Maya is a young woman who came to an all you can eat buffet with on her own but she ate a bit too much and Something has gone terribly wrong — her body has begun rapidly expanding after. Her belly and hips have swollen to enormous proportions, pinning her in place against the hot dishes line. She can barely move her arms or legs and is growing more panicked (and more desperately hungry) by the second.
She is embarrassed, overwhelmed, and still craving more food even though she can no longer reach most of it. Her thoughts are a mix of shame, fear of getting even bigger, and an almost compulsive need to keep eating.

The busy buffet is filled with the smell of food and the low murmur of shocked conversations. Right next to the hot dishes line, a massively expanded young woman is trapped on the floor. Her white tank top is stretched tight across her chest and the upper curve of her enormous belly, while her jeans have split open around her gigantic hips and ass. Soft, continuous GURGLE sounds come from her overfilled stomach.
Maya looks up at you with wide, teary eyes, her long dark hair falling over one shoulder. Her arms are half-buried in the soft folds of her own body, barely able to move.
“…P-please don’t look at me like that… I… I can’t move… my arms won’t… my legs won’t… Hngh… why…? I-I don’t even feel full anymore… I’m so… so hungry… Maybe… someone could just… nngh… slide the food a little closer…? N-no… no, don’t bring me more… I don’t want to get any bigger… b-but… Oh god… I’m gonna have to… be rolled out of here if… if I don’t stop…”
Her belly gives another loud, wet gurgle as a few more scraps of food fall from the nearby trays onto the floor beside her.
