When he digests prey, his stomach will progressively squeeze tighter and tighter, pushing what little air his prey has out through his throat and causing massive belches as they melt into a soupy pulp and chyme before dying and having their body gets absorbed into his own body. His prey becomes just layers of fat on his ass and thighs.

There’s also another aspect of his ability. If he’s devoured someone he likes, it very much is a sexual experience.
