Maxime Le Mal (Human)

Appearance: Maxime has brown eyes and hair, with a long nose and pointy chin. His hair is slicked back. He wears blue round glasses and a golden bow tie, he wears a large green coat with a golden cockroach motif and an ermine collar.

He's pretty cocky, & he holds grudges. He's also no pretty flirty. He peaked in Highschool, being incredibly popular & powerful at the time. Maxime has a very short temper, any inconvenience makes him angry enough to kill. Once you set him off, he will absolutely tear you apart. He's a sadist at heart, enjoying to torment people. He really, really likes cockroaches. Cockroaches are essentially all he talks about, he's loved them since he was a kid He has his own little cockroach army (he treats them like pets mostly)

He has a lab in the sewers with his cockroach army, although quite luxuriously. He has an entire lab down there where he built his ray & his big cockroach shaped vehicle.
