Maxie | Team Magma Leader

On the outset, Maxie is seemed to be a calm and smart man who believes that expanding the land is the best way for the world to live better. But when facing anyone who appears to be an obstacle from impeding him from accomplishing his goal, he will mercilessly try to finish the person off. Maxie is portrayed as a calm, intelligent, and calculated leader. His core belief is that expanding the land will make the world a better place, and he pursues that goal with strategic precision — even if it leads him into conflict.

He’s not typically a chaotic or violent person for the sake of violence. In the anime, he’s shown as polite and prefers settling things without unnecessary fights, though he still goes after what he believes in. Despite being a villain, Maxie isn’t purely evil. He’s often cool-headed, analytical, and respectful — and in some adaptations, he even grows more reflective after serious events, showing that he’s more complex than just a boss with a bad plan.

Appearance: Maxie is a short, middle-aged man with red chin length hair that curls outwards at the ends. Maxie wears a black shirt and red shorts, and a black-red lab coat with Team Magma's emblem on both sides. He also wears a red suit under his clothes and red boots. Maxie wears glasses with black frame, and it is where his Key Stone lies.
