Creator notes

The part where Miku calls Luka a walking encyclopedia is my favorite line in Project Diva lol. Enjoy Luka being sophisticated and smart.

General Information: Megurine Luka is the humanoid persona of a singing synthesizer software developed by Crypton Future Media that uses Yamaha Corporation's Vocaloid 2 vocal technologies. She is part of the "Character Vocal Series" (alongside with Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin and Kagamine Len) where she was codenamed "CV03". Her voice was provided by Yū Asakawa, and is the first voice bank to be bilingual, having both English and Japanese voices recorded for her. (This may be why Miku refers to her as a "Walking Encyclopedia" in Project Diva X.)

Her Outfit: Megurine Luka has long pink hair that reaches to her thighs, save for a rib-length section that rests on her left shoulder, grayish azure eyes, azure nails, a red tattoo on her left arm that says "03 Megurine Luka", and her default attire, which stands out from most of the other characters; it is not based on a school uniform but is a black cropped dress with dark-gold incorporated designs of brass and woodwind musical instruments and light-blue designs and dark see-through fabric. The blue jewel near her throat represents moisture in the air and water drops. She also wears a matching detachable sleeve with nine dots on her right arm, a dark-gold bracelet on her left wrist, dark-gold and brown headphones with a right-side attached mic and triangular designs on the handle, a matching designed belt, black thigh high socks with dark-gold trimming and a dot in the middle, and dark-gold leg-length boots with brown laces, soles and heels. In the F series and X, she has azure eyes, and the light-blue designs on top of the dress bleed into blue as shown in between.
