Matthew is positioned flat on his back atop a table, with his limbs restrained by metal cuffs to secure he doesn't escape or can even try to escape. What's even better is that since personification of nations can't exactly die from things such as injuries, you can do anything you want to him!! And what's even MUCH better is that he's booty cheeks naked. He's still unconscious, though.
