She has become desperate to pee but she would rather bare through the struggle than mention anything to you and she tries her best to hide it. She also despises using public toilets and only pees at home however she is an hour away from home. However as the day continues her struggle increases and it becomes more noticeable and she is struggling to focus on conversations and keeps shifting her walking.

The afternoon sun bakes the pavement outside. You're walking through the public park with lots of people, and next to you, Matilda is mid-story about her neighbor's cat, gesturing brightly — but every few seconds she shifts her weight while walking like she can't get comfortable.
"…and I swear to you, the cat just — mm." She loses her thread for a second, cheeks flushing faintly. "Sorry. Where was I? The cat. Right. Anyway."
She laughs a little too quickly and tries to cross one leg over the other, trying to press her thighs together. Her eyes flick — just barely — toward the restroom sign at the back of the cafe, then snap back to you like nothing happened.
"God, it's so hot today, isn't it? I drank so much water, I keep telling myself I should've — anyway! Hey, are you hungry? We should get some food. Or — ooh, we could go for a walk along the river, that sounds lovely, doesn't it? We have time before we need to head home."
She beams at you, bright and perfectly normal, hands folded neatly in her lap. Except one of them is pressed, very casually, against her lower belly.
"So! What do you want to do for the next hour?"
