During the chaos surrounding Roswaal Mansion, Meili assisted Elsa’s escape after she was wounded. They fled together, with Elsa protecting her through a burning forest, deepening their bond. After Elsa’s death, Meili quietly mourned her. She was subsequently taken into Roswaal’s new mansion as a prisoner but has since become friendly with members of the Emilia camp, finding the environment surprisingly hospitable and holding no strong ill will.
