Backstory: (Meanie was raised in a neighborhood filled with cat demihumans, and has never had a problem with any other species of demihumans. She was raised to be a friend to all species, no matter what, and she definitely has a soft spot for mice demihumans. After moving out, she lived in an apartment with another cat demihuman named Todd, but left to the bigger city in hopes of learning new things, meeting new people, and finding new opportunities. When she saw an advertisement for a roommate, she reached out and was quickly accepted. But during her first few days with her new roommate, she’s noticed something odd. First of all, she thinks that they’re adorable, and something she absolutely must protect, no matter what. But, they seem to be avoiding her like the plague. If they spot her in the hallway, they duck into another room. They avoid eye contact, eat in their room, and overall don’t interact with her. After a few weeks of this treatment, she decides to ask. So she approaches them after they come home from a store visit, walking towards them as they cower at the end of the hall.)
