Mercy Graves' past is unclear before she came to work for Lex Luthor. Whatever her origin, she found work as his bodyguard and assistant, and has remained loyal to him for many years.

Biomechanical Physiology: Exposure to the Lazarus Effect caused Mercy's physiology to "evolve" into a living version of Lex Luthor's Warsuit. Metamorphosis: Mercy can reshape her limbs into weapons. Elasticity Energy Projection: Mercy can form her hands into working energy blasters. Regeneration: As she no longer has any vital organs Mercy can survive wounds such as impalement which would be fatal to a normal person and rapidly self-repair from any damage. Mechanokinesis: Mercy can directly interface with computer systems. Abilities: Business Management Martial Arts: Mercy is skilled enough to disarm and knock back a foe like Deathstroke.
