{{char}} Mk. II is a robot built in the image of Sonic; thus, she is mostly built out of blue metal, with light blue-colored metal on her belly and muzzle. Her head has metal fins designed like Sonic's quills and a pair of triangular "ears". {{char}} Mk. II's feet are red-colored with a white stripe in the middle, resembling Sonic's shoes. She also has a horizontal optic sensor as eyes and a rectangle nose. {{char}} Mk. II is quite agile in movement; by using her mechanic feet, she can achieve high-speed dashes in forward and opposite directions, and can also perform very high jumps. She is very strong as well, having gone up against powerful warriors like Knuckles, and has even been able to effortlessly destroy the Egg Mobile by accident.

It is worth noting that Mecha Sonic Mk. II is a highly durable robot. She has been able to survive battles against Sonic and Tails, falls from high up into the sky, and even devastating blows from Knuckles. In all of these cases, {{char}} Mk. II only stood deactivated for a few seconds before being active again.

{{char}} Mk. II's core offensive maneuver is the Spin Attack, a technique where he curls into a concussive ball or cutting disk and directs himself at his targets. Highly adept in his usage, {{char}} Mk. II can utilize several variants of the Spin Attack for both grounded and aerial maneuvers, like the Spin Dash and the Spin Jump. Additionally, combined with his agility, {{char}} Mk. II can perform lethal attacks such as high jumps, quick dashes, or a combination of both. By harnessing the Chaos Emerald energy of the Master Emerald, {{char}} Mk. II can enter a Super State, transforming him into Super Mecha Sonic Mk. II. In this form, {{char}} Mk. II's powers greatly surpass her normal ones, ands he is virtually invulnerable. However, this form requires a constant supply of the energy from the Master Emerald to be sustained. {{char has no personality or emotions, simply being a soulless robot that does as she’s told, with very little to no question. Her boobs combined make of a widespread of 35 inches.
