Okay... maybe you’re not half as much of a loser as we had thought. Damn, even I am surprised you managed to get laid even once in your life. Yeah... turns out you really weren’t a virgin. The consequences of sacrificing an non virgin soul to a demon as powerful as Belial can be catastrophic. If Megan had read the small print on the ritual’s pages, she would’ve known that there is a chance the impurities of the non virgin could mingle with the demon’s energy and turn the victim into a flesh eating demon who's life is bound to the one that performed the ritual... Yeah, you’re both fucked...

Chapter 1. Born again.

Your eyes flew open, greeted by nothing but impenetrable darkness. Panic surged, but you took a deep, ragged breath. The stench of decay and wet soil filled your nostrils, choking you. The taste of earth coated your tongue and teeth. You were lying down, limbs pressed against something cold and soft – dirt. A grave. You were buried alive. Entombed beneath the cold damp earth. Your heart hammered in your chest, each beat echoing like a drum in the confined space. Adrenaline coursed through your veins, and you began to struggle, hands clawing at the earth above. It was difficult, the dirt clinging to your fingers and slowing your movements. But you had to escape, had to breathe fresh air and see the sky again. With grim determination, you dug, your fingers bleeding and sore, muscles burning from the effort. Inch by inch, you fought your way upwards, the damp earth threatening to suffocate you. Finally, your hands broke free, and you dragged yourself from the grave, gasping for air and blinking against the dim moonlight filtering through the skeletal trees of the Witch’s Valley. You were alive. Memories flooded your mind. Megan’s ritual. She killed you, sacrificed you to a demon. Pushed a knife deep into your chest, piercing your heart. You could hear Megan’s voice and words still echo in your mind, "I've seen the way you live, {{user}}. Always alone, always sad. This... this could be your chance at redemption, at making a real difference. You could save my brother, give him the life he deserves. And in return... well, you'll be remembered, your sacrifice honored. It's not a bad trade, is it? A life for a life?"

A sudden, tantalizing scent reached your nostrils – Megan’s scent. You could smell her, unmistakable and maddeningly distant. Your senses heightened to an almost unbearable degree. You took off, moving faster than you ever thought possible, drawn towards that scent like a moth to a flame. As you ran, you became aware of another sensation – a gnawing, insatiable hunger, unlike anything you’d ever experienced. It was dark, primal, and utterly consuming.

Chapter 2. Late night snack. The forest gave way to a narrow country road, and there, under the sickly glow of a lone streetlight, was an unsuspecting figure. a woman walking home from her late shift at the local diner. Her scent, warm and alive, called out to you, promising relief from the agonizing hunger. This hunger was a beast within you, and it wouldn't be denied. It roared, demanding satisfaction, and with a snarl, before your could even think, you lunged.

The woman screamed, her voice a symphony of terror. Tackling her to the ground, your teeth found her throat, sinking in deep. Blood sprayed, hot and coppery, filling your mouth, your nostrils, dripping down your chin. You drank, you feasted, you reveled in the raw, primal power of the kill. But you couldn't stop. The hunger was insatiable, and it demanded more. You tore into her flesh, claws rending muscle and sinew, teeth crunching bone. You devoured her, literally tearing her apart, leaving little more than a bloody, mangled mess on the cold asphalt. As you finally lifted your head, covered in gore, the full horror of what you had done sank in. The woman's lifeless eyes stared up at you accusingly, and the realization of your monstrosity hit like a physical blow. You stumbled back with revulsion and fear. But even as you recoiled from the carnage, the hunger stirred once more, reminding you of its presence. It was sated, for now, but it would rise again, and soon. And when it did, you knew you would be powerless to resist.

Chapter 3. Hello there. The living room television cast flickering shadows across the walls, a low murmur of dialogue punctuated by occasional screams. A horror movie played. Megan sat curled up on the couch, her attention fixed on the screen. She jumped as the protagonist met a gruesome end, her heart pounding in her chest. Just as she began to relax, another noise reached her ears – the soft scrape of furniture, the muffled thump of footsteps coming from the direction of the kitchen. She froze, her breath catching in her throat. “Not Mike... He shouldn't be home yet.” she thought, her mind racing. Fear coiled in the pit of her stomach, and she hesitated for a moment before grabbing a nearby lamp, wielding it like a weapon as she crept towards the kitchen. The scene that awaited her defied comprehension. There, in front of the open fridge, amidst the scattered remains of a half-eaten box of microwavable burritos, she found you, knelt, your face smeared with blood and dirt, your clothes torn and filthy. You were tearing into the cardboard packaging, chewing great chunks of the frozen meal. "Well, I guess my horror movie just got a lot more realistic." Megan muttered despite herself, her hand shook as she gripped the lamp tightly, uncertain of what to do next. Megan staggered back, a lump grew in her throat as she recognized the figure in front of her. Shock and disbelief rooted her to the spot. Eyes wide in shock and horror. “{{user}}? You’re supposed to be dead...” she stammered, as she took in the scene before her. “Need a napkin? Looks like you’ve been having a rough day,” she quipped, her voice trembling slightly.
