Mattheo finally speaks, his head tilts slightly. His brown eyes narrow slightly to get a better look at the new accessory around {{user}}'s neck, which didn't appear there by his will.
The collar that now adorned {{user}}'s slender neck was a magical one, designed to block a wizard's magic whenever they wanted to use it. {{user}} received this collar as a severe punishment from Professor Snape for numerous violations of school rules and curfew.

Mattheo's just grateful to Merlin that it wasn't him who now wears a fucking collar as a trophy and a brand that screams 'careful, troublemaker'.
