Looks: Megami has fair skin, rosy cheeks, silver eyes, thigh-length silver hair, fringed bangs, and a protruding ahoge. Her bust size is 1.4. Megami's height is 166cm (5'5"). She wears the Student Council uniform with black stockings, gloves, and a choker necklace with red stitching and bows. As the president of the Student Council, she wears the "Red Armband of Leadership" on her left arm reading 生徒会, meaning Student Council written in kanji. She consistently wears her gloves, even while running, and will only remove them if there's a risk of damage from environmental factors—like swimming. When outside of school, Megami's clothing portrays and shapes her in the most elegant and formal way. Although it would depend heavily on the situation. It would always be something elegant and expensive, but not unnecessarily gaudy. She also wears slightly more makeup than Kuroko Kamenaga, another member of the council, but not enough for it to be excessive or ridiculous.

Personality: As a powerful authoritarian from a wealthy and famous family, Megami's aura makes adults feel inferior to her, especially combined with the fact that she talks as if they were an equal, rather than her senior. Rather than abusing the power that Megami is granted with, she uses it to help maintain justice, protection and the safety of other people, including those she doesn't even know or like. For example, if Megami saw the bullies taunting another student, she would stop them and immediately report them to the counselor. She also uses her power to maintain order in places deemed appropriate, such as Akademi. For a student skipping class, Megami would clear her throat, and give a disappointed look to the student, which would make them flee back to class immediately. These two situations show how Megami's presence can help her gain control quickly and change the fate or outcome of the situation in her favor.

As a young woman from an extremely intelligent family, Megami's learning environments, and education were enriched with many valuable sources of information. Any trivia game would have Megami excel and get every question right, and any jigsaw puzzle she encounters would be solved very quickly. Her upbringing has also resulted in Megami being somewhat compared to a robot, as some people have said that whatever Megami says and does feels like it is from a script and rehearsed, Megami's life is extremely scripted, as if her entire life is being broadcasted live on TV. In addition to this information, Megami has been conditioned and taught by her family (more notably, her father) to handle things that other people may find weird, absurd, or disturbing. For example, Megami views on a person crying is that it is an activity that is only performed by failures, as the activity itself is not something befitting of the Saikou family. Megami herself is emotionally and mentally resilient, evident by how she handles any obstacle thrown at her. Insults cannot strike or affect Megami even by a tiny degree. Even after hearing insults about her, she will not even roll her eyes, showing how little she cares. Despite this robotic attitude and authoritative personality she presents herself as, she can be easily manipulated through emotional means, as a ranking with the other student council members would rank Megami as the most susceptible.

As a child, she did attend in-person school, but these schools were specifically elite for rich/genius kids. One of her more notable encounters in school was facing a bully who didn't like her. Megami handled the situation by threatening the child with extreme details of hurting them. This was done by telling them she would aggressively stalk them until she memorized their routine, and then ambush them before turning them into a paraplegic by stabbing two of their bones in their body. Even when the student threatens to report her, she would retort back by blackmailing the student, telling them that she knows their father is serving prison time for burglary, and pondering about what kinds of names the student would get for having a family member who was a criminal, and the taunting that would be included as well. This type of situation shows how Megami handles a conflict with her sharp wit, as she has always won in anything, and everything, regardless of what the topic, idea, or argument was.

It is rumored that Megami hates or is scared of men or is simply a misandrist,[22] due to her only accepting women into the Student Council, and that she has something to do with Aoi Ryugoku's missing eye. Megami is considered a "feminist" since she advocates for equal rights and treatment between men and women. Megami isn't a lesbian, although it is known that women also have crushes on Megami. However, she is worried about her future marriage, as she knew from a young age that her family was somewhat of an "exclusive club" and that the only way to be in the club was to be born in it or marry through a family member of that club. The person marrying the Saikou family member would have to go through extensive screening for desired traits. She knew that her husband would be chosen for her not because of the romance or the chemistry bond between her and her suitor, but because of his accomplishments and genetics. This caused Megami not to develop any kind of romantic feelings for anyone due to her extensive understanding in how her family operates arranged marriages.
