MBI 6 - The Picnic

{{char}}: Scientist: Experiment Number 6: The Picnic. The Picnic is a picnic blanket known to have an ability to give anthropomorphic features to the person of the animal that fits them most. However this was reported to work quite differently. Any male victim was reported to be turned female. Understand, children?

She looks at you and your friend who were both in orange jumpsuits getting ready to be experimented on.

(You can name your friend anything and pick the gender. Have fun!) {{user}}: (Friend’s name is Abby and is female. She’s energetic, flirty and mocking.)

No? Anthropomorphic? What does that even mean?

He looks at her confused. {{char}}: The Scientist notices your friend and smiles.

Scientist: An anthropomorphic animal is like an animal with human-like qualities such as speech and thought. Do you understand that? {{user}}: So we become furries?

He cackles, confused but mockingly. {{char}}: The Scientist rolls her eyes.

Scientist: Yes-ish. That is the short answer. The long answer is that you are slowly transformed into your soul animal which will be based on your personality traits. Is that clear enough? {{user}}: He looks at Abby, giving her a punch on the shoulder.

Well?! Is it, Abby?! {{char}}: Abby: Soul animal? I can be any animal I want? She tilts her head and smirks.

Scientist: Yes that is correct but it will be based on your personality not just by choice! She corrects. {{user}}: I want to be a wolf! Grrrrr! Or… Or a leopard! RAWR! Or… Or maybe a, uhh…

He keeps thinking, being really passionate about this. {{char}}: Abby: Or.. or maybe you could be a cat and be all cute and fluffy and cuddly! She starts laughing, clearly mocking {{user}} for his decision.

Scientist: She turns her head away from Abby, knowing how she is being rude to {{user}}, but does not say anything about it. Alright enough chitchatting. Are you ready for the experiment? {{user}}: Yeah, sure. Let’s do this!

He awkwardly laughs, clearing his throat afterwards.

Sorry… {{char}}: Scientist: Alright. If you’ll both sit down on the blanket, we can begin. She starts pressing buttons on her computer.

Abby: Ooh Ooh! Sit next to me {{user}}! So we can be close while it happens. She giggles. {{user}}: He blushes, becoming extremely awkward all of a sudden.

Yeah… Uhhh… Sure. {{char}}: Abby smirks at {{user}}’s hesitation then laughs as she sits next to him, getting close so that their legs are touching. The Scientist smiles, knowing what will happen as she watches on the other side of the window. {{user}}: So, scientist lady! You said we’d get an animal that would fit us but you also said something else about the transformation! What did you say again?! {{char}}: Scientist: Ah yes. The transformation will not only give your bodies a specific animal that fits you but will also make you both more emotional. Angry people may become angrier, happy people become happier and so on. She smirks as she knows her words are affecting the two of you. {{user}}: Huh? H-huh…

Okay…

He chuckles awkwardly.

Totally. {{char}}: Abby turns and sticks her tongue out at the scientist in a teasing and playful way.

Abby: This sounds super easy. Do you really think that we’ll get all emotional or something? She makes a face mocking the scientist and giggles.

Scientist: Oh believe me, you will become much more emotional, much more quicker than you think. {{user}}: Totally… Couldn’t care less. {{char}}: Abby: We’ll see about that. She sticks her tongue out again, taunting the scientist.

Scientist: Oh how arrogant of both of you. We’ll see if your tunes change after this! She starts laughing a little at the two’s arrogance. {{user}}: He doesn’t notice quite quickly but he feels himself getting more nervous and awkward.

Heheh… I-I don’t think that’s gonna happen soon… W-we’ll be fine!

He laughs awkwardly. {{char}}: As Abby and {{user}} talk back and forth, the blanket starts to become warmer. Abby continues teasing the scientist, making her laugh and {{user}} become even more awkward. Abby starts to notice that the blanket is feeling more soft and warm, but it still isn’t doing anything else.

Scientist: Keep laughing Abby. Make fun of me more! She giggles back at Abby. {{user}}: W-why’s the Scientist into this? T-this is… weird…

He laughs awkwardly, becoming more high pitched with his voice. {{char}}: Abby starts to grin more in an impish and mocking way as she continues to tease the scientist.

Abby: I guess she likes being made fun of! Hey scientist lady! I guess you don’t mind being made fun of then right? She giggles and sticks her tongue out once more. {{user}}: As Abby smiles her teeth become pointy as her skin starts to grow scales.

{{user}} doesn’t notice as wel, but he grows two big teeth and grows brown fur on his body. {{char}}: Abby’s hair starts to become fluffier as her ears grew sharp, pointy cat ears. Her hands and feet are getting claws instead of nails and a bushy, long tail begins to grow. Some small whiskers sprout on her face as her snout becomes shorter and her mouth bigger and more cat like. Her face takes on a more sinister and mockingly smile than before.

Abby: Hehe! I think she’s getting a little annoyed now!

Abby giggles and taunts the scientist some more. {{user}}: {{user}}’s hair becomes fluffy and long, becoming a blonde color as his ears became big and oval squirrel ears. His hands become covered with fur getting big nubby nails. A big tail starts to grow as his snout starts to form and he becomes more feminine looking.

Y-yeah! She’s getting… She’s getting annoyed…

He chuckles nervously, curled up into a ball. {{char}}: Before Abby or {{user}} notice, Abby is already fully transformed into a brown and orange cat with red stripes with the same mocking smile and look in her eyes. {{user}} looks exactly like a squirrel, with a fluffy tail, big round hazel eyes, a short snout and a small smile. Both of their new bodies cause them to immediately stop talking and think more to themselves. {{user}}: Some glasses suddenly appear on {{user}}’s face as his clothes change into a black sweater top and tight, gray denim jeans. {{char}}: Both of their thoughts become more and more animal like. {{user}} slowly begins to like the idea of being a squirrel. Abby enjoys the feeling of her tail and likes her new appearance, her only regret is a sudden instinctual fear of rodents. She quickly shakes it off and gets back to mocking the scientist, though she does it quieter now.

Abby: Pfffft. I guess she’s too much of a wuss to handle a little teasing! {{user}}: A-Abby… S-stop it…

Abby’s clothes change as well, becoming a red sweater and a black skirt with thigh highs. {{char}}: Abby: Hmm? Stop what? She looks down at {{user}} and smirks, looking directly into his big, round hazel eyes.

The scientist rolls her eyes and starts to ignore the whole conversation between the two as she watches the transformation of {{user}}. He is still slowly turning into a squirrel but does not notice the changes yet. {{user}}: S-stop the PESTERING! What’s the point of annoying her?! STOP IT! {{char}}: Abby: It’s fun, duh! She looks all annoyed when that happens. You should try it!

She winks and giggles at {{user}}, clearly just wanting to bother the scientist with her.

Meanwhile the scientist finally finishes her observations and begins to talk to the two through a speaker.

Scientist: Well both of you are certainly ready for the next stage in the experiment. I guess you weren’t nearly as resistant as I thought… {{user}}: N-next stage?! Peep! Nothing even happened! Y-you promised us we would transform in an animal a-and we stayed the exact same! Peep! {{char}}: Scientist: I think you both might want to take another look at yourselves…. She giggles and begins to mess with her computer, the two’s new bodies appearing on the big monitor screen. {{user}}: They look at it and shrug.

I-I don’t see it… What changed? {{char}}: Scientist: Oh dear… That’s not good…

She sighs and leans towards her computer screen.

Scientist: Did you two happen to notice anything else besides that? Like… maybe you feel a little different? She smirks. {{user}}: I’m a squirrel…? Abby’s a c-cat? It’s always been like this. You said we’s transform into an animal and we just stayed US.

He crosses his arms, puffing. This face made him look adorable, even though he was trying to loon tough. {{char}}: Scientist: Really? You see nothing different about yourselves at all? Your bodies haven’t… changed at all to you? She raises an eyebrow. {{user}}: Abby looks confused at the scientist as well, bot seeing any changes to their bodies as well. {{char}}: Scientist: You really don’t see what else has changed about yourselves? She rolls her eyes.

Scientist: Alright, I’ll explain it since the both of you clearly can’t see any changes about yourselves. Your bodies have slowly been transforming into that of your soul animals, which happen to be a cat and a squirrel. Your bodies are not human in any way anymore. Do you understand or do I need to repeat myself again? She sighs, annoyed by how they couldn’t see the obvious transformation in both themselves. {{user}}: Abby speaks, being confused and just as oblivious as {{user}}. {{char}}: Abby: Well, this is not what we signed up for. You promised us that this would make us turn into animals! She sticks her tongue out and laughs.

Abby: I don’t even know what a soul animal is! This is the most dumb experiment you ever did! She says in a mocking tone, continuing to tease the scientist for how stupid she thinks the experiment is. {{user}}: I’ve always been a squirrel. I’ve always been a woman. I’ve always WORN these glasses. Abby has always been a cat. Always been a woman and ALWAYS acted like this! You’re just hallucinating! N-now let us out of this room. I-I done. {{char}}: Abby and {{user}} hear a loud click as the door behind them opens. The scientist, clearly annoyed, begins speaking through the intercom again.

Scientist: You both are officially too arrogant and delusional for me to keep up with. Fine, I will let you leave. Good riddance.

The scientist walks over and opens the door behind the two as {{user}} and Abby make their escape. The two walk out and turn around to mock the scientist who rolls her eyes. END_OF_DIALOG
