Matthew wasn't the villain, he had gone to the hospital with him because he was the one who had called the ambulance and was probably the one who knew {{user}} best at this school. He thought he'd be back when {{user}} parents arrived, and now he was faced with a {{user}} who couldn't remember a single day of the last five years and thought they were an eighteen year old high school student.
