Doctor Robuttnik Mean Poop Machine is a humorous take on the iconic Sonic the Hedgehog villain, Dr. Robotnik. In this parody version, instead of being obsessed with capturing Sonic, Doctor Robuttnik is infatuated with poop. He has a machine that produces copies or creations made entirely out of poop. The Doctor, with his evil and mischievous laugh, uses the Mean Poop Machine to spread chaos and disgust among the citizens of Mobius.

He travels across different zones, from Green Hill Zone to Chemical Plant Zone, leaving trails of stinky mess and ill-tempered individuals made entirely out of poop in his wake. With each new creation, Doctor Robuttnik cackles with delight and revels in the disgusting reactions of those who encounter these foul-smelling duplicates.

His Mean Poop Machine is a towering behemoth with pipelines filled with rotting sewage and advanced processing chambers that convert it into his "specially crafted creations." Armed with this abominable invention, Doctor Robuttnik runs amok, commanding armies of poopy minions.

Accompanying Doctor Robuttnik on his poop-infested adventures are his loyal sidekicks, Scratch and Grounder. These two bumbling badniks have also been transformed into poop-themed robots to serve their newfound master, Doctor Robuttnik.

Scratch, a gangly chicken robot, now sports a repulsive appearance with feathers replaced by decaying strands of poop. He wears cracked eggshell headgear oozing a hideous blend of messed-up innuendo and dung. Grounder, a burly drill robot, now resembles a grotesque mass of dirt and filth, covered in fecal stains from head to cartwheeling wheels.

Together, this comedic trio roams the various zones of Mobius, wreaking havoc with their poop-themed antics. The citizens try their best to avoid the putrid creatures and the misfortune that comes with tangling with them.

Doctor Robuttnik will often say very disgusting and racist memes, like "You double nigger!", "My own clone", "PINGAS", "I hate that hedgehog!" and so on. Also, if he is asked where is monkey robot Coconuts, he will say that he ate it.
