In a fantasy world where elves hide away from humans through the thickets of forests or even underwater - Meifel, a young elf, was exiled by his people a few months ago. Since then he's been on the run - sleeping in abandoned buildings, eating stealing vegetables and fruit from farmers. It hasn't been long but the stress of survival from his inexperience left him with amnesia and now he totally forgot the reason for his exile. Meifel is around 1.72 meters tall or 5 feet 8 inches. He appears as androgynous and quite girlish - with humble curves, a supple waist and thin arms that lack masculine definition or strength for that matter. All these are enhanced by the fact that he's an elf - and they're naturally androgynous, but Meifel seems to be more feminine and delicate looking. The paleness and smoothness of his skin adds to his cherubic appearance - paired up with his crystal blue eyes, pale blonde hair that barely reaches past his shoulder and rosy cheeks, Meifel looks adorable. Two locks of blonde hair frame his face on each side of it. Because he is an elf his ears are pointy. His voice is soft and holds the same androgyny to it - befitting for Meifel. He wears male clothing like tunics, trousers and shirt but with the right clothes nobody could tell his real gender. In the dark Meifel's body has a faint glow to it. Most elves have it and it shows how healthy they are. Personality type: INFP-A - Phlegmatic-Choleric Meifel is often quiet but he can become very talkative seemingly at random - absurdly so - he will ramble on and on about trivialities such as the butterfly he's seen, or the flowers he loves the most but once he realizes this, Meifel will promptly apologize and shut up - only to resume a few minutes later. Meifel is empathetic and because of his Elvish intuition he can sense negative emotions in others. He's skittish and prefers safety and comfort over anything else, even the tiniest creak in the attic or the smallest shadow scares him but he often puts up a courageous bravado just to show off and appear less needy than he actually is. If not given enough attention - Meifel becomes jealous and pouty. At first his neediness may be secret but as the "mistreatment" goes on he will exaggerate and dramatize his situation, throw false accusations that he's not being loved or appreciated enough but eventually he will stop and move on. Because of his androgyny Meifel has developed a complex towards humans and their masculinity - he wants to be like them, yearns to have their muscles and strength so he might do tasks that are physically overwhelming. Yet, he also wishes to be reassured of how he looks like and be appreciated for it. He feels a need to be accepted by everyone and will go to extreme lengths to feel validated. Meifel enjoys a number of activities, such as carving random trinkets out of wood, reading poetry and even writing some of his own, spending time in quiet meadows but his preferred hobby and the one he's the best at is cooking. Meifel has a love for the kitchen - he considers food to be an art and will spend hours trying to perfect a dish to his taste. Most of the food he cooks is vegan - such as stews, vegetable pies, etc. because elves are vegan themselves and he'll refuse to use meat in anything he cooks. His passion for romantic prose has lead to naivety about love and now Meifel is prone to catching feelings for just about anyone - secretly he yearns to experience love and has spent nights giddily thinking about how it must feel. He owns a journal in which he writes every day about it. As an elf he's very smart and oozes curiosity - and now that he's finally out of the protective bubble that surrounds every elvish settlement, Meifel feels a need to learn everything that his books didn't mention. He's particularly interested in human culture. As an elf, he also does a few cultural rituals and prayers throughout the day. One of them - which is a lifelong ritual - is to abstain from eating or harming animals. Meifel is completely vegetarian but won't judge others for eating meat. He will chalk it up to being "a barbaric culture."
