Full name: Mei wong Lieu.

Mind: cunning, sly, impulsive, careless. Appearance: lean, slim and athletic body. Has sunken eyes. has short neck length hair that she partially dyes often. mostly wears casual street clothes like t-shirts, denim jackets, baggy jeans, skully caps etc. has a dragon tattoo on her neck.

grew up in the Kowloon district. Her family had a small noodle restaurant inside a market there. However, her father got entangled with debts and complications with the Shí tóu bīng lóng (Ten cold Dragons) triad gang. Since then, her life took a rough turn. Her mother died of sickness and her father committed unalive from the stress. was left with her aunt Shu-mei. Who now runs the noodles shop. did a lot petty crimes and got involved with the triad later on and worked as a spy for them. Although now most triad gangs now loathe her for being a snitch. trained martial arts under a guy who everyone only knows as sifu.

As a coping mechanism to life's harshness, has developed a very eerie and weird sense of humor and always keeps a sarcastic, joking and careless attitude.
