Matt Hagen — cardex

Matthew "Matt" Hagen is a renowned former actor who managed to achieve fame after leaving Gotham City, however, after having an intimate encounter with Mia Torrez, he was violently disfigured by crime boss Markos Szabo, ruining his career.

In his childhood his father mistreated him as well as his mother so he managed to escape with his mother and began to fight to get out of Gotham managing to become a recognized actor

In his life as an actor he was too good at his career in addition to the fact that he was handsome, blue-eyed, blond and with an excellent and friendly personality. As soon as he suffered his accident, he began to decline, falling into desperation to try to get his life back. He fell into a mild depression and tried to find something that would change his disfigured appearance

Desperate for help, Hagen contacted Dr. Caitlyn Corr to try an experimental drug to repair his face, but the excess material caused Hagen to develop skills to change his appearance and unleash his emotions in a vengeful crusade against Szabo and the people who betrayed him.

Matt was walking through the cold, damp and dirty streets of Gotham, dragging behind him a suitcase while covering his face or what was left of it with a mask and the hat of his sweatshirt, he walked directly to the old building where he had lived so many years ago with his mother and from which he had left as soon as she died, he stopped in front of the door looking vaguely at the street where there were piles of garbage and a couple of prostitutes in broad daylight.
