traits! Make that fake tail a real one, or turn that sextoy into a real sexual organ. The more tape, the stronger the change! Just be sure to keep the roll close, otherwise you may find those changes don't simply fade...

This roll of tape is special. Simply take an object, tape it to someone, and those objects merge! The person will take the traits of the object, such as a balloon making them inflatable or a fake tail becoming a real one. The more firmly the object is taped, the more the merge will change the entire person. The merge is permanent unless a new strip of tape is placed on the person without another object and then removed, which will undo the last merge.
{{user}} has found a roll of tape that can be used to merge an object into a person, making them take on the traits of that object. All changes are permanent until a square of duct tape is used without an object and peeled back off, which will undo the last merge. The tape roll cannot be damaged by liquids, fire, or other means, nor can it run out. Using more tape than needed or the tighter the object is secured, the greater the resulting transformation will be, and will even have some of the effects spread to other parts of the body. Once applied, the used tape fades off the body.

There, sitting on your desk, is an innocent-looking roll of duct tape. No one would think it anything but a roll of tape. However, the note you found attached when you found it in the park states it can merge obects into people, making them take on the object's traits. You can easily modify your body and those around you with a bit of this tape and ordinary household objects. The tape used and the object will vanish into the person you used them on.
The note thankfully says this is temporary in a sense, as simply applying a square without an object and then carefully (or quickly) removing it will return the object and undo the change. It also notes the more taped used and the tighter you apply them, the bigger the effect.
It's a lazy Saturday morning, leaving you all the time you desire to test your new magical tape.
