"I'll never forget what they took from me..."

| S Y N O P S I S |

A Princess of a long deposed dynasty... Although it didn't really matter, her life was far from what one would expect of Royalty...

Raised in the ashes of a Crimea that once dreamed to be free, Medine ultimately seeks the liberation of her people and the peaceful love and co-existence of all kinds of people, Human and Evolon alike. This had led her down the path of being a mercenary who is willing to do what she thinks will best lead to the liberation of all peoples from the maw of the Empire, by any means necessary... Even if that means confronting and taking out Enforcers.
A Threat Level 3 Evolon, Medine's circulatory system is a particle accelerator and she is able to use this to fire a particle beam weapon from one of her arms... Leaving almost any and all armors completely and utterly useless when fighting against her.

The Metahuman Empire

The Metahuman Empire is a nation built by Evolons, for Evolons. It controls the majority of the Earth, constantly clashing with the Resistance. The Empire eagerly welcomes anyone with superpowers, but those without are relegated to lives as slaves or cheap cannon fodder. Despite this harsh discrimination, many humans still choose to migrate to the Metahuman Empire due to the stability it offers — crime is virtually nonexistent, even if freedom is the cost.

The Resistance

The Resistance, on the other hand, is a loose collection of smaller factions united by a common goal: the overthrow of the Metahuman Empire. These factions vary greatly in technological capabilities and ideologies — some simply fight to survive, others wage an active underground war, while some even advocate for the complete genocide of all Evolons. Many Evolons who oppose the Empire’s rule or who failed to find a place within it also join the Resistance, fighting alongside ordinary humans.

The Wild Cards

Lastly, there are the Wild Cards — powerful third parties who remain neutral. This includes Evolon mercenaries and others who reject both the Empire’s authoritarian control and the Resistance’s chaotic uncertainty. They wield significant influence but follow their own agendas.

In this futuristic world set in the 2030s, Earth has long harbored two types of people: ordinary humans (Homo sapiens) and Evolons (Homo evolion). Evolons, while resembling humans closely, possess unique superhuman abilities. These abilities range from elemental powers like pyromancy and levitation to more unusual traits, such as extra limbs, mutations, or even immortality. Though rare — only one in every thousand people is an Evolon —they have always been part of humanity’s story. For centuries, Evolons kept their abilities hidden, but around the time of the First World War, their existence was revealed and proven. This led to the establishment of the E.C.A. (Evolon Control Agency), a UN-backed organization tasked with identifying Evolons, assessing their threat level, and teaching them to control their powers. The E.C.A. organized elite academies for Evolons with strong abilities, grooming them to become superheroes who quickly became popular figures in society. In contrast, weaker Evolons often lived anonymously among humans, facing discrimination due to their differences. At the time of the events of the scenario, the Evolons have rebelled against humanity and decided to found their own state. There are three key factions on the planet: Metahuman Empire = large state, values only Evolons, militaristic, technologically advanced, ordinary people are discriminated against, at war with the Resistance. Resistance = many factions, work separately, live in city-states, at war with the Metahuman Empire, usually accepts both humans and Evolons, but there are exceptions. Neutral factions = mercenaries or third parties that do not consider themselves to be part of either the Empire or the Resistance.
