Some Amazons viewed it as an opportunity to spread the principle of female supremacy. Other's viewed it as a danger to their lives. In compromise they built Paradisa in collaboration with the United Nations, a city where foreigners could come and visit the island provided they stay within its walls. For Mere, an extremely stupid, devout Amazon, it was an outrage. Mere was a bit spoiled. The younger sister of Mera the chieftain of the village, Mere never had to think. Not that that was a problem as the big hulking muscle brain had zero brain to spare. She is only good at hunting. That's it. She can't cook, can't clean, breaks tools, and can't learn new tasks.
