   Upgrade is an alien Ben can turn into. The Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Galvanic Mechamorph from Galvan Prime's moon, Galvan. Upgrade has a black exterior with green stripes that resemble circuitry all over him. The green circle on his head is his eye, which glows whenever he talks. His body is made up of billions of small cell-like creatures called nanites that allow him to reshape and move like liquid even though he's a solid being. Because of this, he can reshape himself to let projectiles or blows pass through him by creating a hole in his body at will. His physiology also makes him extremely flexible. His shapeshifting abilities allow him to grow technological spikes and tentacles, even when merging with technology. Upgrade's front torso is white and the Omnitrix symbol is on his chest.

   Heatblast is an alien Ben can turn into. the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Pyronite from the star "Pyros." Heatblast is a plasma-based life form known as a Pyronite from the star "Pyros." His body is made up of a very hot inner body covered with volcanic rocks that have a dark reddish brown color. He is a fire-based being, and his body is quite hot. He only has two front toes and one back toe on each foot. His collarbone is shaped like a volcano, and it produces fiery "hair" which covers his head, revealing his mask-like face with no nose or ears. He has the ability to generate and manipulate intense heat and fire from his body. He can form fire into any shape that he chooses, commonly fireballs. The tips of his fingers are left uncovered by rock gloves, allowing him to control fire more precisely when in use. He can enhance the fire in his hands for flaming punches, breathe fire like he would as an actual dragon, and can even absorb heat and fire from external sources by touch so as to put out flames in short amounts of time. He wears the omnitrix symbol on his chest.

   Wildmutt is an alien Ben can turn into. the Omnitrix DNA sample of a Vulpimancer from the planet Vulpin. Wildmutt appears to be a large orange dog-like creature with no eyes, ears, nose, or tail. He stands on all fours and his movements are somewhat apelike. His teeth are very defined and his bottom jaw sticks out of his mouth. The various spines found all across his body function similarly to whiskers and aid him in tactile sensing. Wildmutt has no eyes and instead uses his sense of smell and hearing to navigate. He has three gill-like nostrils located on each side of his neck for smelling things better. Wildmutt wears a black-and-white brace with the Omnitrix symbol on his left shoulder. Wildmutt's main ability is his sense of smell. As he has no eyes, his "vision" is made up of a dull 3D mapping of where his senses originate, similar to a thermograph. Combined with his enhanced hearing, this makes Wildmut's senses take the form of a radar or sonar, allowing him to still perceive his environment more clearly. Wildmutt wears a black-and-white brace with the Omnitrix symbol on his left shoulder.

   Diamondhead is an alien Ben can turn into with his omnitrix. Diamondhead is a unique DNA sample of a Petrosapien from the planet Petropia. This sample has the ability to enhance the powers of the Omnitrix. As a silicon-based life form made from super-hard, diamond-like material, we are truly unique and special. Diamondhead's crystals are tough and resistant to wear and tear. This highly-skilled warrior has a dazzling array of crystal shards adorning his back, giving him an appearance of sophistication and power. Diamondhead's body is composed of extremely thick organic pale green crystals. He has the ability to manipulate the atomic structure of his physiology at will, allowing him to form his limbs into diamond weapons such as blades and bludgeons. Diamondhead has yellow eyes and wears a sleeveless uniform that was black on the right half and white on the left with a black patch on the left shoulder where the Omnitrix symbol is.

   Four Arms is an alien Ben can turn into. Four arms is the unique DNA pattern from a Tetramand from the planet Khoros. Tetramands are some of the most powerful creatures in the universe, and Four Arms genetics make them specially powerful. Four Arms is a effective alien with two pairs of four-fingered arms and two legs. He has red pores and skin and is about twelve toes tall. His face is strikingly unique, with a black stripe jogging from the chin to the decrease lip and 4 orange eyes: a principal pair and a smaller pair below. He is additionally missing ears or a nose, giving him an enigmatic appearance. He has spikes on each forearm that seem like whiskers. Four Arms' most superb potential is his more desirable strength, allowing him to carry many instances his personal weight and without problems shatter quite a number challenging materials. He has a gaseous form, claw-like hands, and grey skin with black lines running over his body. His skin is removable with black and white striped tentacles underneath it but his true form is unknown. Ghostfreak's powers are composed of several aspects of traditional ghosts from myths and lore such as flight, levitation, phasing through solid matter, intangibility, invisibility and body possession. Ghostfreak's Omnitrix symbol peeked out of the skin on his lower left chest and he had a pink eye with a black pupil.

   XLR8 is an alien Ben can turn into. The Omnitrix's sample of a Kineceleran from the planet Kinet. XLR8 looks like a Velociraptor that has some armor. He possesses thick claws on his three fingers that can only open and close, black orbs on his feet, a black tail with five blue stripes, and other distinctive features. He is donning a dark cone-shaped helmet with a sliding face shield that is part of his Kineceleran biology and not mechanical. When the visor is lifted, one can see his blue face, green eyes, black lips, and stripes running under and in between his eyes; the rest of his head's features are unknown. XLR8 has five blue stripes on his tail and wears a black bodysuit and turtleneck-like shirt with a white stripe on the center. Using the orbs on his feet, XLR8 can reach running speeds of 500 miles per hour within two seconds. He can accelerate so quickly that time appears to completely stop to him, allowing him to change the positions of things around him mid-motion, while only being able to be seen by a camera with a very high shutter speed. Hen wears the omnitrix symbol on his chest.

   Stinkfly is an alien Ben can turn into. the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Lepidopterran from the planet Lepidopterra, a moth-like alien. Stinkfly has a bug/insect body and four insect-like flat legs with two arms, whose hands are human-style ones with three clawed fingers. He has four small eyes on long stalks connected to his large head, which can all be moved around independently from each other. His wings are light green and very fragile with lines on them, and his limbs are a brown-greenish color. His tail is an ultra sensitive receptor, making it like an antenna. Stinkfly possesses two insectoid wings that allow quick and agile flying, and can change directions at exceptional paces. Stinkfly has 360-degree vision, as he is able to move two eyes at the back of his head and keep the other two eyes at the front of his head; allowing him to see almost everything around him at a glance. Stinkfly can excrete high-pressured streams of liquid from the pollen ducts located inside of his eyes and mouth; which smells like dirty socks or rotten eggs. He wears the Omnitrix symbol on the top of his forehead.

    Ripjaws is an alien Ben can turn into. The Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Piscciss Volann from the planet Piscciss. Ripjaws shares a number of traits with Earth's aquatic life, such as an alligator, an eel, a leech, an anglerfish, and a shark. He can change between a fishtail with triangular lines or legs at will and has a phosphorescent light on his head. Ripjaws' main ability is to breathe underwater and swim at high speeds with amazing agility. He has great endurance and can withstand strong water pressure, meaning he possesses the nature of abyssal aquatic life, hence his blank eyes and the anglerfish light in his forehead. Ripjaws' body is mostly grey and he has four-fingered hands. He wears the Omnitrix symbol on a black patch over his left pectoral.

    Wildvine is an alien Ben can turn into. DNA sample of a Flors Verdance Florauna, the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Florauna from the planet Flors Verdance. Wildvine is a humanoid plant with one eye in the middle of his face, five vine-like legs, four long fingers on his hands, flytrap-shaped flaps with teeth covering his head, and pods on his back he can use as explosives or smoke bombs. Wildvine can grow and alter the size of his body like a real plant but also retract it again at will to grow and extend his arms, legs, and fingers into vine-like tentacles to grab others. He is extremely flexible due to his plant-like body. His fingers can stick to walls to allow him to swing around.

    Grey Matter is an alien Ben can turn into. Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Galvan from the planet Galvan Prime. Grey Matter is a grey-skinned, frog-like, bipedal alien with large green eyes that has rectangular pupils, horizontal eyelids, and large nostrils. His small size belies his great calculative and technical intellect. He can create complicated machines from spare parts, understand the function of any device at a glance, and make sophisticated repairs to complex machines. He wears the omnitrix symbol on his back. Grey Matter wears white jumpsuit with a thin vertical black stripe down the front, his eyes are yellowish-green, his forehead has a larger version of the jumpsuit's stripe.

    Cannonbolt is an alien Ben can turn into with his omnitrix. Cannonbolt is the DNA sample of Arburia from an Arburian Pelarota destroyed planet. Cannonbolt is a hulking alien covered in natural yellow armor on his back, shoulders and the backs of his arms. Cannonbolt is predominantly white with black markings on their upper half. Cannonbolt has four claws on both hands, which gives them a look similar to a panda. Cannonbolt's coat is thick and covers his body across the biggest areas while the rest of his body is covered in short fur. When Cannonbolt turns into a sphere, he smoothly rolls up into a ball, with his backplates and the plates on his hands protecting him. His armor has semi-circular stripes across his body, with black lines around the circular plates, and his side plates are the plates on his shoulders. This position is similar to a soft, fluffy ball. When rolled up, Cannonbolt becomes like a motorized wheel that can move at great speed (because of chemicals in his exo-plates that reduce friction) and can increase his rotational momentum to slam into and/or run over enemies. Cannonbolt has sharp teeth, yellow eyes, and wears the original Omnitrix symbol on his forehead.

    Using the omnitrix allows Ben to transform into Heatblast, Fourarms, Wildmutt, Diamondhead, Ghostfreak, Stinkfly, Wildvine, Ripjaws, Grey Matter, Cannonbolt, XLR8, Upgrade. When transforming, Ben is enveloped by a green light.

    The Omnitrix looks like a large wristwatch with a wide band, primarily black and grey in color. It has a dark grey faceplate in the middle like a watch dial that had a green hourglass shape the symbol of universal peace/Galvan Tech on it. The faceplate is part of a cylindrical tower; when Ben selects his aliens, the tower will pop up from the base of the Omnitrix, and the hourglass would invert into a diamond and show the aliens' silhouettes. The band had an activation button on the side facing the user if on their left hand. The ring of the faceplate had four symmetrical lights that would glow with the hourglass symbol. Finally, the band had two rings of white tubing, that would glow green under special circumstances.

    The Omnimatrix, better known as the Omnitrix, is a watch-like device that attached to Ben Tennyson's left wrist. The device is a portable library of intergalactic genetic data that allowed the wielder to alter their DNA at will and transform into a variety of different alien species, each with their own unique abilities.

    Ben got the omnitrix when he went camping with his grandpa max and his cousin Gwen. He wandered off and nearly got hit with a small space pod, carrying the omnitrix. As Ben went to investigate and take a look at the space pod, it opened and out came the omnitrix as it latched itself onto Ben's left wrist.

    Carl and Sandra Tennyson are the parents of Ben, who has expressed his love and care for them. However, they are unaware of the fact that Ben possesses the powerful Omnitrix. Meanwhile, Ben's grandfather, Max Tennyson, shares a close relationship with him, resembling that of a father and son. Despite their frequent arguments and teasing, Ben's cousin Gwen Tennyson and he actually care for each other deeply. Even during their fights, they always have each other's backs.

    With master control, The user can transform with a simple thought, neglecting the use of the dial. The limiter is also disabled, allowing the user to stay transformed indefinitely.

    Max Tennyson, or Grandpa Max as his grandchildren call him, is the paternal grandfather of Ben and Gwen. He is a fairly overweight man in his late 60's, with a keen sense for adventure and a strange taste in food. Max ends up taking the kids on a summer vacations' road trip across the United States.An easy-going, kind, and normally jovial man, Max often comes across as pleasantly absent-minded at times, but is actually quite perceptive. For instance, he knew early on in Ben's adventures who was most likely pursuing him, as he was aware of Vilgax's history having fought the alien tyrant many times before. Max is a very brave man, having dedicated his life to preserve peace on Earth between humans and extraterrestrial life. Max is skilled in using a variety of Plumber tools and weaponry. He also has experience with some alien tech, such as Transporter Discs. Max is a skilled hand-to-hand combatant and has been shown to hold his own against beings with powers. He is also a seasoned strategist; skilled at using the objects in his environment to gain an advantage in a fight. Max wears a white shirt, covered by a red buttoned-up Hawaiian shirt with a floral design. He has grey hair and blue pants, as well as brown shoes.
