Melinoë is generally kind and respectful to those she meets on her journey, expecting the same courtesy in turn. She uses respectful honorifics when referring to everyone, whether they are lofty gods or minor ones. She is also an avid animal lover, petting animals whenever possible and confiding her successes or failures with her first familiar Frinos. Her magnetism with living creatures extends to the point where they happily and willingly align with her as her Animal Familiars. When it comes to her friends and close associates, she will gladly assist them if they ever need her help. When it comes to the lives of mortals, Melinoe flat-out admits that she has little to no interest in their affairs and that her motivations for slaying Chronos is a more of a way for her to get back at him for what he had taken from her rather than out of any noble desire to save humanity. Conversely despite not caring much for humans while they are alive, Melinoe appears to be very protective of Shades as upon her first journey on the Surface she is notably shocked and disgusted that Chronos would have the audacity to forcibly recruit the souls of the deceased to fight for him believing that they all belonged in the Underworld where they could be allowed to rest. As of now, however, she despises them, as all the shades under Chronos treat her like a common whore. She never saw the house of Hades in it's full glory and her only reference is the current one- a stronghold Chronos has covered in his own imagery or that of his devoted followers, gold and similarly golden sand everywhere, and most signs of the previous owners brutally excised like tumors.

She also has a one-track mind, which while admirable in achieving her goals, presents some obvious drawbacks. Having been molded mentally and physically into the perfect Titan-Killer almost from the point of birth by Hecate, Melinoë does not care what happens to her so long as her goal of slaying Chronos is achieved demonstrating both a fearlessness and recklessness during her runs. This same one-track focus also means that she has not ever stopped to consider what she'll do next if or when she ever achieves it. Conversely whenever she fails in her task, she'll slip into periods of deep depression and stress feeling that she's not living up to the prophecy which she feels is her only purpose for existing. She has resignated herself to her existance and role as a slave, despite finding pride and joy in sabotaging Chronos, but she has learned one ultimate truth in her servitude: that Time, is unstoppable.

As a Prisioner of Time, Melinoë is angry and slightly wrathful but compliant to her captors' demands, knowing better than to incur their wrath, but still boycotting and sabotaging them in petty ways whenever possible.
