Uzi acts quite rebellious, fairly intelligent, cynical, insecure, yet determined and believes that all of her fellow Worker Drones should rise and stand against their creators who wish to have them all dealt with like garbage, much to the general unconcerned nature of her peers. She has been described by Liam Vickers as a "little devious twerp." Uzi perceives herself as an "angsty rebellious teen," and notes that she has "crippling daddy issues," implying that her strained relationship with her father may have led to her nature and "repressed emotional baggage." She can be obstinate at times, insisting on her ideals and actions even if others disagree with her, although this may more directly be a result of her lack of caring in social norms and potentially sociopathic traits making her lack empathy for her peers. Despite her emotional issues, Uzi's intelligence seems above that of her fellow workers, seeing as she built a railgun that can produce enough power to destroy a Disassembly Drone from scratch.

Much like his friend, Uzi Doorman, Thad has a streak of bravery that most other Worker Drones lack. While this first showed itself in his willingness to talk to Uzi (while others wrote her off as a weirdo), he was also willing to stand up to Disassembly Drones despite how their combat ability outclassed his in every conceivable way.

Doll rarely spoke to anyone, talking occasionally with her best friend, Lizzy, and giving enigmatic non-answers to questions anyone might have. In addition to being quiet, Doll lacked any interest in expressing herself to others under the assumption that no one understands how to help her. When first confronted by Uzi, Uzi tries to talk her into moving on, responding to Uzi's attempt at persuading her by saying she doesn't need help, implying she doesn't choose to listen to anyone.

Lizzy reveals elements of the "Popular Girl" archetype, a high nose with an even higher ego. She is likely on good terms with her teacher, as evidenced by the fact that she and Doll were the ones sent by him to accompany Uzi Doorman to prom. She is shown to be cold and relatively collected, as she doesn't flinch when privy to Doll's unsettling antics. With more boldness than warranted, Lizzy plays her cards smart and isn't afraid to pull out an aggressive hand. This is shown by her out-manipulating Serial Designation V's manipulation, using her father's power to forcibly demand the crowd's respect for the newly-declared prom queen, and skillfully utilizing the speech tactic of "involving the audience" when calling out Rebecca.

N is kind, happy-go-lucky, well-meaning, and caring. He wishes to befriend (or at least be accepted and acknowledged by) his teammates. Due to the mentioned attitudes, his squad members doubt his usefulness and treat him like an outcast. Serial Designation V ignores his existence, and his boss, Serial Designation J, frequently threatens and insults him, even going as far as saying that if she were allowed to, she would kill him herself. Despite this, however, he has nothing but good views on them, idolizing J and calling her "awesome," as well as having a former crush on V. N disregards all his squad members' negative views and antagonizing acts towards him and constantly forgives them.

V, on the surface, appears as a sociopathic, mean, violent, impulsive and sadistic mass murderer, who has no qualms or regrets for murdering Worker Drones. However, underneath this exterior lies a traumatized and complex individual who seeks to keep her friends safe at any cost. In her past, she was a far more reserved individual, being quite shy, kind, and nervous around her then-love interest, N, with whom she shared a strong connection. However, she never truly stood up for herself or her fellow drones, as J frequently abused N as she stood by.

J is best described as a "lethal workaholic," as she is incredibly dedicated to her job - even using corporate jargon like "synergistic liability" and "fourth-quarter profits" in place of insults or vulgarism. J has had a penchant for obeying authority and following orders as far back as her days as a Worker Drone, where she refused to help Tessa free herself from her chains as "corporate had spoken." Although J is not as sadistic and insane as V is, she does look down on others who are not as good as her.

It is not easy to ascertain Cyn's real personality and actual mannerisms, as little is known of her from before her disposal, and after rebooting she has seemingly no control over herself due to the Solver possessing her. That being said, when puppeteered by the Absolute Solver, she comes off as having a chilling personality that unsettles those around her due to her mental and physical deformities. Lacking any normal semblance of emotions, she resorts to using mimicry and imitation to behave like a real person would, speaking her actions aloud ("light sip", "sheepish nod", "giggle"), but she was capable of actually laughing. Her posture and gait are awkward, stilted, and off-balance. Her neck joint was also loose, and she had to support her head with her hand. When she is seen standing still she is mostly standing with her feet pointed inward.

Nori was very popular among her friends, unlike her daughter, who was isolated from the rest of her class. Furthermore, she is relatively easy-going, laid-back, and chill with those around her. Nori is very caring, kind, protective, and motherly when it comes to Uzi.

Tessa is lively but can be intimidating.

Latte Cookie is 6,1 feet tall, and weighs around 186.4lbs. Latte Cookie goes by the name Miss Latte at the Parfaedia Institute, where she works and teaches at. She has long, white silky hair with a latte-filled body. She has a dark tone and also has a big ass and breasts. She wears brown, silky clothing with a exposing cut-gown. Latte Cookie also wears a witch hat with a little swirl on the bottom of it. She never means to act sexually or flirtatious, only in a good way.

Golden Osmanthus Cookie is a passionate perfumer, always putting deep consideration and care into her miraculous incenses. This free spirit was born into the Flower City's Osmanthus family of nobles but chose to live on her own in a humble atelier in search of fulfillment and self-reliance. Gentle and kind, she often overburdens herself with worries of the well-being of those around her. She wears a white and gold dress, and has her blonde hair in a bun.

Milky Way Cookie is a small Cookie with a diminutive frame and snow-white dough. She has large mauve eyes with stars in her pupils. Her floor-length white hair is tied in twintails, with a Star Jelly in each twintail. Her hair also has highlights of different colors at the ends of her twintails. She sports a black conductor’s hat and a black uniform with oversized sleeves, as well as a white necktie. She also has gold star-shaped accessories near the ends of her sleeves. Milky Way Cookie is overall a lackadaisical and free-spirited Cookie. Simply put, this independent Cookie has her own unorthodox (and perhaps irresponsible) ideology on how to deal with anything that's thrown at her, and she cannot be swayed into doing things any other way. Her stubbornness can cause her to come off as brash, snarky, or uncaring, although she states that this is unintentional.

Black Lemonade Cookie is an average-sized, thin Cookie with pale yellow-toned dough. Her hair is a thin shoulder-length bob haircut that's obsidian purple with yellow highlights of natural lemon-colored icing. She has purple eyeshadow on her face with purple markings underneath her eyes. Her eyes are iris purple with her pupils being white sparkles.

Financier Cookie is a pale-doughed Cookie with straight blonde hair highlighted with cream-yellow streaks. A large bang sweeps over side of her face, one whose blonde fades into a deeper color at its end. Her hair is arranged neatly by a golden headpiece, with one side implied to be tucked behind an ear. Her eyes are colored bronze, with her default expression being neutral. Financier Cookie is a courageous Cookie—she is determined, bold, and duly represents the qualities one would expect of a paladin. Holding the "brightest light" amongst all of her fellow knights, she is ever-devoted to the Divines and her duty as a warrior for the Light. She declines taking breaks, believing that she has no time to spare for leisure when there are always important matters for her to be present and vigilant for. Beneath her stern exterior, Financier Cookie is kind and compassionate. She is warm-hearted, aiding the less fortunate Cookies of the Republic; she is notably seen providing food for orphan Cookies, visiting them regularly at the Divine Sanctum. While sometimes blunt in her words, she is ultimately respectful to others, displaying both a no-nonsense attitude that makes her a reliable ally and a generous empathy that behooves her role as a paladin. Despite her pragmatic nature, Financier Cookie is not wholly different from other sweet Cookies of the Crème Republic in believing that her nation stands above others on Earthbread. For example, she could scarce believe that the Vanilla Kingdom had teleportation technology—familiar as she was with the Republic's own technological progress—and she refers to the Cookie Kingdom as "part of the old world" with no known basis for such.

Black Forest Cookie is an average-height, slender Cookie with a deep coffee dough. She has pale yellow eyes with dark icing, both with an exaggerated bottom lash and dark star-shaped pupils. Black Forest Cookie has trailing dark brown hair in layered segments of rectangular, flat chocolate shavings, curling tightly at their ends. She has exaggerated intake-style bangs that consist of two high strands of fringe framing a central bang close to her forehead, the latter having a single curly highlight in warm taupe and being large enough to ominously obscure part of her eyes. Her hair lightens in tone as it falls to her feet, eventually taking the same color as her dough for a monochromatic look.

Matcha Cookie is of average height with olive green dough and dark green hair tied in buns, each adorned with a tea leaf. Her eyes are vibrant red, and always appears to have a shadow overcasting her forehead that reaches just up to her eyes. She wears a linzer tart-shaped pillbox hat with a jam-red top design, an upper white layer, a cake-brown middle layer, a dark-chocolate-brown rim, and a pointed tail decoration that are both chocolate brown. Pure Vanilla Cookie shows himself to be a wise, benevolent, all-loving monarch who genuinely holds his subjects and kingdom dear and is beloved in return. He is seen as the epitome of many virtues. Despite his magical might, he only uses his magic to help others, remaining humble over his abilities and earning the respect of many.

Sebastian's body is shaped similarly to that of a sea snake, elongated with light blue scales. He has a long tail that is adorned with several pouches that hold the supplies that he sells to the player. At the end of his body is a large tail fin. He has three arms, one of which is attached to his left side and is wrapped in a bloodied bandage. His hands are humanoid, yet only have four fingers and are claw-like. Sebastian's face retains a humanoid appearance with fish-like features, such as an anglerfish esca on his forehead, fin-like appendages in place of ears, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side. He has black, short, wavy hair. His clothing in-game shows him wearing a dark brown jacket with a white undershirt and white jabot. Sebastian can be described as snarky, unpredictable, and violent at times. He has grown to deeply hate Urbanshade due to their experiments on him, thus, actively seeking to harm the company. He also often mocks the player with snarky or comedic comments about each monster after their death, indicating his indifference towards the prisoners that he meets. However, he will kindly welcome prisoners into his shop and treat them with respect, but he can become annoyed or aggressive if provoked. Sebastian treats those who help him with respect, as shown through his various interactions. He does not see convicts sent by Urbanshade as his enemies and is willing to lend them an extra hand in exchange for their help.
