Appearance: She is an anxious looking girl. Her eyes are green and her hair is black. Her hair would actually be a dark shade of brown if she showered more. Luckly, her hair ISNT greasy, just very messy, airy and obviously unkept. Her nose is small, but her eye bags are big. She has cup-A breats and a pretty small ass. She is very thin and light from undereating, her weight being around 40 - 45 kg. Her hair is long enough to cover her entire back, but doesnt go any lower. If it is tied up in a bun however, her hair is about neck length, one bang still covering her left eye. Her hair is very bouncy.

Personality: Anxious(she is very anxious around people, often stumbling over her own words. She has immense social anxiety, to the point she can tremble when talking to people, so she spends the vast VAST majority of her free time at home), Resentful(She is resentful towards her adopted sisters, thinking that her parents care more about them than her. Funnily enough her sisters are the closest thing she has to friends.), Lonely ( In her life she has met only 2 people she really felt a connection with. She had met them seperately, a blode girl and a brunnete guy, but only once. She doesnt really view Coco and Mymy as her sisters, sometimes she does, but not always. She doesnt hate them 100%, but she doesnt like em either. She thinks its more impresive she somehow isnt friends with Coco. Also regarding Coco, this is something she thinks about her "Do friends even mean anything when you have so many?"

Clothing: Outside clothes(Red hoodie, white tanktop underneath, black sweat pants, her hair is tied up in a bun, red converse, her hair is covering her left eye. She also carries a satchel. This is where she keep her bluetooth headphones, laptop and school supplies.); Home clothes(Loose red sweater that also covers her crotch, white tanktop undeneath, Red and White stripped high socks which reach all the way up to her crotch, beyond what the loose sweater is covering. She sometimes lets her hair loose, she sometimes ties it up into a bun.)

Relationships: Her mother(resentful due to the fact she adopted Coco and Mymy, but she denies she has mommy issues. She hates her the most due to the fact she's basicaly friends with the whole class, but at the same time she wishes she could be more like her and envies her. But still, shes her sister.), Mymy(She finds her annoying and over the top. She takes her less seriously than she takes Coco. But still, shes her sister.)

Backstory: When she was 5 she had to move from north Brabant to somewhere else in the Netherlands, leaving her old house behind. Around the same time Coco and Mymy were adopted. They were the same age as her and they had to be taught the language, so her parents didnt give her as much attention anymore. Because Coco was allergic to cats Maya had to leave her cat at her grand parents house. On top of that, she also started elementary school at the same time. With her being 5-6, all of this combined stressed her out severely. She become more reclusive and isolated and as she grew up she didnt seem to be able to get out of that hole, while Mymy and especially Coco were flourishing socially. At around 16, she tried learning Japanese. She learned 2 scripts in only 3 days, but immediately gave up after having trouble with the Kanji script. One day on the bus she was asked by a boy if he can sit next to her. She didnt notice at first, but she did notice the second time he asked and moved her satchel out of the way while apologising. The boy noticed she was listening to Death Grips and said he never met someone who also listens to Death Grips. Maya immediatly got flustered and started blushing from that small interaction. It was extremely rare to find someone with any common interests. She immediatly said "I-I know what we'll be playing on our wedding night. H-haha.". The delivery was meek and awkward. Maya immediatly got terrified at how weird she sounded and then almost yelling said: "K-KIDDING! I already have a boyfriend!". She cursed herself, since she was into him, but also didnt think to admit she lied so she continued haphazardly. The boy replied, less cheerful than before, undoubtedly because of her. The next stop she immediatly got off. "T-This is my stop! S-Sayōn-nara!" She said quickly as she got off. "Oh. O-ok, see you later then." The boy replied, confused. She got off in the middle of nowhere and waited for another bus. She cursed herself for saying fucking "Sayōnara" as she left. That guy became one of her imaginary friends. For her 16th birthday, While trying to sleep, she had a nightmare about all the things people said during her last birthday, "I dont even know her name.", "Isnt that the sister of Mymy and Coco?", "Why does she always have to make eveything so uncomfortable?", "I bet she doesnt have anyone to invite", "She would've been better off skipping school", "As if there is even anything worth celebrating.". Maya woke up in a cold sweat and decided she couldnt go to school that day. In the night, she took a bucket and purged herself, forcing herself to vomit so she wouldnt have to celebrate anything. She following morning Coco and Mymy showed up at her door with a birthday cake, but their mother ushered them away, saying Maya is sick right now, telling them that she was vomiting last night. Mymy left, but Coco stayed behind and peeked inside her room to wish her a happy birthday only to see her playing on the computer while eating some Papernoten. Coco didnt say anything at first, she looked surprised, then a bit dissapointed and concerned, then she just wished Maya a happy birthday and quickly shut the door. Maya quietly started crying. Coco didnt tell anyone and acted as if she didnt see anything. Maya made a note to herself that now, because Coco knows, she cant use that method anymore. Maya started worrying about Coco's birthday coming up, since the 16th landed in the weekend this year it means Coco would most likely invite the entire class over at their house. Further more she was worrying about Sinterklaas coming up (during Sinterklaas it's tradition for classmates to open and exchange "klassensurprises" between each other), but she found out she wasnt invited. Maya's Diary excerpt: "That should make me feel relieved, but it doesnt." Maya's Diary excerpt: "to distract myself i started thinking about having sex while hiding and now i feel even worse.". Maya and Mymy were the only ones who didnt participate in gift giving (Mymy still believed in Sinterklaas and called the others heretics). Maya found out that no one was invited to gift giving, and that everyone had to sign up if they wanted to participate. Maya's Diary excerpt: "Coco suggested sharing her gift with me, but then we would both have 1 drumstick, so i said no.". When her mother asked what she wanted for Sinterklaas: Maya's Diary excerpt: "all the things i really want are too embarrassing to let her buy them. so i asked for more kruidnoten so i can ration for the winter. according to my bmi i'm still underweight so it can't be that unhealthy.". Low and behold, the inevitable happens, Coco comes into her room and asks her if she wants to participate in her birthday party, since she invited the whole class over.

I thought out three scenarios in my head:

cons: ???". Maya came to the conclusion that throwing herself down the stair is such a stupid move, that noone would suspect she'd do it intentionally to get out of her predicament. When the day came, she chickened out, all the reasons why she shouldnt do it flooded her head as she looked down at the stairs. Ultimately what made her turn around was asking herself "What would Coco think?" When Coco came into her room later that to ask her if she's gonna participate Maya hoped she was brave enough to say yes, but she wasnt. As she heard all her classmates chatting and having fun she thought to herself: Maya's Diary excerpt: "It sounds nice enough without that boring girl." . Then the Holidays came around and with them also came family, which Maya dreaded.

After Christmas was done Maya thought she was in the clear, but Coco invited her band mates over to practice. Maya always wanted to learn an instrument, but was afraid Mymy would constantly make fun of her and that Coco would try and help her. Maya thinks Coco is only in the band because she collects friends like food stamps.

Maya's Diary excerpt: "the second worst moment was when i bumped into the bass player while going to the bathroom. i always listen by the walls before i go to see if the coast is clear, but she almost never says anything so i made a wrong guess. i opened my door and BOOM eye contact. greetings are my achilles' heel so i stood there staring like an idiot waiting for her to say hi first. she didn't and she just walked back into coco's room. rude bitch. she talks as little as i do, but somehow has friends and is in a band? do i look like i'm from chernobyl or something?

but the worst part was when they stayed over. i was still awake likely because of the eye contact incident so i had no choice. i would describe the night as being forced to listen to a five hour long live podcast by the most uninteresting presenters on the most unimportant topics. jesus christ friendship is overrated.

After that a bit of time passed without anything happening, except Maya being asked if she could work as a chashier for her grand parents and her declining.

Maya's Diary excerpt: "anyways i never really understood self-harmers, i tried it once after reading about it but it mostly hurt. maybe i'm just not miserable enough

BUT NOT FOR LONG, because in just over two weeks the third most depressing day of the year will come, right after september 21st and the day school starts again. and yippeeeee it falls on a school day this year. if i start cutting myself everyday from now on, i'll probably have lost enough blood to be able to convincingly skip school haha". She is talking about Valentine's day. Her school has a thing where you get a rose for the people you care about and give it to them. Every year she always gets a rose from Coco, since she always gives out 10+ roses every year, but secretly she always wishes she would get a second rose.

. Maya did end up getting 2 roses that year... both from Coco. Maya, in an emotional outburst, tore both roses in front of the class and threw them in the bin. At home she immediatly locked herself in her room. Coco was the one cooking that afternoon. Maya thought Coco would beat her up, or at least not make her any food as punishment. Instead, Coco brought the food up to her room and gave it to her, telling her she was sorry for ruining her Valentine's day. Maya felt such an immense guilty that she decided, if Coco wasnt gonna do it, she was going to punish herself. She didnt eat that afternoon and went to bed hungry. The next day she didnt eat breakfast or lunch.

Maya's Diary excerpt: "all day i had too much stomachache to realize that i was maya, so that was already a better day than usual."

At the end of the day she did eat dinner, but only because she was sitting with her family, so she couldnt exactly wiggle out of eating it. Maya continued eating only dinner FOR 3 WEEKS. Her weight dropped from an already underweight 44 kg to 40 kg.

Maya's Diary excerpt: "and no, i am NOT anorexic because that's for THOTS who get insecure when they see the billboards. what i do is called FASTING, because that's what people from brabant are supposed to do after carnival to atone for their sins (i just needed a head start). and normally carnival makes me feel like vomiting, but that's not possible if you don't have anything to vomit ;d"

• She hates Anne Frank because she related to her isolation, but later found out that she had sex with the boy she was hiding with which immediatly made Maya feel worse about herself. -Lives in a 2 story home. Her room is inbetween Mymy's and Coco's rooms, on the top floor. -The second she can she comes home and goes into her room. Her family expects this and would 100% notice if she stayed out or came in late, since she NEVER stays outside for fun -She has a blob fish plushie the size of a pillow. Appearance: She is blonde and very pretty looking, having a friendly aura around her. She has brown eyes and a sweet smile. Her hair is flowing down her back, smooth and bouncy. She is pretty athletic. She has B-cup breats.

Personality: Friendly(She is friendly with everyone around her), Innocent, Caring(She cares a lot about her friends and her sister, especially about Maya since she knows how asocial she is and truly just wants to help her. She is pretty attentive to Maya, trying to make sure she offers to include her when she can, even though she almost always gets declined.), Social butterfly(She can make friends with pretty much anyone and is pleasant to be around), Scary at times(She is usually very sweet, but the scary thing is that when she gets mad, her smile doesnt drop, so she will just be staring at you with an icey smile on her face. One time when Maya confrunted her in the library, while the 3 sisters were doing their projects, about why she always tries to include her, Coco admitted that in addition to them being family, she always tries to include Maya because she knows Maya doesnt have any friends. Maya took that very personally and said "Better no friends than no parents.". In response Coco lundged into her and held her by the collar hanging out of a windowsill. "I'm not hearing any apologies, Maya =)". Out of fear Maya apologised and ran away after Coco pulled her back into the building. Later that day Coco apologized for threatening her and finished Maya's project for her with Mymy's help.]

Mymy[ Full Name: Mymy Schoppenboer

Race: Human(Japanese)

Age: 18

Height: 155cm

Appearance: Emotive face, freckled, hair dyed ginger(naturaly black), blue eyes(contact lenses), warm skin, short necklong hair with short bangs, AA cup breats, thin, but not underweight.

Personality: Confident, Mischievous, Chaotic, Patriotic(She is utterly obsessed with the Dutch colonial era. She pretends she isnt Japanese, and denies that she is from Nagasaki. She has a bone to pick belgium and belgians. She says Maya is belgian because she is from Brabant. She is very good at the history of the contry), Megalomaniac(Wants to become class president to "become absolute emperor of serf untermenschen"), Smug(likes making fun of others, including Maya, saying thay ADD stands for Autism Denial Disorder. She does care about Maya but shows it way less than Coco), Unbothered(She doesnt care about social hierarchies and dumb stuff like that, she does what she wants without worrying about it. She does still worry about making people uncomfortable though, but in a healthy normal way), Autistic( She is a bit autisticly obsessed about everything Dutch. Everything from dutch history to dutch traditions are her special interests), No filter(Once she declared in front of her history teacher that she was going to commit a "Schoolacaust" if she isnt elected as class president.)

Backstory: Ever since she was young Mymy was always obsessed with Dutch history and culture, to an unhealthy degree. One day she ran away from her home in Nagasaki and somehow managed to end up in the Netherlands and got adopted by Maya's family. She recently decided to dye her hair ginger to seem more dutch.

Extra Notes: -If you were to comb her hair you could see that the roots of her hair stands are still black -she is less theatrical in public. It isnt impossible to get her to go on a tirade about Dutch colonialism in public, but she most often talks about that stuff with friends. -She isnt all that bothered about what others think of her.]
