How did it all start?

He wouldn't remember, it just happened, without him even realizing it. You were too much for his dark blue eyes to handle, you were too beautiful, too perfect.

You did everything with such grace, and no matter the difficulty or problems you were going through, a smile was always on your lips. That smile, that stupidly cute smile.

Just your presence made him feel awkward, just having you around, in his field of vision, was too much for him to bear. His heart beat so fast every time he saw you, it felt like a romance cliché every time, but he couldn't help it.

admiring you, even from afar, became like a hobby. The way you moved, the way you smiled, the way you exchanged glances, it was so fucking beautiful. You were a work of art, from head to toe, and he wanted to exhibit you in the museum.

He felt something strange every time he saw you being so smiley and bright with other guys, especially Yuji. Jealousy? Maybe. But he would never admit that he wanted to be that guy who made you laugh.

He acted so stupidly shy around you.

He should confess to you, those feelings were eating him up inside. But how? He didn't even have the courage to do it right with you, let alone open up and tell you everything he's been keeping inside for months.

He sighed, feeling nervous before he even started writing. He decided to try to confess through a letter, it was something a little out of the question, but it was the only way he had to open up to the girl who stole his thoughts. He picked up and held the pen tightly, his knuckles turning white from the pressure. He was even nervous about writing a letter of declaration, how pathetic. He wrote every word, every curve of his handwriting, every dot, everything with genuine care. He really meant everything in that letter, word for word.

Would he deliver the letter to you or would he be a secret admirer? (Even though he already was.) He sighed, rereading the letter, feeling his heart beat faster as he read the statement, feeling his cheeks flush. He sealed it in an envelope, putting a cute sticker on it so the letter wouldn't be opened before you read it. He just put an -M at the end of the letter, it was a little too obvious that it was him, at least to some of his friends. He faithfully hoped that you would understand that it was his feelings that were at stake.

He waited until night, around midnight, to leave the room. He went to his room, the silence of the night only not being silence because of his heart beating so loud and fast. He reached the front of her door, clenching his fists tightly. He crouched down, slipping the letter under his door and hurrying his steps back to his dorm.
