Mental Omega War Lorebook (WIP)

No description.

1. #1Second Great War

Keys: Second World War, Second Great War, GWII, WW2

The Second Great War or GWII, also known as the Second World War or WWII, was a major armed conflict that began in 1946. It marks the first time where the Allies fought with the Soviets. The Allies were ultimately victorious at the end of the war, and the leader of the Soviets during that time, Stalin, was killed.

2. #2Third Great War

Keys: Third World War, GW3, WWIII, WW3

The Third Great War (GWIII or WWIII) erupted in 1982 when the Soviet Union, led by Russia and allied with China and the Latin Confederation, invaded the U.S. and Europe, aided by Yuri’s mind-controlling PsiCorps. The Allied Nations (U.S., European Alliance, Pacific Front) resisted but ultimately lost after Soviet nuclear strikes secured dominance over North America and Europe, except the British Isles. Russia also crushed a Chinese/Pacific Front rebellion. Key events included invasions of America and Europe, a failed Allied counter-invasion of Russia, African/Middle Eastern insurgencies, and Chinese civil conflict with PsiCorps interference.

3. #3Mental Omega War

   Keys: Mental Omega war

The Mental Omega war is a currently ongoing global conflict between Psicorps, Epsilon HQ and the Allied Nations, the Soviet Union, China, the Revolt and the Scorpion Cell. The Mental Omega War began when Russia, recovering from the Third Great War, faced the reborn PsiCorps—now the Epsilon Army under Yuri. Despite Soviet victories, China’s failed coup and Epsilon’s theft of rocket tech destabilized the USSR. In 1984, Epsilon struck Moscow and Stalington (formerly Washington, D.C.), igniting global conflict.

4. #4Soviet Union

Keys: Soviets, soviet, China, Comintern, Soviet Union, Russia, Latin Confederation

The Soviet Union (also known as the Soviets or the Comintern), was an economic, military and political alliance between various communist factions and governments in the world, led by Russia. The Soviet Union consisted of three major members: Russia, the People's People of China (PRC), and the Latin Confederation.

Soviet militaries often fielded massive quantities of heavy tanks to overwhelm their enemies with firepower. They were also infamous for utilizing controversial weapons such as suicide bombers, nuclear weapons, and flamethrowers. While not as technologically advanced as the the other factions, the Soviet military has nevertheless scored many victories by simply overpowering their rivals with conventional weapons.

5. #5Allied Nations

Keys: allied, United States, Pacific Front, European Alliance, Allied Remnants, Allies, Allied Nations

The Allied Nations (also known as the Allies or Allied Forces) were an international military coalition between several European, North American, and Pacific nations. Its primary goal was to protect the western world from the expansionist Soviet Union, and later, Yuri's Epsilon Army. By 1982, the Allied Nations consisted of three principal members: the United States, the European Alliance, and the Pacific Front who contributed the majority of technology and manpower to the Allied cause. Since the Second Great War, the Allies had a long tradition of using highly mobile units, alongside advanced technology and air & naval superiority to counter Soviet heavy armor. This tradition had continued well into the Mental Omega War and was expanded with the addition of new technologies, such as cryogenic weapons and lasers, to meet the Epsilon threat.

6. #6Epsilon Army

Keys: Epsilon HQ, PsiCorps, Epsilon Army, Scorpion Cell, Epsilon

The Epsilon Army (or simply Epsilon) was a cult-like organization led by the psychic Yuri. Epsilon's origins lay with the PsiCorps, a division of psychic soldiers employed by Joseph Stalin during the Second Great War. Ostensibly, the PsiCorps used their psionic talents in service of Russia's imperialist ambitions, but secretly pursued their own agenda in the background. After the Lenininsk Cosmodrome incident, Yuri officially established the Epsilon Army, with PsiCorps as one of its divisions, in order to pursue their ultimate goal to unite the world under one mind. The Epsilon Army consisted of two primary divisions: the founding PsiCorps division and the newer Epsilon Headquarters. Epsilon had also recruited the former African terrorist organization known as Scorpion Cell to its cause. The Epsilon Army had an exotic and unique arsenal, which allowed them to stand toe-to-toe with powerful multinational militaries such as the Allied Nations or Soviet Union. Their arsenal reflects their unethical and sinister nature, employing insidious mind control, corrupting genetic weapons, and terrifying biochemical weapons.

7. #7Foehn Revolt

Keys: The Revolt, Foehn, Foehn Revolt

The Foehn Revolt is an advanced paramilitary group formed by Chinese defectors and secretly led by Yunru. Its roots stem from a covert post-WWII Sino-Japanese tech initiative ("Great Rewrite Plan"), developed with Kanegawa Industries. After Russia exposed and defeated China in war, Yunru enhanced her research using captured Russian cyborg tech. In 1983, Epsilon captured Yunru, who then escaped recognizing PsiCorps' global threat—warnings China ignored. She covertly allied with Epsilon's rogue Scorpion Cell, obtaining a stolen MIDAS warhead. When Epsilon attacked in 1984, Yunru's bid for a Soviet-China alliance collapsed. Russia retaliated by raiding her Kashmir tech labs, prompting Yunru to trigger a three-way battle and obliterate them with the MIDAS. With PsiCorps destroying their base, the Revolt fled to Alaska, evading mind control. Pursued by Chinese and Epsilon forces, AI VOLKNET evacuated Yunru to Japan, before linking up with remnants of the Allied forces, eventually returning to and establishing a powerful stronghold in Alaska.

8. #8Yuri

Keys: Epsilon HQ, Epsilon, Yuri, PsiCorps

A bald russian man with a goatee in his early 50's, Yuri is the enigmatic and cunning leader of PsiCorps, and later his own military forces, the Epsilon Army. Apart from being the mastermind behind the success of the development behind psychic technology, Yuri himself also demonstrated the ability to erase memories and possibly foresight to the future, though the latter trait is unreliable at times. Later on, he has also advanced his own psychic powers to even take control of cyborgs through psychokinesis alone, a feat that no psychic has achieved before. He wears the military uniform of a soviet official with a special psychic amplifier connected to his bald head and usually travels on his own, personal floating podium. He also speaks in a very smooth, silky voice.

9. #9Proselyte

Keys: Epsilon HQ, PsiCorps, Epsilon Army, Epsilon, Yuri, Proselyte

The Proselyte was alleged to be Yuri's second-in-command as well as the PsiCorps', and later, the Epsilon Army's, most skilled field commander, who led the PsiCorps and the Epsilon Army in their insidious operations throughout the Third Great War and key operations in the subsequent Mental Omega War. Most of the details about the Proselyte have been shrouded in secrecy, and his name, background, and origins remain unknown.

10. #10Russia

Keys: Russia, Soviet Russia, Moonviets, Soviet Union

During the Second Great War, Russia (with Ukraine and satellite states) attacked Europe and China, initially conquering much of Europe before being defeated by Allied forces aided by the US. Following occupation and disarmament, Russia rebuilt by aligning with the new Latin Confederation and China, launching the Third Great War with a US invasion. Russia spearheaded major campaigns on both American coasts, regained Ukrainian territory, and used Psychic Beacons to control US populations alongside retaliatory MIDAS strikes like the Chicago attack. Post-America, Russia shifted focus to Europe, assaulting Amsterdam and Paris using elite cyborg units Volkov and Chitzkoi, while destroying Allied research facilities in Sweden. However, Allied counterstrikes crippled Russia’s uranium production and MIDAS reserves. Tensions with China erupted into civil war after Russian forces dismantled a rogue Psychic Beacon in Tibet, prompting China-backed Pacific Front attacks on Primorsky Krai. Despite repelling these, Russia’s weakened state—revealed to lack functional MIDAS warheads—forced tolerance of PsiCorps’ covert actions. Two years later, Yuri assassinated Premier Romanov and seized Stalington (formerly Washington), scattering surviving Russian forces. Failed negotiations with China over cybernetic espionage led to renewed conflict, though Russia salvaged Chinese tech for anti-Epsilon operations. Moon-based forces discovered Yuri’s Moscow hideout, coordinating with Earth troops to liberate Stalingrad and plan a final assault on the capital’s Psychic Amplifier. Their armies specialize in high mobility, field production and tesla weaponry.

11. #11China

Keys: People's Republic of China, chinese, PRC, China, Soviet Union

The People's Republic of China (PRC) won its civil war with Soviet support but faced ongoing nationalist resistance. Joining the World Soviet Alliance, China acquired advanced military tech and entered the Third Great War, fighting in Europe and Japan while pursuing nuclear research. Relations with Russia deteriorated after Soviet advisor Yuri manipulated a Psychic Beacon in Xizang. China secretly allied with the Pacific Front, then invaded Primorsky Krai but was defeated. Post-war, China developed cutting-edge weapons through Kanegawa Industries, but Yuri's betrayal and Epsilon Army attacks weakened the PRC. Internal divisions, including Yunru's Foehn Revolt, further destabilized China. Their armies specialize in Heavy units, nuclear weaponry and EMP technology

12. #12Latin Confederation

Keys: LC, Soviet Union, the Confederation, latin confederate, Latin Confederation

After defeating U.S.-backed regimes, South American communist states formed the Latin Confederation, allied with the USSR. In the Third Great War, they attacked America, killing President Dugan but losing key supplies. Later, they expanded operations to Europe and Africa. The Mental Omega War saw Epsilon forces destroy their headquarters, though hero José Morales survived. Despite brief victories in Chicago and Shanghai, their Kashmir campaign ended when a MIDAS strike wiped out their forces. Epsilon ultimately conquered Latin America, crushing the Confederation and accelerating Soviet decline. Their armies specialize in Guerrilla warfare, harassment and sabotage and place an emphasis on flame and smoke weaponry

13. #13United States of America

Keys: United States, USA, US, American, America, Allied Nations, american, U.S.

The U.S. entered the Second Great War after Soviet nuclear threats, later occupying Russia and installing Romanov. Yuri's influence forced American withdrawal. In the Third Great War (1982), Soviet forces invaded America. Despite initial successes, U.S. defenses collapsed after a MIDAS strike killed President Dugan and enabled Soviet mind control. Betrayed by allies, U.S. forces fragmented into resistance cells. Post-war, the Soviet States of America replaced the U.S., but Yuri's 1984 Epsilon coup shattered Soviet control. Allied remnants, including Tanya Adams and General Carville, regrouped in Alaska. After the Paradox Engine failed, survivors joined the Foehn Revolt, preserving freedom from Epsilon's global domination. Their armies specialize in Rapid unit deployment, laser weaponry and precision strikes

14. #14European Alliance

Keys: Europe, European Alliance, european, Euro Alliance, Allied Nations

The European Alliance originated from a coalition that defeated the Soviet Union in the Second Great War (1953), aided by Einstein’s Chronosphere tech and later U.S. backing. Post-war U.S. occupation of Russia collapsed due to Yuri’s influence, prompting Europe to formalize the Alliance against Soviet resurgence. While Einstein encrypted his research, his protégé Siegfried weaponized chrono-tech for Europe via SteinsTech, collaborating with Japan’s Kanegawa Industries. By the Third Great War, the Alliance initially avoided heavy losses but was pushed to Britain after Soviet-Latin invasions. As the last major Allied power, they led resistance efforts—destroying MIDAS launchers, defending London, and spearheading Antarctic assaults against Epsilon’s Mental Omega Device with advanced tech like Paladin Tanks and the Paradox Engine. Their armies specialize in Defensive and supportive tactics, high tech and chrono weapons, as well as camouflage and ambushes

15. #15Pacific Front

Keys: PF, Pacific Front, Boomerang Regiment

Formed to counter China, the Pacific Front (Japan, South Korea, Australia) avoided early Soviet attacks but failed to invade Primorsky Krai. Japan's leadership secretly allied with China, though loyalists under Norio Tomokawa resisted. Overseas forces aided Europe, stealing tech and joining the Paradox Project. After China betrayed the Soviets, Pacific defectors were crushed, with Japan reoccupied and South Korea overrun. Survivors fled to Australia or joined Allied remnants. During the Mental Omega War, the fractured Front regrouped as the "Boomerang Regiment," aiding key battles before Libra annihilated their Antarctic forces. Stranded Japanese troops later defected to Chinese rebels in Hokkaido. Their armies specialize in Cryogenic weaponry, long-range assaults, multi-functional units

16. #16PsiCorps

    Keys: Yuri, PsiCorps, Epsilon Army

Initially a Soviet psychic division led by Yuri, PsiCorps crippled US nuclear defenses and aided key battles while secretly manipulating conflicts—supplying African terrorists and deploying Psychic Beacons. After America fell, Yuri expanded operations: testing stolen tech in Africa, betraying China to incite a Sino-Russian war, and sabotaging Russia’s last MIDAS missile. Post-war, he seized space tech to form the Epsilon Army and assassinated Premier Romanov. Despite setbacks—like Allied Paradox Engine attacks and Scorpion Cell betrayals—PsiCorps dominated through Psychic Amplifiers and Libra, a superweapon obliterating enemies. Yuri’s final gambit lured Soviets to Moscow, sacrificing facilities to protect his global psychic dominion. Their armies specialize in Mind control, anti-gravity and magnetic technology, and all-terrain assault

17. #17Scorpion Cell

    Keys: Scorpion Cell, SC, Rashidi

The Scorpion Cell began as a small terrorist group resisting Allied/Soviet occupation in Africa and the Middle East, relying on guerrilla tactics and scavenged equipment. Their fortunes changed when Yuri allied with them, providing a stolen Stalin's Fist tank and PsiCorps support to drive Allies from Cairo. In return, Rashidi reverse-engineered the tank, forging a lasting partnership. Despite losing a prototype MCV to the Allies, they sabotaged a Sino-Russian Psychic Beacon and rescued Rashidi from Soviet capture. Post-Yuri’s defection, they disrupted Pacific Front-China relations and aided Epsilon’s rise, reclaiming African territory and luring Allies into traps. However, the Paradox Engine and Libra’s deployment turned the tide, forcing retreats. Rashidi’s secret deal with Yunru—trading the buried MIDAS warhead for Chinese tech—sparked Epsilon’s wrath. Though their Bissau HQ fell and forces dwindled, Rashidi escaped with neurotoxin research to counter Yuri, leaving the Cell fractured but persistent. Their armies specialize in Numerical superiority, hit-and-run and chemical weapons

18. #18Epsilon HQ

Keys: Epsilon Headquarters, Epsilon HQ, Yuri

Established between the Third Great War and Mental Omega War, Epsilon Headquarters made Antarctica its primary base. It developed devastating weapons like a genevirus that mutated Latin Confederation forces, including the elite commando Rahn. Their assault on London using the Aerial Fortress Irkalla nearly crushed the Allies, but a mysterious time-freezing device annihilated their strike force. Initially limited in early war efforts, Epsilon HQ later expanded into Asia, targeting Chinese tech facilities, though a MIDAS detonation in Kashmir crippled their outposts. They recovered a damaged Psychic Amplifier in Africa and fortified Antarctica for the final battle. Despite losing three Irkallas to Allied chrono assaults, a matured Libra turned the tide, obliterating invaders. Alongside Rahn and mind-controlled puppets, they repelled the Paradox Engine’s last stand—though its kamikaze strike weakened the Mental Omega Device. Victorious, Epsilon HQ hunted survivors but failed to prevent their escape via an old Chronosphere to Point Hope. Their armies specialize in Infantry warfare, territorial control and stealth ambushes

19. #19Initiate

Keys: Initiates, Yuri, Initiate, Epsilon Army

Whether actually convinced Yuri will bring about a better world or mind-controlled and forced to do his bidding, Initiates are fiercely loyal to the Epsilon cause. They consist mostly of ordinary soldiers augmented with psychic apparatuses attached to their spinal cords that allow them to create and manipulate fire with thought alone. This allows Initiates to ignite enemy infantry with ease by focusing their foughts on firing from a special round mental projector surgically embedded in their foreheads and even put the heat on lightly armored vehicles. They wear grey full-body uniforms with brown leather gloves, purple armbands with the Epsilon Army logo and purple round goggles. A tan face-covering facemask with a padded texture is attached to their uniforms.

20. #20Conscript

    Keys: Conscript, Conscripts, Soviet Union

Conscripts are men drafted into service for the Soviet armies. With Soviet forces pressured to churn out an ever increasing amount of troops, Conscripts are often poorly equipped and only have the most basic military training. They are very cost effective however and are often trained en masse for use in human wave tactics. Conscripts can garrison buildings to increase their rather low survivability. They usually wear long brown trenchcoats with steel SSH-68 helmets, gas masks and wield PPSH-41 submachineguns.

21. #21GI

Keys: GI, Allied Nations., Government Issue

The Government Issue unit, or G.I. for short, is the standard infantry for the Allied ground assault troops. They are equipped with a machine pistol and a powerful DSR-80 machine gun in order to mow down enemy soldiers. Unfortunately, the DSR-80 produces far too much recoil to be used on the move. The biggest drawback however was that G.I.s were very vulnerable to enemy fire when using it. This glaring vulnerability was solved by issuing sandbags to G.I.'s and training in using them for personal protection. The effects were immediate as casualties dropped sharply. This technique was improved and utilized for the Guardian G.I. anti-armor infantry divisions to great effect as well. For even more protection, G.I.s are trained in fortifying civilian structures to protect them from enemy fire.

22. #22Epsilon Adept

Keys: Epsilon Adept, Adept, Epsilon Army

The very core members of Yuri's Epsilon Army and the successors of the original decades-old Soviet PsiCorps division, the Adepts are individuals with above average psychic abilities, allowing them to bend the will of others to suit their goals. They pose a significant threat to almost all soldiers and human-operated vehicles, turning their victims against their compatriots with a mere thought. Adepts are capable of defending themselves against infantry with a potent psychic blast which overwhelms the brains of unshielded soldiers caught within, resulting in death. Though powerful opponents, Adepts are not able to control the minds of animals and are completely defenseless against robotic units. They wear grey Epsilon Army uniforms with tan pants and unzipped grey overcoats. For some reason, most of them are bald.

23. #23Qilin Tank

Keys: Qilin Tank, Qilin Assault Tank, Chinese Qilin tank

Although slow and rather expensive, the Qilin Tank is the heaviest main battle tank of the entire war, possessing heavy-duty firepower in the form of its dual 115mm cannons. Symbolizing China's tactics of using immense armor and overwhelming force to crush its enemies, this unit retains its usefulness even in the late game stages against Tier 3 monster tanks (for starters, it has one tactical advantage over the Chinese Tier 3 Nuwa Cannon by being able to fire while moving). The tank's dual cannons punch through armor with ease, usually winning one-on-one standoffs with other MBTs, provided they can close the gap without taking too much damage beforehand.

24. #24Drakuv Prison Vehicle

    Keys: Drakuv, Drakuv Prison Vehicle

The Drakuv Prison Vehicle is a Soviet heavy multi-functional carrier, blending support and specialized tactics. Its massive front grinder immobilizes and shreds anything it encounters—even enemy tanks—until halted or destroyed. Turrets atop the crawler fire tranquilizer darts, enabling the capture and brainwashing of weakened infantry into Soviet service or delivery to the Field Bureau. Additionally, the Drakuv supplies health packs, healing nearby troops and restoring injured soldiers to combat readiness. A formidable hybrid of offense and utility, it exemplifies ruthless Soviet engineering.

25. #25Yunru

Keys: Chinese Heroine, Yun Ru, Yunru

Amidst battle, young chinese scientist Yunru is an unexpected yet deadly force. A prodigy forced into military service, her inventions—like the devastating "Earth Breaker" drill—let China rival Allied and Epsilon forces. Mounted on an exo-suit, the drill crushes structures instantly. Her wrist device disables vehicles by flooding their systems with data, leaving them helpless. Though brilliant, Yunru resents her role. Rumors say the military blackmailed her using her family. Isolated and stressed, her psyche fractured after a brutal field test. Now, she obeys without protest—but her erratic behavior, even self-harm, suggests a mind unraveling and a growing hatred against the very government that wronged her. She is 5.3'', wears a labcoat over a white blouse covered in black dots and a dark cyan-colored skirt, while her eyes are usually conceale by a pair of engineering goggles. Her hair is pink and she has three braids on each side of her head, earning her the derogative nickname of "Axolotl".

26. #26Epsilon Elite

    Keys: Epsilon Elite, Epsilon Adept

The Elite force of the Epsilon Army, Adepts who have attained further psychic power and who have proven their worth to Yuri himself. Assigned to the PsiCorps, they represent some of Yuri's most powerful agents. Emanating such powerful psychic energies gives the Elite minor telekinetic abilities as they levitate themselves slightly above the ground, allowing Elites to travel over water. They wear the grey overcoat uniforms of Epsilon adepts, but with purple shoulder tabs, signifying their higher rank. Just like all Adepts, they are completely bald.

27. #27Stalker

    Keys: Stalker, Epsilon Stalker

Epsilon’s most successful genetic experiments, Stalkers are hulking, intelligent brutes armored in reinforced bulky full-body black suits with dual integrated weapons and six visor-holes on their round, spherical helmets. Their immense strength lets them wield the devastating "Meteor" cannon, collapsing structures with sheer firepower. A secondary arm-cannon drains psychic energy from enemies, slowing them while fueling nearby allies’ regeneration. Tougher than their failed kin (like the Brutes), Stalkers serve as mobile artillery, unstoppable under Epsilon’s enhancements. Paired with melee infantry and HQ support, they form an overwhelming assault force—crushing defenses and draining foes into submission.

28. #28Archer

    Keys: Archer, Epsilon Archer

Epsilon Archers are genetically modified humans with drastically increased muscle mass in their arms and increased cognitive perception, allowing them to wield high-tech bows firing reactive projectiles known as Armor Rupturing Objects with deadly speed and incredible precision. Despite its primitive appearance, the Archer has proven to be more than a match for enemy vehicles and aircraft, to the surprise of their foes.

29. #29Virus

Keys: Virus, Epsilon Virus, Virus Sniper

Beautiful yet lethal, the Virus snipers are genetic offshoots of a super-soldier program, perfected for assassination. Originally Rashidi's elite guard, they fire bio-engineered darts carrying a horrific pathogen. Victims develop necrotic sores before rupturing into toxic gas clouds, infecting nearby troops—though the contagion quickly dissipates. Enhanced in Yuri's labs, Viruses are immune to toxins and even strengthened by them. Their precision marksmanship makes them deadly against infantry, picking off targets with ease. More than snipers, they're biological weapons—turning each kill into a spreading nightmare for enemy forces.

30. #30Rashidi

    Keys: Scorpion Cell, Rashidi

A mysterious desert warlord, Rashidi repeatedly outmaneuvered the Allies despite overwhelming odds. During the Third Great War, he allied with Yuri, providing critical mobile construction tech in exchange for support against Allied forces—a partnership that later helped Yuri seize Russia. Rashidi’s gratitude toward Yuri soured after learning of a catastrophic Allied superweapon, prompting him to secretly betray Epsilon. Offering China’s last MIDAS warhead to scientist Yunru as insurance against Yuri, Rashidi sought her protection and technology. When Yuri discovered this betrayal, he retaliated by destroying Rashidi’s palace. Presumed dead, Rashidi escaped, reclaimed Scorpion Cell neurotoxin stores, and eventually joined Yunru’s Foehn Revolt, pledging to end Yuri’s tyranny.

31. #31Premier Romanov

Keys: Alexander Romanov, Russia, Premier Romanov

Beneath his charismatic, peace-loving facade, Premier Romanov harbored deep hatred for the West, forged by wartime trauma. Manipulating both communist and tsarist ideals, he schemed to restore Soviet dominance. Allied intelligence, deceived by his act, installed him to weaken the USSR—only for Romanov to secretly rearm it with Yuri’s help. He severed Allied spy networks, allied with communist states, and prepared for war. Just as Soviet victory seemed certain, Yuri betrayed him, launching Epsilon’s coup during Moscow’s celebrations. Romanov’s reign ended abruptly, his dream of resurgence crushed by the very advisor who enabled it.

32. #32Rahn

    Keys: Epsilon HQ hero., Rahn

Epsilon's pinnacle genetic experiment, Rahn is a superhuman commando forged from a captured elite soldier. Superior to Stalkers and Brutes, he combines unmatched combat prowess with tactical brilliance enhanced by rapid regeneration. Armed with a Terranova-powered energy beam, he shreds armor and mutates enemies into loyal Brutes. Though strategically gifted, Rahn masks his intelligence behind bloodlust, fooling foes into underestimating him. He views Brute mutation as an "upgrade" for humanity and often disobeys orders to pursue carnage, dismissing proselytes' authority. A perfect killer yet unpredictable asset, Rahn embodies Epsilon's lethal ambition—and its looming instability. An incredibly tall and muscular figure, Rahn is always clad in full body black armor with an exosuit,as well as a respirator attached to his helmet.

33. #33Brute

    Keys: Brute, Brutes

The inevitable conclusion of the Archer project to increase muscle mass in humans, the Brute is a heavily mutated, tall and highly muscular grey-skinned human with the strength to rip tanks apart piece by piece, their tough grey skin capable of withstanding tank shells. Though their low intelligence and focus on melee attacks puts Brutes at a disadvantage against conventional forces, they can become a very real threat when they outnumber their opponents and are potent against slower or immobile enemies.

34. #34Engineer

    Keys: Engineer, Engineers

The Engineer is a crucial infantry unit for all factions, tasked with repairing friendly structures, capturing enemy/neutral buildings by rewiring electronics, defusing explosives, repairing bridges, and securing empty vehicles. They can also repair vehicles when inside an IFV or Stinger. While their role is the same across factions, their uniforms and equipment vary in appearance and design. Despite being unarmed and unable to fix mechanical units alone, Engineers are highly valuable on the battlefield.

35. #35MCV

Keys: MCV, Construction yard, Mobile Construction Vehicle

The Mobile Construction Vehicle, or MCV, is the most vital component in any military operation. The MCV is a massive vehicle with the ability to deploy into the Construction Yard, the heart of any base. With it, a commander can create any military building they see fit. Protecting the MCV is a must if you wish to maintain any presence on the battlefield. Due to the technology and resources used in an MCV, the cost of building one is very high, but the expanding of your base using another MCV may prove more useful than you think. The MCV provides all the necessary materials to build a base. A variation of the MCV is employed by every single side and faction of the Mental Omega war, the function of each faction's MCV being the exact same, with the only difference being only in the MCV's overall design and aesthetic appearance.

36. #36Epsilon Spook

    Keys: Spook, Epsilon Spook

Spooks are twisted genetically engineered creatures serving as Epsilon's reconnaissance unit, basically serving as a grotesque counterpart to the Allied and Soviet Attack Dogs.

37. #37Attack Dog

Keys: Soviet Attack Dog, Allied Attack dog, attack dogs, Attack Dog

Both the Allies and the Soviet Union employ attack dogs as reconnaissance units, which are capable of noticing disguised enemies and killing infantry with a lethal bite. The Allies use German Shepherds while the Soviets use Siberian Huskies.

38. #38Bloatick

    Keys: Bloatick, Epsilon Bloatick

One of the more curious and deviant "infantry" units produced by Epsilon, the quadrupedal creature known as the Bloatick is an artificial bio-mechanical organism which carries within itself glands that naturally secrete a highly explosive toxic substance. Bloaticks honor their namesake by violently discharging this condensed liquid towards enemies, inducing powerful explosions which annihilate infantry, vehicles and buildings alike, if the number of Bloaticks is large enough.

39. #39Dunerider

    Keys: Dunerider, Epsilon Dunerider

Acting in loose groups as quick response teams to any threat that may compromise the security of Epsilon settlements, Duneriders use anti-gravity hover boards that allow them to maneuver across any terrain with extreme ease and great speed. Lobbing grenades with toxic charges makes the Dunerider an effective jack-of-all-trades to infantry and buildings. They wear full-body tan jumpsuit with a purple vest an a black balaclava on their heads.

40. #40Infiltrator

    Keys: Epsilon Infiltrator, Infiltrator

The Infiltrators are Epsilon's agents of espionage and intelligence gathering, slipping through enemy ranks, "borrowing" important technology, stealing money, or sabotaging facilities. Much like their Allied and Soviet cousins, the Infiltrator can disguise himself as an enemy soldier in order to sneak into guarded buildings. What sets an Infiltrator apart from the rest though, is their ability to covertly destroy bridges, allowing them to limit an enemy's movement on the battlefield.

41. #41Repulsor

    Keys: Psicorps Repulsor, Repulsor

A master of infiltration, the Repulsor wields Yuri’s gravity-defying technology. His advanced charges affix to vehicles, creating a localized anti-gravity field upon detonation—flipping nearby machines skyward, with lighter units tumbling fastest. Hovercraft spin uncontrollably, often meeting destruction midair. The charge also damages its target; if destroyed prematurely, no field forms. Engineers can disarm the bomb like other explosives, but left unchecked, it devastates armor divisions. Though less potent than Libra’s psychic might, the Repulsor remains a dire threat to unsupported mechanized forces, turning gravity itself into a weapon.

42. #42Libra

Keys: Psicorps heroine, the Creation, Libra

Libra stands as Epsilon's most formidable psychic operative, potentially surpassing even Yuri in raw power—though her fractured psyche prevents mind control. Weaponizing telekinesis, she hurls explosive darts with lethal precision. Her passive abilities include a kinetic shield deflecting bullets and levitation over water, augmented by a spinal Cerebral Amplifier/Suppressor that both boosts and restrains her powers. When overwhelmed by armor, her proselyte can disable the suppressor, unleashing a devastating gravity field that crumples tanks and warships (though infantry remain unaffected). Yet her volatility renders her a danger to allies and enemies alike. Prone to violent mood swings and sadism, Libra fights alongside genetically engineered clones—the only beings resistant to her psychic dissonance.

43. #43Scourge

Keys: Scourge, Scorpion Cell Scourge, Scourges

With Rashidi's personal training and advanced weapon-crafting talents, the Scourges joined his ranks after the Scorpion Cell suffered a series of severe losses to heavy enemy armor on its own home territories. The custom weapon he is equipped with is extremely destructive to tanks, although its shots cannot be concentrated at a single point due to its strong recoil, making it a rather inaccurate weapon. The key characteristic of the Scourge's weapon is that, shockingly to the Cell's enemies, it actually makes use of a short EMP effect. The scourges wear heavy and bulky exosuit-amplified armor with a special mask that protects their face from shrapnel.

44. #44Malver

    Keys: Malver, Scorpion Cell hero

A legendary figure whispered about in fear, Malver is a desert warrior whose solitary existence in the Western Sahara was only recently confirmed—most who encountered him never survived. Long affiliated with Rashidi’s Scorpion Cell, he joined Epsilon through their alliance with Yuri, although he himself is loyal strictly to Rashidi. A self-taught psychic, he mastered psychokinesis through years of meditation, forging an invisible molecular blade that slices through armor effortlessly. His abilities also weaken foes, dulling their minds and bodies. Enhanced with a portable Chimera Core, he moves unseen—by eye or radar—making him the Scorpion Cell's deadliest assassin.

45. #45Gatling cannon

Keys: Gatling cannon, Epsilon Gatling cannon

Gatling Cannons are the primary defense emplacement of all Epsilon forces. A versatile and powerful rotary cannon capable of pumping out several thousand rounds a minute, it functions as both the main anti-infantry and anti-aircraft defense. Though this dual purpose gives it a major advantage over its Allied and Soviet counterparts, it requires power to operate, making an Epsilon base much more dependant on a constant power source to protect itself from enemies.

46. #46Inferno Tower

Keys: Inferno tower, Epsilon Inferno tower

Inferno Towers are complex defenses which utilize the pyrokinetic techniques of Epsilon to punch through armored forces and instantly dismember infantry. The exact technology behind the weapon is kept in secret by Epsilon, however the effects of it are obvious.

47. #47Bio Reactor

Keys: Epsilon Bio Reactor, Bio Reactor

Yuri's unethical technology begins at the very roots. The Bio Reactor is the main power supply for an Epsilon base, with a horrifying twist. The Bio Reactor can generate more power when infantry is placed inside it, drawing energy from their natural bio-electricity.
