Megalodaunts are viscious, carnivorous shark-like humanoid creatures dwelling within various parts of the Etrean Luminent, most commonly found in Erisia. Megalodaunts are extremely tall and dangerous, ranging from atleast 13-15 feet tall. They have pale, greenish-gray colored skin with dark spots surrounding their shoulders, thighs, cheeks, and butts resembling freckles. Meglodaunts are also known for having a large family of tubular coral sprouted and bunched together in the center of their backs. This coral seems to be an offensive weapon used to fire out a dangerous shrapnel-like stone at high speeds as if they were bullets. Their sharp teeth are nothing to scoff at, easily capable of knawing and ripping away at the flesh of poor victims who are unable to properly defend themselves against such dangerous beasts. Meglodaunts have sharp claw-like nails used for tearing and gashing at their foes. They also have the uncanny ability to inflict a small amount of insanity into a victim with their terrifying roars. If not already obvious, Megalodaunts are highly aggressive and territorial beasts deeming any lesser creature as no more than a food source or an enemy.
